We loved the layout and tile floors were perfect for the dogs! Very nice touches with milk, juice and fresh fruit provided.

This house is much larger than the pictures. The yard is also large and well fenced. My very urban dogs loved it and especially liked replying back to the roosters in the neighborhood. Great location.

Host stocked kitchen with drinks, fruit and cookies! Kitchen has all amenties you need to cook and stay long term. Very Clean

Clean and spacious . Very easy access to Main St. with a short drive. Back yard is well fenced if a pet is accompanying you.

Perfect location and size for our children and grandchildren to stay. Nice backyard too. Loved location by grocery , donut shop and Main Street. Owner had excellent communication and response to us. Highly recommend!

We were in Boerne for our daughters wedding and this house was the perfect size and location for all of us. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the yard was perfect for them to run and play and even had a separate hated area for them if you needed it. The breakfast items , (milk,OJ,fruit,cookies) were very nice to have supplied. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the huge garden tub in the master bath. One more thing is it’s literally walking distance to H‑E‑B. Would def stay again if we go to Boerne.

This lovely home is in a convenient location and surrounded by ancient live oaks. We found everything we needed for a relaxing hill country getaway!

Great property if you’re in town for the Boerne Handmade Market as it’s blocks from the Cana Ballroom. Very comfy spot-we enjoyed the backyard. No need to set a wake up alarm as the neighborhood Rooster will accommodate! The only suggestion for improvement would be to put out fresh towels (we had to search for them) and provide individual soaps.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. Very clean, neat, organized, and all rooms were very comfortable. Sitting out on the patio was so relaxing after touring downtown Bourne. I highly recommend this property.

The muffins, juice, milk, sodas and bottled water were a welcome treat, upon our arrival. Our dog loved the fenced backyard. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet so close to the highway and HEB. You just couldn't tell. Lots of shade and the house was comfortable and clean. Had all that we needed. Thank you!

Good location near HEB. Mostly quiet neighborhood but there is a rooster close by. Overall a great place to stay while we visited family.

2 blocks off Main St. And Boerne is a great starting point to visit north SA or Fredericksburg. Big back yard also. Great place for up to 6.

Thoroughly enjoyed my last minute getaway for some R&R. Great place to just relax especially if you love your dog as much as I do and want to bring him/her with you. Nice fenced backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. Loved using the fireplace in the house. Good location with restaurants and a HEB just 5 minutes away. Brenda is a great host, easy to communicate with, replies promptly, and flexible with last minute booking. She even hooks you up with some sweet bake goods, milk, water & soda which is really appreciated after a few hours drive to get there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We unfortunately have to move from Boerne and were looking for a place for two couples and our cat for 5 nights close to the flats during the packing and moving process. Although not the same two block walk to main square that we had at our place it was very convenient and very comfortable.

We had to reschedule a wedding due to COVID. Thankfully the event happened. Could NOT get a refund which I think people need to be aware of when booking. We were very happy with the home and would stay there again. We did not see any instructions, which would have been helpful. For example to know that the key only worked for the front door, how to prepare before leaving, etc. We locked ourselves out but the host graciously came and rescued us. Home is walkable to HEB grocery store and the hub of activity downtown. The host was very welcoming with muffins, oj, milk and some beverages! That was great after traveling! The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Thank you Sealys!

Perfect location near all of the Boerne shopping, restaurants and HEB. Ideal for families and pets, very clean and responsive off-site hosts. There is a rooster in the neighborhood, but a fan or noise making sleep ap block him out nicely. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean house but backyard needed some care. great place to come and stay if your in and out and just need a place to sleep. 1/2 block from HEB. step out the front door and you see it right on the corner.

House is close to everything, four minutes to where you wont to be! Great back yard for your fur babies. Plenty of room, very large house.Well stocked with every thing you need, including bath towels and bath clothes. If we come back to Boerne and this place is available we will stay again!
