The breakfast was good and so was the location.

We requested a recliner for the assessable room and were told by you this would happen but it did not. Also, we waited for over an hour to check out because there were no luggage racks to get our luggage to our car and so we ended up using the chair on wheels from the room to carry our luggage down to our car 😒

Great location, clean

Sofa bed mattress was soaking wet. My 19 year old son could not sleep on it. That was the reason I booked that particular room.

Hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly, and my dog was welcome. They helpfully put me in a room near the exit.

When we asked for housekeeping to come in and empty the trash (it got full after a few days) housekeeping came and changed towels but didn't empty the trash.

The breakfast was great. The woman who was in charge of cleaning/preparing/maintaining the breakfast area was very friendly and was very helpful! I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. Also, the woman who checked us in, and was always at the front desk when we came back from the mountain was EXCEPTIONAL. Her name began with an A. She was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pool area and hot tub one of the cleanest I've seen recently. Location was excellent.

Pet fees. I understand that I should have to pay extra for pets but why $50 per pet. Should just be one charge.

One of the rooms smelled like dog pee. Night front desk came to help freshen up the room but they were all sold out that night we couldn’t change until the next day.
