View was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Location was excellent. Oversized apartment and reasonably clean.
Keurig cups were not available in rooms with machine. Clientele had to retrieve cups from lobby. No breakfast at all. No "Do not disturb" indicators available for doors. Phones were inoperative. No posting of checkout times on doors. The last night we were there someone opened our door and were stopped by the latch while we were in bed. No announcement and no apology. Almost filed a police report. The front desk, (had to use our own phone), told us it was probably room service coming to the wrong room. Very unnerving.

At some point in the near future the room will need a refresh. But that is my only quibble--the size, comfort, and amenities of the room greatly exceeded my expectations and, given the price, represent a tremendous value.

What did I like? Our beautiful room with more amenities than expected: 2nd bath, 2nd single bdrm, mini washer and dryer, sweeping living room opening up to expansive patio balcony complete with full furniture outfit. Gracious bdrm with awesome poster bed and roomy master bath. We spent just as much time on the deck counting pelicans, watching fishing vessels, and looking out at an amazing nature tributary. Pool and deck out our front door was nice, convenient. Friendly kitty duo wandered as they wished. LOVED walking to a nearby Oyster restaurant w/ casual atmosphere, entertainment. Or walk the other way and try their seafood! enjoyed meandering the quaint working fishing town. And St George Island State Park. Happily, I didn't need our furnished kitchen, with so many choices around town.
Wish they had a mini breakfast buffet, or similar. NOT a deal breaker! :D

The planning, arranging, and greeting we received were fantastic. The young lady who assisted us with the check-in was very sweet. She ensured our room met our expectations and it did. I would recommend staying here for the beautiful scenery, and quietness, and the proximity was great for downtown shopping.
We had no complaints about this stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

To open the door to this gracious, spacious room that had patio doors to the patio viewing pelicans and the salt marshes, fishing vessels, etc, was simply amazing! Kitchen, eating area, mini bdrm with ANOTHER bath, was awesome. Patio/balcony was HUGE with appropriate furniture to really relax and watch the canals to the marina. Wildlife was awesome!
Had to hunt coffee down besides room Keurig.

The view from our terrace overlooking the estuary was beautiful.
We sat and watched the sunrise, fishing boats going by and the wonderful pelicans trying to get fish ….all so relaxing.
The dishwasher powder/capsule holder was broken and the kitchenette could have been more fully equipped with cups, bowls and cutlery.

Nice clean, large space, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and full size kitchen. The washer and dryer in the unit was a great surprise. Screened in porch was great for breakfast and coffee.

The location works for us. Away but within walking distance to shopping and downtown.
We had a great end suite on 2nd floor. The only irritation was noise from the restaurant/marina next door on Friday and Saturday nights.
The unit could use some maintenance and upgrade to towels/kitchen supplies.

The suite was very very nice. Convenient bathrooms and living area.
The towels in our unit were not clean. I had to pay for laundry soap and do a load of them in the room. The couch in the living area is very broken down. Very uncomfortable especially being the only place to sit and watch tv. Just coming off of hip replacement surgery it was very uncomfortable.

the front desk was lacking in friendliness. we stayed
at this property last year and loved lt. we brought
our dog and I thought $ 35 dollars a night was
pretty stiff. we’ll go elsewhere next visit.
