We brought our 11 year olds for a long weekend trip for their birthday and they had a blast! Really fun for kids of all ages. Condo was plenty of room for my family of 6. Clean and everything we needed.

The unit was beautiful! Very clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was really comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. Check in and out was easy. The B building is definitely our preferred building to stay in. Great complex and perfect condo! We would absolutely stay here again!

Pros:
- Nice area, good restaurants, friendly people, good view, nice beach
- Spacious condo, great balcony, well-stocked kitchen, room for guests
Cons:
- Condo is dated, several appliances were not working correctly. Carpet badly needs to be cleaned.
- Owner was difficult and at times rude to work with.
- Highway noise was distracting on the balcony.

One of our best vacations! Condo was super clean with great view of the Gulf of Mexico! So many amenities and local attractions on site. Best of all tho was dealing with the owner, Art. He was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Will stay again!

We had such a good time. We ate at the restaurant next door which was excellent and did the dolphin cruise. The rooms were very spacious.

Beautiful property with a nice view, very cozy but the carpet could've been cleaned better. Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. The owner was available whenever we needed him, which is a plus for us. THANK YOU

Great stay by all !
Our family had a great stay at Art's condo! We had a great view of the Gulf Coast, and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. Art was very helpful and easy to communicate with! The only problem we had was someone was parked in our reserved parking spot, and he resolved that problem right away. The only suggestion I have is more washcloths & hand towels in the master bedroom as we only had 2. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks again Art for all your help!

Great Location and Property
Excellent in every way. Close to the touristy areas but not right in the middle. Plenty of things to do at the resort if you don't want to trek out to the beach. Make sure you grab a bite at Cobalt while you're there.

A Friendly getaway
I would recommend this place to anyone! My condo was clean! It had everything you need besides you, your clothes, and food. It was spring break vacation for my grandkids and they love it. I will surely be back this year!

Everything was as advertised or better. The view is amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to contact and check in was a breeze. The property also has very nice amenities. We would definitely stay there again. The bunk room for kids was perfect.

Great Condo with much on site activities!
Our family loved this condo with all of its ammenities and location. What was a pleasant surprise it was for us to find out that there was an open air limo style golf cart shuttle to the beach and back ! Other things to do was swim in one of the many pools, work out in the weight room, soak up the heat in the Suana room or the wet sauana room, or play mini golf all on the property that has a 24hr. security guard at the gate! If you get bored, it's your own fault.

We had an AMAZING time! The condo is roomy and has everything you need! The views are stunning, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean when we arrived. The pools are plenty and the kids loved the slides! The indoor pools were perfect when it rained or was chilly. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you, thank you!!

My go to Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama❤️
I have stayed at the resort every summer for at least 10 years. I do not go anywhere else. Condo's are spacious, clean and views are wonderful. Short walk to beach or stay and enjoy all the resort has to offer.

Another great stay at the Caribe
We had a great time. There was always something to do. There was the nearby beach access, all the local restaurants, onsite pools, onsite arcade, and a fully stocked gym. We were never bored. The facility is so nice my children and I took random walks around the grounds. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo
The Caribe Resort is awesome! My family and I went to Orange Beach this past weekend for my brothers wedding. We stayed in unit B condo 614. This condo is great! You definitely would like this condo if you have kids. It has 4 bunk beds in it and there is a bathroom for all three rooms. It is very spacious I especially love the wide open space in the kitchen and living room. The condo also was very clean the caribe is a very clean resort inside and out. I also liked how the owner of the condo Art took time to make sure that everything went well with our stay. I will definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you Art!
