The luxury apartment was terrific, just like staying in a little house with all mod cons, a deluxe kitchen. Up the cute stairs was a very comfy bed and sparkling bathroom. There was even a parking space off road and very pleasant personal emails. These guys go out of their way. Well done !

A superb property. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were vey nice. The kitchen was well clean and tidy with plenty of utensils and pans.

They gave me the wrong code and flat initially so I was spending 10 minutes trying to get into the correct apartment.

fridge door not hung on the left! bathroom sink plug mechanism broken and nasty, no excuses for that.. lol cobwebs wonky glass shelf in bathroom

there was an almighty mix up with the key lock box code , we were given the wrong number resulting in being locked out for an hour . Another couple staying there had the same problem . Tried fringing the number given multiple times but no response , only mode of contact was messaging through app . Why bother giving a number to not answer it , and what if you dont have the app or internet access to your phone !

Noise of motor bike going up and down ...seemed to be local residents..not keen on the settees...leatherette...

The availability of a free parking spot was great. The property was largely clean apart from one or two bed sheets that had hairs on them from previous guests. The host made an effort to provide coffee, expired milk and expired biscuits.

As mentioned above, one or two beddings provided had hairs from a previous guest, thus, was not clean enough. Couldn't find the internet router, thus, the password to the hub that I was given was not useful. Biscuits and milk were provided, but had expired. Please check expiration dates next time before checking-in your guest.

We have stayed 3 times and the previous two times we love the location and having our own little flat.

This time they had not put the heating on and as it had been very cold the whole week the flat was freezing. We informed them and they said it would warm up in no time. So we put the heating on and an hour later it was a bit better but still so cold. We had to sleep in our clothes with 3 blankets . It was dreadful. Despite telling them numerous times that in the future they should at least keep the heating on a minumum temperature so the structure of the building didn't get so cold. You could tell because with he heating their was condensation forming on the walls they were so cold. We also had the gas inspector show up the next day totally unrelated. Overall a very unpleasant stay and what was worse was their pathetic responses. Customers should not have to sleep in their clothes.
