Nous avons construit la maison de vacances idéale pour la grande famille ou le groupe. La maison est située sur un terrain plat (zéro escalier vers le lac) avec votre propre plage privée. La maison comprend un énorme quai d'amusement privé (65x40), y compris une rampe d'entrée zéro, idéale pour la baignade, y compris une machine à glace commerciale, un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, une chaîne stéréo, une kitchenette et une île avec des comptoirs en granit (certains clients choisissent de passer toute la journée sur le Dock).

Nous avons installé un écran LCD de 55 pouces avec lecteur DVD pour les soirées cinéma dans le grand salon - notre disposition de canapé de fosse de canapé peut accueillir plusieurs personnes confortablement. Il y a deux autres téléviseurs à la maison, tous ont la télévision directe. La maison est située à environ 125 mètres de la célèbre station balnéaire de Captain Rons (y compris la plage, les groupes, la nourriture, le beach-volley, etc.). Il y a plusieurs entreprises de location de bateaux et de coureurs de vagues à proximité.

We had a great time at this rental the home owners did a wonderful job with communication and check in. Although this was a fabulous home In my
Opinion it wasn’t worth $7,000 a week. The beds were uncomfortable the couch was cheap and uncomfortable no TVs in the bedrooms the basement doors were broken and didn’t lock the speakers on the dock wouldn’t work although the owners did try to come fix them only one of the arcade games shown worked and the beach area has a bit of a drop off getting to the water not great for little ones and the hot tub was dirty and full of sand. Positives the house is updated and was clean. It’s walking distance to Captain Ron’s. The swings shown on the dock are kinda fun but don’t really swing great the net is only for lounging so almost more of a hassle to keep the kids from jumping on it

This is the perfect home for our family getaway! Loved the kid’s bunk room! Most importantly we had a beach and no step access to water. Our grands were outside 12 hours a day. Thank you!!

This property met the needs of our 3-generation family very well. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious enough for multiple cooks working on meal prep. The dock was the perfect spot to enjoy the hot sunny weather. The lilypad, kayaks and lawn games were enjoyed by all.

The house was absolutely perfect! The house and dock had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy a lakefront stay. The host checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved being in the no wake cove so the kids could kayak around all they wanted. FYI: If you are looking to rent a boat, Rad Dad Boat Rentals does deliver the boat directly to the house! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Definitely something for everyone!! The location is best feature...no wake zone so great for swimming and kayaking! Restaurant a few doors down with beach so kids play while adults adult:) (did that several nights) House has great open space and lots of sleeping possibilities. And Kristy was great!

This was our 2nd visit to Sol Mate. :) We chose to return because of its great location, as well as the many indoor & outdoor living areas/amenities of the property. Kristy’s communication was great before, during & after our trip…she was SO helpful!

Wonderful Lake House. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation with both sets of grandparents and it was perfect for all. House was fully stocked and very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with which was nice too. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

This place was perfect! It had everything you could possibly need. The owners thought of everything. We had one issue with the grill but the owner was very quick to respond and I’m sure they got it resolved! We will definitely stay here again!

Property and communication from owners was perfect. We always do an off season stay and have had to bring our dogs the past few times. It was great to find a pet friendly property with so many options. Since it is early spring you never know what the weather brings SolMate has great inside and outside options for activities. We will definitely be checking the calendar for openings next spring.

My wife and I are parents of three teenagers so we do not have many opportunities to spend time together due to sports, jobs, etc. Our week at Sol Mate was great. The pool table and arcade games were a hit with my son. The hot tub and dock were a hit with my daughters. We did some hiking and cave exploring while we were there. Most of our time was spent at the house. Plenty of room and everything was clean. It was a great time with family!

We were so blessed to find this gem for our Thanksgiving week vacation with family gathering from Texas, Wisconsin, and Chicago. Such a beautiful setting and lovely house nestled right into a cove on Lake of the Ozarks. We were wishing we were here in warmer months to better enjoy the lake, but for a November gathering, the house and property had everything and more than we were looking for. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, even hung out on the dock. The game room was a hit with everyone! The bunk room had space for all the cousins to enjoy each other and be comfortable and the upstairs rooms had super comfortable beds and nice spaces for the adults. There were loads of extra linens available if needed as well as everything we needed to bring in all our groceries for our stay for 3 families and cook all our meals, including two fridges in the house and all kitchen needs for a foodie family.
The host was super accommodating and helpful as we planned this get together and that made our stay everything we hoped it would be!

Our daughter got married at Weathered Wisdom Barn, and we chose to make Sol Mate our “headquarters” for the week, which could not have turned out better! Kristy was proactively communicative and so helpful answering questions and providing recommendations. Her property is exactly as advertised, and you can feel comfortable having guests of all ages stay with you. The location is quite convenient to the Highway so travel to / from surrounding towns is efficient. I’d happily stay here again should we return to Sunrise Beach.

