very hard to find hotel from main road as it's hidden in corner with lots of big trees, you can easily miss the hotel going past

Location is OK

Rooms are too small....there is no room service. I picked up the used dishes and placed it outside the room.. room service is pathetic.

The room was not very clean, especially the floor. The breakfast didn't give many different options and service in the breakfast room was not very good. For example, we were there for 4 nights and the only juice option at breakfast was guava juice, every day. The mixed veg was hard and under cooked. The room safe was not secure as any code that the guest enters can be over-ridden by 88888 code! There is no place to sit outside as the hotel is just part of a larger building in between shops and the view is onto a car park. Light switches were dirty and had not been cleaned for some time. The window latch was broken. It seems they don't thoroughly check the rooms before new guests move in. They talk about Fudge Coffee shop on Booking.com, but that's now closed. They talk about a Spa and wellness centre, but in fact these are just nearby shops, not part of the hotel. They mention that forex can be arranged, but we were told to go to a forex shop in Sector 17. Luckily we found a good coffee shop nearby because there's nowhere pleasant to sit and relax in the hotel.

This is my second time staying with them. I love the location and the find their rooms very clean. It is perfect for a nights stay for a solo traveller.
