Our hotel room had alot of ants , we woke up to ants crawling all over the us in the bed.. ants all over the air conditioner , ants crawling on the walls and all around the table in the room. I sent an email with a complaint that was almost a month ago NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US. The didnt discount our stay . The hotel is too expensive to have to sleep with ants. disgusting

The room was massive. Good breakfast included.

The recipients (Tiger) and another lady greeted us with a smile and was very nice, and polite. They made our check in experience good. The hotel was very clean and nice.. The workers was friendly and had a smile on there face it was very pleasant to be in a great atmosphere. You can tell the workers like there jobs. The next day we eat breakfast . The young man that was working in the breakfast area kept it very clean and the food was so delicious. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I will also come and visit this hotel again. Think all the work is for a hard work and dedication. Mrs. Jones

Could not get the remote in the room to change the channels to the tv.

The hotel group were extremely understanding of a situation I had when I was involved in a car accident. A very ethical company is hard to find these days. Their understanding of my situation was resolved with an excellent outcome.

Business office was not accessible, but it was not a big issue.

Upon check in I was informed the rooms I had reserved were not available and the other couple that was traveling with us would be on a totally different floor than we were after specifically stating we would like rooms close to each other After we finally agree to the room they had available we go in and I look up at the picture in the bathroom. There stuck in the wall above the picture was a used needle & syringe. i immediately called the front desk and made the lady aware she came down and removed the needle. She acted as if it were no big deal. The next morning I found out we had been charged much more than what was quoted. my husband got that straightened out. When checking out I spoke with the manager who offered a discounted rate due to the trouble we had experienced.

I loved the way the girls at the check in were,they were nice and very helpful

Every thing was great, they answered my questions on going out at night and were to go,we went to ground Zero and had a great time. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, we will be back
