Who’s house has everything!! you need 100% recommended especially if it’s a big family they love the place everyone was happy

This house is beautiful! Ocean view every morning was breathtaking. We had a small issue with the ac on the one side of the house, but they came out and fixed it within the hour. Very fast! AND they gave us a credit towards the house. The host was amazing! Security was great! Twice an hour they drove by and waved to us. Always looking around at things. The house was very accommodating , we had 12 people WOULD definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

10 of us shared the house for a birthday and new years. it was a perfect fit. Lots of space and bathrooms. Beach is just steps away. Close to town. Quiet area. Only compliant would be another big chair or couch in the main area to lounge on.

plan on staying there again.

The entire process was simple and the location and property was just as described. We will be back and loved our time in Rocky point.

Beautiful and spacious home for large group vacation! The biggest plus for this rental is that each bedroom has its own private bath. Nice furnishings, but it is very odd none of the bedrooms have headboards for this beautiful home. I had previously read friendly feedback reviews from prior guests which have not been taken care of such as; the toilet paper holder in the Masterbath needs to be tightened, etc. Also, we were disappointed to discover there is no iron or ironing board in the home. The ACs in the home do not cool the same temperature & possibly because one side of the house has an old, outdated AC unit. I had called Property Management to report one side of the home would not cool lower than 81 degrees after being in the home for some time. Property Management lacks follow-up to ensure the issue had been resolved & to ensure overall guests/customer experience is not impacted. It is very obvious the AC unit had not been looked at because we were still having issues with one side of the house being much hotter than the other side of the house. We go to Rocky Point approximately 4 to 6 times a year, and I really hope all these issues get repaired & that Property Management takes better ownership of issues because we would really like to stay in this home again as well as recommend it to our family and friends. .

Family vacation I took my family here because they have never been and when we got to the house the house is nice but there were ants everywhere the AC was not working I was told that there would be somebody out there to fix it before we got there and it was not fixed I hated the area because there was so much seaweed that we could not swim in the water I will never go back to this area ever again sorry again the house was pretty good except for the two issues that we had if the house was in a different area I would rent it again because it fit me and my family perfect and the realtor really very nice and he was on top of everything let him know about the ants they were out there the next morning and took care of it when I let him know that they did not come out and get the AC fixed he took care of it right then and there

We got to the property 30 minutes after our check in time and there was people there still cleaning a bad thing is that the fridge had a really bad smell and it didn’t work properly we bought ice cream and we couldn’t eat it because it was melted the whole time. Another thing is that there was insects 🐜 in the bathroom. Overall the house is beautiful and it has a pretty view.

Great location, house was clean and stocked with what was listed. Perfect place to unwind and take in the views. Did not disappoint.

The house is beautiful we lived that every bedroom has its own bathroom family enjoyed the balcony we bbq we sat enjoyed the breeze, we even danced we had so much fun

Had a great stay, house was amazing. Only bad thing was that I was sent the wrong key and when I went to the rental office the guy was pretty set on saying that I was robbed by someone with a fake account because that house was not there’s. Eventually the owner of the home was called and everything was settled.

From beginning to end, the whole process was simple and easy. This house is in a perfect location, central to everywhere. What a great house!! One of the best times had!

It was great could not find it when we got there but gave a call to the owner and she guided us there very nice.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house is beautiful and very clean and inviting. The pictures really don't do it justice. There is a lot of space for gathering in addition to the 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The kitchen is large and has most anything you could want for cooking and eating. The wifi works quite well- even with several teenagers using it. It is just across the street from the beach-one house on the other side of the street to walk past (2-3 minutes, tops). The garage was fantastic for putting paddle boards, kayaks, and beach stuff in at night. The owners provided a ton of good information and were very responsive and easy to work with. I think we have found our new favorite place to stay in Rocky Point!

Found location on VRBO.had great communication with Steve Utter about process to rent. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. Only negative about the the area was the roads into and out of area, need repair.

We love this place and have stayed many times. Across the street from the beach with easy access. Patios for lounging and viewing the beach, the night stars, napping and reading and yoga. The house is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. Water pressure in the showers is good and the temp is hot.

Very nice, clean & spacious home. Walking distance from the beach!!! We all enjoyed our weekend there.

This house was great comfortable and family friendly. Adults and kids loved it!

This was our first here. Although the weather was extremely muggy we enjoyed our entire stay. We are right by the beach and the kids were able to enjoy the it several times a day. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the showers had no curtains or doors which allowed the floors to get extremely wet every time we showered. Other than that I recommend this home. It’s beautiful and very specious. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely recommend this lovely he located in Las Conchas. Full of amenities, a private beach , helpful venders , massages on the beach authentic food banana boats and Jetskis. This home is only minutes(14 min) away from central shopping restaurant strips and clubs and the other beaches and boat cruises. We did it all fun for all my children and husband. We sure miss this house. No one wanted to leave.

The stay was great we had a wonderful tome, the house looks way better than the pictures.. you wont be disappointed!