This place has it all!!! Location, docks, beach, game room, 3 and a half bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, gas grill, large beautiful deck overlooks the lake, dock has music, swings, refrigerator, couch to relax, lawn chairs, i mean, it just has everything you need!! 5 minutes from gas and groceries and walking distance to Captain Rons bar and beach ⛱️ 👌 PERFECT WEEK!!

This was our 5th year vacationing in the Ozarks and this was our favorite rental yet. We had 2 families with 6 teenagers. The house was very clean and set up well for our group. The upstairs has a great room for big meals and a large Smart TV for movies. Everyone took turns with the video games and pool throughout the week.
But, what sets this house apart is the outdoor space which is the primary thing we look for. Large, slightly sloped yard so good setup for corn hole (they provide a set) and other games. They have a rare beach area which I imagine would be great for families with young children. The deck space is one of the best I've seen on the lake and we spent every day and most evenings hanging out on it. There's a couch, bar, cabinet and full refrigerator which we used to get out of the sun and for card games in the evening. They also provide a Lilly pad, a couple of kayaks and other toys and have a shop vac which we used to fill up our rafts. It's in a large, no wake cove, so didn't have to worry about waves, or passing boats at all.
Only 3 doors down from Captain Rons so we spent several nights there listening to bands and playing volleyball. But, surprisingly, didn't really hear the noise on those nights we hung out at the dock. Also only a few minutes from Pirates Point marina where we rented wave runners and a pontoon and only a 5 min drive from a grocery store and several other bar/restaurants on the lake.
We'll definitely be coming back!

Great location! Close to everything but in a nice wake free cove. My kids loved the beach area and the dock. The owner was great to work with and stayed in touch the entire trip. Would highly recommend!

Great location in Captain Ron’s cove! Lots of fun things for the kids to do…kayaks, water mat, swings and swimming in a no wake cove. The house was nicely updated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this home for your next family gathering!

Great location on the lake, dock was great to hang out on, swim, and just chill with the doggos. Highly recommend and will be back. Look to Lake Breeze Resort for reasonable boat rentals.

Great kitchen and living area upstairs, newly remodeled and very clean. Downstairs can sleep quite a few and has some fun space for games. Beach and dock/bar is a great place to relax with plenty of room, and very little waves as this is a no wake bay right off the channel. Being close to Captain Ron's was great too!

We enjoyed the dock and spent many hours soaking in the sun and catching fish at night. The open floor plan allowed for kids to move and also had extra room to cook and eat. Fishing was great close to the house and the cove was quiet which allows for kayaking.

Communication from day one was fantastic! We had so much space for all five kids to play inside and outside. We were close to groceries and had lots of space to cook meals! The dock space was perfect for the kids and grown-ups to play and relax. We can't wait to vacation here again soon!

The house was amazing exceeding our exceptions. We had 5 adult couples and we all had our own bed. We loved hanging out on the dock, playing a game of pool and the games in the basement and using the hot tub. The location is perfect literally walking distance to Captain Ron’s and other restaurants and the grocery store. Kristy was great to work with, providing information and checking to see if we needed anything after checking in. Already planning our next visit!

This was a great place to stay I would stay here every time I come to Lake of the Ozarks. The house set up just what our family needed. The dock and the swimming area was everyone’s favorite part. Great communication with the hostess. I don’t have any regrets choosing this house for our family vacation.

So much thought and detail went into this place. From the dock with is out of this world, with an ice machine and full fridge. To the basement entertainment and pool table.
Captain Ron’s is a walk away with amazing food and drinks. It’s just awesome.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! There’s so much to do for the kids and adults to stay entertained. The kitchen is beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. We especially loved the private beach the kids played in the sand for hours. This is the perfect stay for a family with kids and teens. Would definitely come back!

Sol Mate was the perfect house for our family of ten, ages 1-72. No steps from the house to the water, great sandy beach for the little ones with a variety of sand toys included, lots of inflatables enjoyed by the young & old, and the huge incredible dock used for gathering, relaxing, and fishing. We were able to seat everyone around the large kitchen table. The kitchen had the supplies needed to prepare all of our meals. It was very convenient to have the half bath right inside the basement door. The fire ring was nice to have for making s’mores one evening and it was very pleasant & quiet to sit on the deck in the evenings after the little ones went to bed.
I had lots of questions before & during our stay and Kristy was always very prompt in replying.
The location was perfect. I highly recommend this great property to groups of all ages, but especially to those families with small children.
I would also like to recommend Rad Dad Boat Rental, for the convenience of delivering & picking up the boat and for their awesome customer service.

This property was wonderful for children, which was why we had chosen it, especially with young children. Having a beach was fantastic, as well as the zero entry ramp on the dock. The house was spacious, with plenty of sitting space for a large group. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great location and quiet cove for swimming and kayaking. Really nice, big dock for swimming and hanging out. Home is partially remodeled in kitchen and great room. Host was accessible and helpful. Hot tub, patio and yard were excellent. Sand beach fun for kids. Game room in basement big hit for adults and kids alike.

Dock is incredible for kids and adults. Everything you could want in a rental. Great location too. The only small critiques is it needs a better grill and large loots and pans for large groups. Other than that everything was fantastic
