Delta Creuse est une nouvelle suite d'hôtes 1 chambre fabuleuse (privé appartement de vacances) conçu, construit et décoré dans le plus pur style Delta par des artisans locaux. Le 425 pieds carrés, le niveau du sol (pas d'escalier) à plat est nouvellement construits dans la Période 1897 Clarksdale bureau du télégraphe au deuxième et Delta dans le cœur de la ville Historic District. We booked this unit last minute because we had to come to town for a funeral. My boyfriend was born in Clarksdale and has never been back as an adult so it was nice and convenient to be downtown within walking distance of everything so we could experience the culture first hand. The place was really cool and had a great vibe. Everything was nice and clean, the only downfall was the musky smell, like it had been closed up for a while.

The property is like stepping back in blues history. If you are there on Tuesday night, check out Hambone across the street…..also, the pecan beer was great!

Great stay in Clarksdale. This funky one bedroom was a perfect home base. Convenient to everything. Clean and comfortable. The time and expense put into the furnishings is impressive. Truly a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Book now - you won't be disappointed.

We visited Clarksdale, hoping to experience the birthplace of the blues. We did not expect to experience an ice storm! Still, we managed to hear some terrific music and visit the Delta Blues Museum before the storm set in and essentially closed the town down. The Delta Digs folks were easy to contact and were concerned about our comfort. (Were we warm enough?) Highly recommend this place for an out-of-the-ordinary experience!

My husband and I stayed at the Delta Digs over MLK Weekend in Clarksdale. The space is so unique and in itself is an activity to observe all the details. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, the Delta Blues Museum, and Ground Zero Blues Club. I walked around the corner to Meraki Roasting Company for coffee each morning. The host was responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your bluesy getaway.

This was such a fun & comfy place to stay in Clarksdale! It was so close to everything that we could have walked had it not been freezing during our visit. We loved the quirky style of the space, especially the xylophone coffee table! The bed was super comfy, & we got a great night's sleep! Highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect. The Delta Digs room was perfect for me and my friend. Big enough to move around and not bother each other during rest time. The room was perfectly fun with cool things to catch your eye. The bed was comfy too. We slept well and made friends with the people in the Hooker Hotel and Squeezebox. We will stay again on next trip.

Eclectic room decorations and bright colors make this room a lively and colorful place. Great location downtown near shops, attractions and restaurants/bars is very convenient. Had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay.

This was the perfect location, amd ambiance for two nights in Clarksdale! Walking distance to the clubs, shopping and museum. Great for sitting out front and having conversations. We absolutely loved it here!

Great property. Host was so helpful. We highly recommend, the atmosphere is perfect. We went to Abe’s BBQ, Ground Zero, Bad Apples Blues Club, Moon Lake Overlook, walked around looking at the art, it was amazing.

Super Fun
We were in town in March '21 and there were still a lot of places closed but we still had a great time! Delta Digs is super cute, and plenty of space for a couple of people for the weekend. We enjoyed each night out and coming back to sit on the supplied outside bench and watching the cars go by and we never felt unsafe. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough about Delta Digs--it was great; it provided a time warp experience equal to spending the night in a Blues Music/Mississippi Delta museum via1940-60s time warp but with all needed modern conveniences plus surprises that made you laugh or smile.

When you need to be here....this is the place you need to be. Ideally situated in the heart of Clarksdale's blues venues; easy access, parking, no stairs, Pecan beers in the fridge, spacious shower, everything worked, and John's funky, juke joint interior design keeps you in the blues mood.

Best kept secret in Clarksdale (well almost)
I don't want everyone to find out about the Delta Digs as it's such a cool spot and great location. We enjoyed it so much we are are coming back next year and bringing more friends to share the places with.

Quirky Studio - ideal for a Clarksdale get-away
We had a wonderful time in Clarksdale & found this studio rental located in the downtown area a wonderful option to base all our adventures.
The studio has all sorts of fun & funky artwork & decor. We loved it.
Of note: The shower is super slippery, there is a no slip mat in the cupboard - make sure you use it!
Bring lots of quarters to keep the vibrating bed shaking when you’re laying down for a nap.

Gf’s asthma acted up bc there’s no way to get in fresh air w/o leaving the door open. Which was ok bc 2 different couples just walked in and became friends. Clarksdale is a fabulous town. Everything is blues!

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay at Delta Digs. The ambience and originality of the place is off the charts and unlike any old BnB out there. Great nights sleep ($.25). The friendliness and warmth of the Digs owner's and townspeople is unmatched and is truly the reason we sought out Clarksdale in the first place. The convenience to town was perfect yet quiet and we had the honor to meet some topnotch artists while dedicating the beautiful murals outside the space. You really have to see it up close to appreciate the true artistry coming out in the works. Truly amazing!
You owe it to yourself and if you are planning a trip to Clarksdale to stay with the fine folks at Delta Digs, etc! Thanks John and Mark for creating such a great space and we look forward to coming back soon.
