Toute la cour est magnifiquement paysagée avec des plantes tropicales indigènes, des bains d'oiseaux et bien sûr une piscine privée personnalisée qui présente une forme de lagon, des sièges intégrés et, au besoin, une pompe à chaleur pour assurer la bonne température toute l'année.

Property was as described. Beaches were a lot closer than I thought. Easy 5-10min drive. Property had plenty of beach amenities which was great. Pool was great. No issues at all

The house was impeccable and exactly as Dan presented it on VRBO. Even better, actually. Everything we needed to have the best week was there including beach chairs and coolers!! There are spices for cooking and sugar for coffee. Little details added up to a perfect week in Naples. The beaches are so close. The pool was great, the landscape was so pretty. Palm trees, flowering trees, etc. He even has cool lighting at night. We will stay here when we get back to Naples.

My husband and I went down for some R&R. The house was great, had everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc...Neighborhood was quiet, nice, close to everything you need. Pool was nice , great place to relax. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great 3-night visit to kick off our family’s spring break. The house was comfortable for our family of 4. We especially appreciated access to bikes in the garage: it was a wonderful way to get around (mainly to the beach at the state park). We would love to return someday. Thank you!

The home was very clean and organized. Everything was there that we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was so nice to have our own private pool. Neighborhood was very quiet.

We had an amazing time. The property had everything we needed including bikes, towels, dishes, tennis racquets, beach chairs and coolers. Location was also great! We biked to the beach and drove to many many beautiful spots for fishing, watching the sunset, etc. Already talking about coming again next year!

Overall it was a nice vrbo though they were performing major work on streets in that location which was burdensome traveling in and out. As I suggested to the host, I believe that he needs to contact his cleaniing personnel because when we arrived the towels were damp in the linen closet which meant the cleaning individual put them in the linen closet not completely dried. I think he could spruce up the outside area around the pool and put potted plants and bushes in. Other than the above, we really enjoyed our stay.

I chose this property based on its proximity to Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. The pool was a nice bonus. Note that in August 2023 there is some construction in the neighborhood, which usually started between 6 and 7 AM. Luckily the house the street was on was not torn up like neighboring streets. We definitely would stay here again.

Amazing pool home where you can relax and watch the palm trees sway in the warm gulf breeze. The house has everything you will need including beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Having bikes to ride allowed us to explore the area. It is located in a safe neighbourhood close to shops and restaurant. We will definitely be back!

This was our 4th time staying here and as always, exceeded our expectations. This house is perfect for my husband and I. The pool is the main attraction for us as we spend our days hanging there all day. The house is located in a great area with a short drive to many different close cities. This was another awesome trip and we will be back!

I always prefer and stay in North Naples. Home was clean, great pool and great location. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. I also liked having access to the bikes. I definitely would stay here again.

Other than the inconvenience of getting to beach access that the parking wasn’t full everything was great. Private pool area with quiet neighbors so we were able to enjoy the pool and sitting area peacefully. The owner communicated with us above and beyond any rental we have stayed in. The welcome binder was very nice and full of information to make your stay more enjoyable. We would highly recommend and will be looking at this property for our next visit to Naples.

This rental was absolutely perfect for a weekend away! The property had everything we could need to go to the beach and also everything if we wanted to stay and hangout by the beautiful pool! The host was very responsive and provided clear check in and check out instructions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the Naples area!

This was our second time staying here. House works great for our little family, we all love the pool and the location. I like that there is a screened patio buffer between the house and the pool to keep the kiddo safe.

Everything you could realistically want or need. Well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Clean, well maintained. Of course, the beautiful pool is what defines the property and is what makes a stay here all the better. Close to everything. A king bed and 2 twins pretty much makes this a great choice for a couple or a small family (1 or 2). Overall: Excellent choice.

My husband and I found this home to be in an excellent location for bike riding, walking, a short care ride away to everything Naples has to offer, and accessing Vanderbilt beach right out the door. The house is equipped with all the amenities one needs to feel at home. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and provided welcomed privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and traffic safe.

The home was exactly as advertised. The private pool made the trip. Dan , the host, was very easy to reach and always quick to respond. The location is 5 minutes from the beach and many excellent restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 weeks, great location. Well stocked but furnishings dated, could be freshened up. Refrigerator broke on last night. Able to contact owner easily and he was coming to fix next day. Enjoyed our stay!
