Wonderful place with an amazing location. Let us take our dog with us and the place is located 100m from a dog beach. Owners and friendly and easy to get a hold of. Easy check in. All the amenities. Very kindly left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge for check in. Highly recommend.

This lovely little house is literally steps from the beach and access to a waterfront paved trail for walking/biking which takes you to downtown Kelowna in minutes. The owners are friendly and readily available if needed. The house is private and amply equipped both inside and out (linens, cooking supplies, lawn furniture, BBQ, beach cruisers). My husband and I, and our 2 young children stayed here for a week in September, and the accommodation was flawless! The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and the location was fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a short stroller to downtown. Would absolutely stay there again next time we're in town. THANK YOU

This is our new favorite VRBO in Kelowna! Excellent location. The accommodation was outstanding. It is so well equipped, we had all we needed. We sat outside each evening in one of two sitting areas. There are also two great sitting areas inside. The beach is a two minute walk. City Park is just a few minutes further. Terry and Dale are amazing owners. From first contact months ago, communication was seamless. Questions are answered promptly. Sincerely, this could not have been a better experience … and we will be back! Thank you Terry and Dale!

Our stay with our family of 4 was awesome! The house was everything we could’ve asked for and more. It was so clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there, beach chairs, 2 beach cruisers, and a wagon that came in very handy for the very short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time. The beds are so comfortable !!! We used the BBQ a few times and enjoyed dinners outside on the patio. The hosts Terry and Dale are awesome , they made sure that everything we needed was there and communication was excellent! We will definitely return when we come back to Kelowna ! Strongly recommend this property as its so close to the beach and a short walk on the shore of the lake to downtown.

This is such a cute and comfortable place. The bedrooms are small but cozy--and we don't spend a lot of time in them, anyway. There is plenty of other relaxing/lounging space. There's a living room with a tv and fireplace. There's a sort of porch room with a dining table and chairs (great for playing board games as well as eating), and a massage chair (aaaahhh). Outside, there is another dining table and chairs on the patio, as well as a seating area around a firepit. The yard is so charming, with the creek flowing behind, lots of flowers and shade, and cute lights. The kitchen and bathroom are extremely well equipped. Terry and Dale have thought of everything and make sure that nothing runs out. We appreciated the welcome wine and the cream, and the use of a wagon, bikes, lounge chairs, a dog ball and thrower, a barbecue, and beach towels. Terry and Dale are thoughtful, gracious, and accommodating hosts. The place is just steps from the dog beach and just a few steps further to the main city beach and park. It is lovely to walk to the park or walk along Abbot street. This place has it all. One thing to note is that it's not the quietest location, with the main road, downtown, and the dog beach nearby. None of this interfered with our good sleeps on comfortable beds, and one can't have proximity to so many activities and amenities without a bit of a trade-off. We've stayed at dozens of vacation rentals over the years, and this was one of the best equipped among them.

Wonderful cottage. Super clean, nicely equipped and wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Charming and very comfortable and great outdoor patios and yard space for our dog. So close to a dog beach which was visited 3 and 4 times a day. Thank you Terry and Dale for a great holiday experience!

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the terrific location. Our hosts were very good to us. The guest house is great with all we needed for our meal preparations, the washer / dryer were very helpful but the best thing was the Massage Chair. The only problem for us was we had to take turns. You will love it.

Terry and Dale are great hosts, our visit was like staying with old friends. The heritage cottage was everything a couple could want, easy short walk to downtown, parking at the door, we have a small dog and they are two houses from the lake and dog beach. great experience and we will be back.

Arrived late in the evening - advance communication by email with Dale was excellent (booked week prior). Used house as a home base to visit family members in Kelowna area. Great location in quiet neighbourhood. 1/2 block from beach and trails to City Park and Abbott Street historic area. Wish I had brought my ocean kayak (next time) - lake was like glass in the AM. Located in very quiet neighbourhood. Parking for single car off street. Sitting out side during warm fall afternoon - had to search for road noise from bridge. Nicely decorated sitting area and bedrooms. Very well appointed kitchen - ended up making all our meals at house. Very good wifi and tv. Comfy beds, well appointed bathroom / shower. Easy access to downtown - we walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and we will be repeat clients if available.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We had a warm welcome from Terry and Dale upon arrival, and the house was cozy, beautiful and comfortable. We loved living in it for a week! Our boys slept on the two single beds, and really enjoyed not having to share a bed like they do when we stay in hotels. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we made quite a few meals during our stay. The welcome basket and wine were wonderful, and the location is amazing - you are right next to the beach, and can walk to City Park and to a lot of restaurants. We loved just going for walks along the beach at night and enjoying the sunset over the lake. We took our boys trick or treating on Halloween around the beautiful residential neighbourhood the house is in, and Terry and Dale surprised them with some extra treats! We can't wait to stay here again.

A cozy yet very functional cottage where you'd least expect it. Comfortable, secluded yet the heart of Kelowna is mere minutes away. Terry and Dale were excellent hosts. We look forward to coming back soon!
