Le «Cozy Cottage» est une charmante maison isolée dans les bois d'Idyllwild, en Californie. Cette maison comprend 2 chambres plus un loft et 1 salle de bain. Le loft est situé au-dessus du salon et est idéal pour le stockage de ces longs séjours. Il y a des lits queen dans les deux chambres. Cette maison serait idéale pour une escapade romantique ou une détente tranquille pour la famille. La grande terrasse est un tel atout pendant l'été, idéal pour se divertir et observer les étoiles! La propriété dispose d'un grand espace pour les enfants pour courir et jouer. Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez construire vos propres pistes de luge et bonhommes de neige! The cabin was perfectly located near enough to town. There were lots of shops and restaurants in town. Great trails to go hiking! The cabin was nicely set up, especially the porch! Unfortunately the neighbors dog barked quite a bit.

Cabin is quiet and cozy-secluded area surrounded by trees- cabin a bit run down-remote control issues, no batteries or low batteries- damp towels hanging in bathroom-damp sheets and towels in dryer- kitchen and bath very clean
Check-in would have been better at 3:00 and honestly too far to walk to town where you would have to walk on the main road without a sidewalk, unsafe.

Lovely area, Mountain View’s and tall trees… cozy comfortable cottage- homey! Great restaurant- Ferros with wonderful jazz! Tuesday nights! Many restaurants closed early March- trips to desert an hour or so away- beautiful drive down the mountain! Peaceful, serene and friendly people! All in all we enjoyed it and will return- Wi-Fi good as I worked a few days. Kathy and Gary

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this quiet comfy cabin with views of cedar trees out all the windows. The bed and couch were comfortable and we slept great every night. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of small appliances as well which we appreciate as we cooked a few times. The stove, toilet and refrigerator seemed quite new. The cabin was clean when we arrived and the heat was on so it felt welcoming right away. The cabin reminded me of a place I used to stay in as a kid with my family. The property management company kept us well informed and we had an easy check in and out. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this quiet cabin with views of trees out all the windows. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which was great as we cooked all our meals in. The fireplace was warm and cozy. The cabin was very clean and all the appliances and toilet are new. Couch and bed were comfortable. We would stay here again. 😁

We were contacted about an hour before we were supposed to leave for our check-in that the original cabin was not ready for us. They put us in a different cabin that was not ready for occupancy. When we arrived at the cabin, it was 50° with only one heater in a downstairs bedroom and space heaters for everywhere else. When you turned on the space heaters it tripped a breaker, and the power went out. This happened several times during our stay, several calls were made, it took hours for people to respond to us. we slept downstairs on the couch without proper linens or bedding just to stay warm. The management team that ran the cabins for the owners were horrible. They really had nothing to help or any proper plan in place for any kind of event like this. Interestingly enough, the owner lived on the site where we were at and she was very helpful. This was not her fault at all. She tried to facilitate everything she could, and even had wood delivered for us, so that we could sleep our second night in warmth. The only thing that the property management offered us was a late check out. I requested to have at least the first night refunded to us, and after many go arounds and several email attempts I was told that I would only be getting the actual rental rate which is about 30% of what we paid for the one night. Again, although the owners were actually very helpful, upset about the situation and were nice The management company was an absolute joke, and did nothing for us , I had to call VRBO just to get a response and even then the owner called me back not the management company. It felt like a waste of time because for the 48 hours we were there we were either cold trying to keep the power on or on the phone there was nothing relaxing about this. I was told I would have an answer from the management company in response to my email within 72 hours, they played a game for two weeks each time stating that my email had gone into a junk folder. The odd thing about that was I was replying to an email that was sent to me from the management company and even called them out on that, so how would or could my email go into a junk folder when it was sent from them directly initially? Not worth the time to go there again and have anything like this happen again as long as that management company is running things.

The property was beautiful. The house was as advertised. The cookware was in good shape and there was plenty of it. The only thing I would change would be if they gave more direction on how to use the heater. The in floor heater went out at one point, mostly probably because we tried to turn it up too high, or the pilot went out. However, our host was able to help us the next day and the rest of our stay was perfect.

