Rooms were nice with lots of amenities. Breakfast was fine, the scrambled eggs were moist and fresh (much, much better than most motel breakfasts). Lots of places to meet with friends in the Lobby.

The microwave in our room was not working so the staff had put a second, very large & bulky, microwave on the kitchen counter which covered the whole kitchen counter.

we booked your hotel for a weekend vacation with our two kids. We choose this hotel specifically for the hot tub and swimming pool for the kids. Sadly the hot tub and pool were closed the morning for regular chemical maintenance. I really don’t know why this wasn’t done after hours when the pool was closed normally. Instead it was closed all morning and wasn’t expected to be open until maybe an hour before our noon checkout. What a HUGE disappointment it was for my kids and major letdown for the weekend. What was supposed to be a fun weekend getaway turned into a $200 night for nothing considering we really came to let the kids enjoy the pool while we sat in the hot-tub. Instead we sat in the room and watched TV. Might as well stayed home had we known. The hotel and room was great, but the poorly planned pool maintenance was awful.

Lounge area was very nice and spacious. Breakfast offerings were good and fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a concert and it was right across the street from the Delta Center. Great spot!

went out for dinner came back and my bags were gone. Called the desk and there was some misunderstanding is all she said. headed out to concert on return key cards not working, they re issued new ones and was given 2 waters an 2 chocolates for inconvenience.

Location was great. We were able to walk to the capitol and easily catch the trax up to university. Many yummy restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Staff were really kind and helpful!

The food quality for breakfast wasn’t great but I am a bit of a food snob so take my comment with a grain of salt! Lots of choices so that was nice!

no indoor pool, no "made to order" options for breakfast, no bar and/or snacks???

It was a great location to the Vivint arena. We were able to walk there and back after our concert.

The room didn't have a darkness shade on the side where the bed was. So falling asleep that night was a little more difficult.

Coffee maker was filthy!! Heater/air was so noisy. Whenever it turned on it woke me up. Powdered eggs

Very comfortable and spacious room, good location, good value.

My major suggestions to the management would be: 1) there was a very strong perfume smell in the lobby that would be offensive to some people. 2) the coffee at the breakfast buffet was really, really weak.

The girls were so friendly and helpful. We got a great view and speedy service.

Only one TV remote worked. I couldn't change the room temperature. I couldn't get the wifi to work. I couldn't change the shower flow to stronger. The plug-in outlets on the bedroom lamp didn't work. The curtains did not close all the way. There was so much noise from the room upstairs. I don't want to look at the hotel info on my phone using the code in the room. I want actual paperwork that I can look through easily.

For my taste/expectations: 1. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. 2. Ice machine on my floor did not work. 3. Strange snack purchase area. No Utah souvenirs, newspapers, etc… 4. Better communication is needed with Taxi/transportation companies. Twice, my taxi/Uber couldn’t find the hotel. Lack of SIGNAGE? Most likely since the entrance is right by a public parking entrance.

the hotel was excellent location to and from different ski locations and more then half the price for mountain resorts. hotel is perfectly located to walk to many restaurants and we also enjoyed renting the scooters to ride around the city. fabulous location and hotel and will be back

Bigger than expected. Like an apartment. Two TVs. Close to airport.

Needed help with TV. Shower facility had loose parts, weak pressure.

The property was so close to Vivint Arena, which was why we were in town. The facilities were clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was decent.

The information sent to me from booking.com did not match experience. Booking told me there was a $75 per charge - I was charged $100. Booking told me that, due to covid, the pool and hot tub were closed. Both were open. Booking told me that, due to covid, there was no hot breakfast. This was also inaccurate. Overall the stay and the property was perfectly fine, it was the inaccurate detail from Booking that made this a frustrating stay.
