Port Aransas, maison de plage dans la subdivision de Sand Point est située à distance de marche de l'eau bleue et des plages propres de la côte du golfe du Texas. Détendez-vous dans le confort d'une maison de trois étages avec vue sur l'océan, plus de 300 pieds carrés de ponts, avec une terrasse ensoleillée sur le toit et une terrasse de costume de maître privé, ainsi qu'une terrasse couverte enveloppante au deuxième étage. Carreaux muraux et bois franc dans toutes les pièces à vivre.
Le premier étage a une chambre privée avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bain complète. Il a accès au reste de la maison, mais peut être fermé pour plus d'intimité.
L'étage principal présente un plan d'étage ouvert avec un plafond voûté de 18 pieds comprenant un salon / salle à manger, une cuisine, deux chambres (toutes deux avec lits queen-size) et une salle de bains et demie. Il y a un pont couvert spacieux et enveloppant pour profiter de la vue sur le golfe à ce niveau. Il y a aussi un lit escamotable queen-size qui peut être retiré pour dormir davantage.
La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, couverts, lave-vaisselle et table à manger nécessaires pour dix personnes. Les serviettes, les draps et une laveuse / sécheuse sont tous disponibles pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Le salon et le coin salon sont entièrement meublés et équipés de lecteurs XBOX, TV / DVD / VCR / CD avec télévision par câble et point d'accès Internet haut débit (apportez votre propre ordinateur portable s'il vous plaît). Chaque chambre a la télévision par câble pour votre plaisir.
La grande chambre principale est située au troisième étage et comprend un lit king-size, une grande salle de bain principale avec un bain à remous parfait pour se détendre avec une douche séparée. There was a lot of stairs, which is to be expected with a three-story house. The layout was a little confusing at first, but ended up being great for separation. The outdoor shower was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Side notes: the sliding glass door did not slide properly and the fans were noisy

Clean and comfy. The description of layout does not give justice. This house has 3 levels and feels really big. There is space for everyone to have privacy. Be prepared to walk stairs - there are a lot. The house is in a perfect location walking distance from the beach and just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. If I could change anything it would be the paint choices. Time to update those flat dull colors and bring this hose back to new and modern beach life! Other than that I'm keeping this house on my list. The space really works.

Beautifully stocked kitchen, nice spacious bedrooms and open concept living area. We enjoyed our fun, family time with space for game time, cooking and just hanging out. Appreciate the space and allowance for pets. Fabulous deck and widow's walk with amazing views. Short walk to an amazing beach. Easy checkin and checkout with great host communication. Community hot tub is nice, would love to see pool heated for winter months.

This house is perfect for a group of people. We had six adults and two kiddos and it was super comfy and just a walk to the beach. The property manager was wonderful and very communicative. We can’t wait to stay here again for our next trip!

A family group of 7 stayed here. The home was extremely well equipped and super comfortable. We had an amazing time when the karaoke machine came out. The pool and beach are extremely close and walkable even in the July Texas heat. We would completely stay here again.

This property was great. Large enough with segregated sleeping areas enabling three adult couples to enjoy separate sleeping and bathing facilities that never created any awkward moments. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Proximity to the beach was great - took maybe 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Wonderful!!

The Sandpoint Beach House was one of the best vacation home that we have ever stayed in. Anne-Marie was wonderful. She communicates very well and made the checkin so easy. The beach house has everything you need from kitchen needs, beach toys for the kids, board games, portable playpen, highchair, and wagon to take beach toys to the beach. We will for sure be staying here again.

Location was great. We didn't like that you couldn't smoke on deck, that made it inconvenience, but it all worked out. Master bedroom AC was very noisy. We had to keep it off. The ceiling fan in the living room rattle a lot and was off balance. That noise was annoying so we didn't turn on. Glad the weather was cool and there was no need for ceiling fan. to be on. Overall, we enjoyed the big house. We would rent it again. There was enough room for 8 adults.

In town and close to the beach
This is a great 3 story house in a quiet neighborhood. It's in town and close to the beach, so you can rent a golf cart and be within a few minutes drive to wherever you want to go. The golf cart in the garage does not come with the rental. A previous review stated that and it is not accurate. There are however, items in the garage that are for guest use. We used the chairs which was a great offer, because we forgot ours!
The garage has overhead doors with an opener and we used that to come and go when we were out and about, it was convenient to have the garage door opener. (Thank you!)

Nice house. Well furnished and equipped. The "beach view" is only available from the widows walk so don't reserve for the view. Relatively easy access to the beach.

My family had a great time staying here. Pet friendly, plenty of beach toys, has a golf cart, has baby crib, baby chair, TV in every room, and so on. Loved the stay! Made our first trip to Port Aransas really fun!

Slightly disappointed
We found A dead roache as well as one living that was in my my moms and daughters room they shared. There was also a large moth in master shower. The toilet was also dirty but my mother cleaned it upon arrival do to bathroom emergency so she did take a pic of the dirty toilet rim because it was a emergency, when we arrived so she just cleaned it before use. If you need pictures of the moth or the roaches I will be glad to send those pictures thanks again.

Classic vacation home
Such a wonderful place to stay!!!!! Every bed comfortable. Very very nice!!!! No need to go to gym stairs are a very good workout lol. Top view is breathtaking!!!!!! The only reason for low rating on cleanliness is good help is hard to find and owner is looking for someone more interested in doing a better job of cleaning.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOME
House and location are amazing. AnneMarie was an exceptional host and stayed in constant communication.
House was immaculate upon arrival, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The view from the roof was awesome. Our only "dislike" (which was not in the owner's control) was the temperature of the community pool. After long hot day, pool was like a warm sauna.

The house was nice and comfortable but the neighborhood is so busy and loud. Constant traffic. Constant golf carts whizzing by.
Walk to beach and pool are easy. The owners beach gear/wagons were great and allowed us to haul a lot of stuff to the beach.
Well stocked house. We could have left a lot of things at home -pack 'n play, booster seat, beach toys. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook since we didn't eat out due to Covid.

If you need a lot of space with some privacy this is your house!
The outside areas were amazing, along with all the options inside too. Very much enjoyed the 4 bedroom options.
I wish the pool for the community was a bit bigger but it’s still fun either way.
