Magnifique piscine privée pour se rafraîchir après une journée sur la plage. Cette maison dispose d'un mobilier haut de gamme avec une grande salle / salle à manger / cuisine combinaison, que votre famille se trouve spacieuse et accueillante. Joliment décoré, dans de beaux tons de plage, avec votre confort à l'esprit. Grand porche couvert avec beaucoup de places pour profiter de votre livre préféré et vos amis préférés et de la famille, et les ponts ouverts pour l'observation des étoiles ultime ou dauphins opportunités. The Blue Wave is perfect! The location is superb. We loved sitting on the front deck, watching dolphins by day and stars by night. The interior of this home is lovely and comfortable. It is very well stocked for cooking and serving. The amenities of SGI are just a short drive, walk or in our case, bike ride away. The beach access from the house is awesome. We made the most of our short visit and hope to be back! SGI is our kind of Florida and this home clicks all of the boxes! Thank you, Tish!

This was our second year in a row staying at Blue Wave for our spring break trip. We absolutely love this house. It works so well for our needs, especially with two teenagers. The location allows for us to bike around the island, getting to shops and restaurants easily. The house has everything we need, which is great as well. We love the ability to walk across the road and to the beach. We are even hoping to be back next year for spring break!

We had the most relaxing and fun time at Blue Wave. The house was roomie and clean. The view was amazing! I stayed there last year during the same weekend and couldnt wait to come back this year. We love St. George Island and will definitely be back. Oh and Tish was awesome with checking in with me before our trip and allowing us early checkin. Great host!!

This home is so comfortable from the beds to the living spaces! The combined kitchen and living area with light colors creates a warm and inviting space and is the heart of the home. Everything was clean and well stocked. The decor was up to date and stylish. We would absolutely stay here again especially if the view remains the same.

Tish has thought of it all with the Blue Wave! The house had all the standard amenities plus more which made it so easy to enjoy the vacation time (looking at you - extra trash bags, cooking spray, and parchment paper!)! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is fantastic both for the beach proximity and the restaurants and stores on the island. Definitely coming back! Thanks Tish!

Blue Wave has been our destination for almost 20 years as our favorite place to go each year. We love the home, the location and amenities provided by owner. Always feel right at home and if we ever need anything owner always accessible quickly with a response.

We had such a wonderful week at the Blue Wave. The views from the deck are incredible. The blue wave was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.I have been to SGI 20+ times and stayed in various homes on the island. This was my favorite due to the close proximity to the beach, open layout, updated kitchen and dipping pool. Highly recommend this home!

The unobstructed view of the ocean is just outstanding—rain or shine I enjoy sitting and reading on the front porch when not at the beach! The pool is an added bonus! This is our 2nd stay at Blue Wave and once again it did not disappoint!

The house is perfectly located on the island and feels beachfront. The home is clean, well decorated and spacious enough for our family of 5! They had everything we needed for our stay! The outdoor shower makes it convenient for getting the sand off your feet! We even enjoyed the pool and outdoor grill for a few hours before heading back to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. I had to reach out to the property owner regarding the smoke alarm. She was quick to respond, kind, and understanding. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Visited with family and had a wonderful time! The property was clean, updated, well stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway. Location was amazing, short 1 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to the restaurants on the island. Definitely recommend this property!

The house was clean and in a great location. The outdoor shower was great to wash off the sand before going through the house or into the pool. The kitchen had all the utensils/pots/pans that we needed to cook meals. We had a small issue with the A/C but it was promptly addressed. The only thing that could have made this property better is if there were common beach items that came with the rental (chairs, sand toys, etc.). Overall we had a great visit and really enjoyed this property!

The Blue Wave was a great property that my family enjoyed. We have 3 young kids and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. It was clean and comfortable and just as advertised.

The house is exactly as advertised and even more. It exceeded our expectation. The location was just perfect, we had an unobstructed view of the gulf. The house was clean and had all the necessities provided. Abundant natural lighting, tastefully decorated, very well maintained and updated.
Short walk to The Blue Parrot, a great restaurant recommended by Tish (thank you!) and a 5-min drive to Piggly Wiggly.
This was our first time in St George Island and we truly felt we got the Old Florida town feel. Everyone we encountered were so nice and friendly.
Communication with Tish was great and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will definitely be coming back. As a matter of fact, I’ve already booked for same weekend next year!

We really enjoyed this place. The location is great and the view is awesome. It's right across the street from the beach but there is nothing on the other side obstructing your view of the Gulf. I spent a lot of time on the front deck just sitting and looking at the water. The house has very recently been completely renovated inside and is beautiful. If you are going to St George Island, and you're reading this review, take my advice. Don't look any further and just go ahead and book this property.

Fantastic location, beach house was well stocked with essentials. Flooring needs replacing. Bad transition (uneven floor) between kitchen and open area. Fall hazard! Lovely beach house.

We stayed at Blue Wave with my parents and my two small children. It was wonderful. Right across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean. This house was particularly great for my 2 year old because it was all one floor, the doors all had deadbolts, the pool was locked and fenced in, and the deck had a lockable gate. All of that made us feel safe with our 2 year old running around. The lack of a tub made it tough for bath time with the two little ones, but we made it work. We also liked how close it is to all the action in the middle of the island, especially Blue Parrot.
Overall I would definitely recommend this property to a group of 4-6 people. Great open floor plan with views of the beach. Tish was also easy to reach and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
