The Moonbay complex is very nice and well maintained. This unit has a parking space that is at the building next door. It looks like the lot lines were drawn incorrectly since every other unit had parking next to it.
The upstairs was clean and in good condition, but there was a lot of older bed linens and towels in closets that should be removed. The carpet on the stairs was dirty and coming loose at the bottom. The kitchen sink was rusted at the connection to the counter. The wall and entry door were extremely dirty. Some of the blinds were stained. The railings going upstairs were sticky and dirty.
We notified the owner who was very cordial and concerned about the unit condition and said that he would try to get over to check the unit out.
The screened in porch exterior needed a touch up.
It’s a great location and could be a wonderful unit with a great view . Just needs work.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Oasis. The property was wonderful - nicely furnished, lots of space, very comfortable beds, very well-stocked. We loved sitting out on the lanai and the balcony with coffee and enjoying a glass of wine out on the dock with neighbors watching the sunset. Everyone there is so friendly!

When we got there the in instructions was "ylif you don't have the code for the door, contact the property manager at xxx-xxx-xxxx phone number. The number rings directly to his voice mail and the text messages I sent to it has still not been read a week later. I found the code, we where also instructed to get a parking permit from the office that no one was at all week and there was no permits on the clip board.
Also, they were painting the entire facility while we were there. We where trying to leave and someone had taped up the front door and we had to tair it open get out. No one told us this maintenance would be going on while we were there. We left and came back and the door was taped over again so we could not get in the room. Again,we tore it down so we could get in our room. I messaged the manager again and it has still not been read my h less replied to. The worst one of all was my wife and I where in bed on the 2nd floor master bedroom that has a sliding glass door that goes out side to a lovely balcony. 2nd floor remember, and someone knocks on the window and there was a painter on our 2nd floor balcony, you guessed it, taping it over so it could be painted. We where unable to use the balcony the rest of our trip and again management was totally unresponsive. We where supposed to have a reserved covered parking spot. I had this spot 2 of the 6 days we booked it for and the rest of the time, you guessed it, it was taped over. And again, no response fro

We had a great stay at the condo we stayed at.. The place was nice and clean and the landlord was awesome and was great with communication. All the amenities were great… We give 5 stars across the board…

This was a great find! All of the descriptions and photos online are accurate. The townhouse was very clean, well stocked with bedding, towels and cooking utensils. We only used the one bedroom that had a nice balcony overlooking the marina but the second bedroom was just as nice if you need more space. One of the best things about our three week stay were the people…..a number of the guests mentioned it as well. It felt very welcoming which you don’t get at most properties.
The owner Dean, was great! The air conditioning went bad while we were there and one call to Dean and the repairman was out there quickly to resolve the problem. Thank you again Dean for your fast response and providing a great place to stay!

Great for Families
Sunset Oasis was perfect for our family of 4! The townhouse really had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of utensils, pots & pans, dishes and glasses. We loved having the two and a half baths and loved having the washer and dryer to throw a load of laundry in when we got back from being in the water. Be sure to check all the closets as there are so many extras there that we didn’t even realize were there until the end of our trip. We went down to the dock almost every night to fish and watch the sunset and even saw a manatee one night. And the location was close to many great restaurants. We would definitely recommend Sunset Oasis!

Great stay!
The property had great views of ocean, beach and sunset as described. Conveniently located on the property close to the pool and beach (within steps). My kids loved fishing, playing tennis/basketball and chilling in the hammock chairs. The docks were great for fishing and sunset viewing with friendly people.
The space was stocked with all the necessary items and sports gear to use. Dean was very responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend.

A+ Sunset Oasis at Moonbay
We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Oasis. The townhome was very spacious, and very well equipped. We didn’t cook (haha) but the cupboards were well stocked with pots and pans, etc. the pool was lovely, and the weather was perfect!! The location was exactly what we wanted so that we could explore the area. We went south to Key West (Higgs beach is amazing), we went into the Everglades, and north to Miami. All easily accessed from Key Largo. Dean was very good at communicating. You can feel completely confident in renting this town home. We had a wonderful week

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors were very helpful and friendly and the owner/host was responsive and made sure we had everything needed to experience a great vaca!

This was a beautiful property and great location. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The home had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. It is perfectly situated next to the pool, near the beach, and near the docks. Within walking distance of a couple restaurants and one of the best views of sunset! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation
Dean was great to communicate with and his condo was a great place for our family vacation. Great sunsets and short proximity to Caribbean Club boat ramp and waterway cut through. Only thing I would caution is that if Caribbean Club trailer parking is full you are pretty much out of luck. Great stay and looking forward to coming again next year.

Perfect Getaway
Beautiful property! The townhome is well stocked and very clean. The community of Moon Bay has so much to offer. Hammocks, shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, ping pong and a beautiful pool. We highly recommend this a getaway because it is so relaxing! We definitely will be back!

Great stay!
Great location and great place to stay! We had a small issue connecting to wifi when we arrived. Dean responded immediately and got the issue fixed quickly. Location is great! Loved the dock and watching the sunsets each evening! Pool was great and the townhome had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

Home away from home
Everything about this property lived up to our expectations. The place is very clean and well appointed with amazing views from the master bedroom and the screened in porch. We grilled, ate delicious fish and watched the sunset every night. The place also has a fun game room, shuffleboard, corn hole and a refreshing pool. Everything we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation. We will be back!!

Perfect Location/Great Amenities
We enjoyed the ‘resort’ feeling of the condo complex. The facilities (pool, hammocks, pier) were great. Quiet hours were respected. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed to make meals - new looking cookware. Nice to have beach towels supplied. We loved having our meals and coffee either on the balcony or lanai. No complaints.

Nice place but didn't live up to our expectations
Dean was great to work with but there were multiple issues while we were there and I'm sure they are being taken care of but that doesn't really help us now so my review is what we experienced. I will say the kids loved the place but my wife and I were disappointed. We loved that the condo was off the main road and there are many positive things about the place. I think we just had some bad luck. A broken screen door slammed on my wife's arm pretty good. There were missing vertical blinds in the 2nd bedroom and as a father of daughters I did not like the fact people could see into the room. Was hoping the shutters would close to provide more privacy but they were stuck. Another big disappointment was the kitchen. Cooking there was tough and the pans were useless. The reason we rent places like this is to save money on not having to go out to eat. Unfortunately it was a challenge to cook basic things like eggs and hash browns with the pans provided. So we had to go out to eat a lot more than we wanted to. Loved that the place had a lot of amenities and we had a lot of fun as a family playing tennis, shuffleboards, cornhole and ring toss. Thanks for letting us stay at your place and hopefully you have addressed some of the issues that we had so others can enjoy this place more than we did.

Classic keys
We enjoyed our stay at sunset oasis, the complex is amazing! We saw manatees and sting ray's and caught many fish right off the boat dock!
The unit itself was as advertised with some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see.
The condo is showing some wear and tear, but was in good shape overall. When we arrived the cleaning people were still there and we had to wait awhile to get in. There were minor cleanliness and maintenance issues, but nothing terrible.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book with Dean in the future.

Stress free, exactly as advertised
Everything about this property met or exceeded my expectations. We ended up staying at moon Bay more than we had planned because the backyard and pool space was so nice and relaxing. The house came stocked with everything we needed, including spices and extra towels. The neighbors were all VERY friendly and made for good company around the grill or the pool.
The best part was the communication with the property owner. Dean gave me his number and promptly answered any question my group came up with, including pre-arrival questions and local recommendations. Couldn't be more satisfied!