Cabin was spacious and fireplace was great. Heater worked great, especially with the cold weather outside. You do go through a patch of dirt road and it was hard to get the cars up the hilly ramp to park. Definitely recommend bringing chains roe that section or 4wd. We bought salt to spread on the ice and a shovel to clear some if the ice out. Other than that, ot was a great stay, everything worked great, grilled some meat outside.

They made the process so easy. The cabin was comfortable and just the right size for my husband and I. It had Everything we needed for our getaway. Loved the wood burning fireplace and the trees surrounding the home. Loved the deck and sliding doors to easily access the deck for views. The home has plenty of windows for sunlight & the view. The kitchen has great counter space too! Good home layout. Plenty of bathroom counter space too. Luv the bedroom with the sliding patio door and tree view. So pretty in the day and night. Large deck! Luv that this cabin is in a private tree setting but Close to town. Perfect location. Tip: the TV in the photos *is Bigger* than the photo.

My family decided on a peaceful weekend away in Idyllwild and I’m so grateful we did! It all begins when we found our Cozy Cabin rental. The property was set in a gorgeous setting in tall beautiful trees, with very rustic scenery which is exactly what my family was looking for. Cozy cabin was easy to find the description of the property was very accurate the layout of the cabin was simple and very functional, it was very clean & well-maintained. Property manager Niki was super sweet at the rental office when I completed signing papers and was given the keys, she assured me that anything I needed, all I needed to do was call anytime a day & anytime at night, nothing is too small to call over. Niki was super sweet and super professional. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives and plan on staying here again next time I visit Idyllwild California. My family enjoyed a short drive to Lake Hemet where we got on our bicycles and rode around the campsite looking at the beautiful views feeling the sunshine. My family also enjoyed homemade ice cream and delicious dinners lunches and breakfast out in town this Quaint town is very desirable when you’re looking for a peaceful getaway from something you are not used to when you live in a big city like we do. I recommend new spirit vacation rentals because they are so professional their properties are well-maintained and clean and Customer Service was above and beyond especially while corresponding with them through email they were writing me back within minutes. And were super accommodating to answering my questions and Managing our Cozy Cabin stay.

We really loved this cabin, lovely kitchen and two bedrooms and the couch in the living room was very comfortable! What I felt could be inproved is the little access road and driveway to the property, it begins as a somewhat paved road and ends in a gravel road, both are steep and traction on my wheels was tricky until you get used to it. If this were paved it would be a great help! Also, I looked for a "Spirit" property sign outside but didn't see one that distinctively identifies the property, so a sign that stands out more would help. We loved the peace and quiet, and the comfort of the cabin!

cozy cabin in Idyllwild
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property surrounded by trees. Very peaceful and perfect. The management company were so responsive and the staff very nice indeed. But beware of the neighbor to the left of property, he is a very angry and rude man. We accidentally drove past our cabin in the dark and had to turn around on his driveway and he came out and verbally assaulted us..it was scary!

We had a warm and comfortable five-day stay at the Cozy Cabin. The property is a (very) short drive to town, but is quiet and secluded, and came equipped with all the basic amenities necessary for a comfortable vacation. The home and furniture/linens/etc. are on the older side, but everything was in relatively good working order. There was even a lovely xmas tree lit up for our stay! Our only issue was that the freezer didn't work at all and the refrigerator never got particularly cold. Also--as to be expected in the winter--there were a number of friendly spiders who needed to be safely escorted outdoors :) A bit more attention to the nooks and crannies of the home would ensure that other renters aren't surprised by other eight-legged pals. That all said, the property management company was very friendly and professional, and provided clear instructions and good service. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We have some issue as below:
We do not have internet wireless there.
The balcony was dark without light to stay at night.
We were just one night, we got key at 4:00pm and day after that at 6:00 am other group of guest (more than 15 people with 5 cars ) were at our area for set up their equipment for video recording. We were sleep but they disturbed us and we got up early, They said that they have reservation for this day. We asked them we are here up to 11:30 am and we can stay but to noon. They stayed in our area up to we left there.
Really it was not fair. We have complain about that.
