Notre famille a séjourné dans cette belle maison en septembre pour préparer le mariage de nos filles qui a eu lieu au golf. Nous avions 12 membres de notre famille dans la maison et c'était assez spacieux. À distance de marche est le Ritz Carlton, et l'accès à la plage, ainsi que les liens de golf pour le golf. C'est une belle maison et j'y retournerais volontiers.

Nous n'aurions pas pu être plus satisfaits de cette propriété! Son emplacement et toutes les commodités étaient plus que ce que nous pouvions demander. Le propriétaire est extrêmement aimable et facile à travailler. La communauté fermée est impeccable avec de beaux sentiers pour marcher jusqu'aux falaises de l'océan, jusqu'à la plage et autour d'un terrain calme et bien entretenu.

Nous avons eu le brunch le plus incroyable au Ritz pour terminer notre séjour !!! Dîner au Café Gibralter était un régal absolu pour les papilles. Nous avons apprécié Cetrella le samedi, la nourriture et la musique étaient délicieuses et délicieuses. (Ça vaut vraiment le coup!) Nous avons apprécié le shopping à Half Moon Bay et une balade à cheval sur la plage ... photo parfaite.

We rented this for ourselves and our 4 kids in their 20’s. We were in town for a wedding and this home was just wonderful. Close to family staying at the Ritz. Having a kitchen and space to be together was wonderful. Anna was easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone

The property is overall gorgeous in a great location. My group absolutely enjoyed the property everyone commented how comfortable they were with the excellent mattresses in the bedrooms. The only concerns were, The BBQ and outdoor heaters could use a little TLC, the electric igniters didn’t work probably from the salt air. Lastly the downstairs room shows as having a queen bed however, it’s actually a queen rollout. But overall we were extremely happy with the location.

We were looking for a easy, relaxing and easy getaway from the busy city life for Memorial Day. This house made our weekend extra special.
Neighborhood - incredibly safe with guards out in the front entrance. Beautifully landscape golf course and 5 minute walk to the beach, connected to the Ritz Carlton.
Bedroom - spacious bedroom, the master bedroom is bigger than an entire apartment and extremely well equipped. Bed were comfortable and bathroom were all remodeled.
Kitchen - biggest highlight of the entire house. The kitchen was a large size and it was beyond well equipped ..., tons of plates and utensils for large parties, large platter, baking sheets. We all hung out in this space and really enjoyed what the kitchen has to offer.
Backyard - well kept, had a very nice grill and 3 gazebo to sit outside. It was a little cold when we were there but as the weather got nicer, we were able to go outside and enjoy a nice meal in the backyard.
In summary, I highly recommend this house for large parties. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and Anna was wonderful to work with.

8 of us came from around the country to celebrate a big birthday and it was fantastic! Everyone who walked into the house oohed and aahed. The furnishings and art work set an upbeat tone for a wonderful 2 days. The location is fabulous--just a few blocks from the ocean. The house had great seating areas and all the kitchen amenities that anyone would want. It was very easy to communicate with Anna and she was very nice to us. I highly recommend this home for a group get-away.

We all had plenty of room in the house which was clean and well stocked. The house is in a great location and we enjoyed the short walk to the Ritz. I had to reach out to the property owner, who responded immediately.

The home is simply exquisite, and we enjoyed the convenience of being next to the golf course, the towns, and all the seaside scenery. The home was spotless, well decorated, and the backyard was truly a respite within a respite. Communication between the homeowner and us was excellent, as well. After each day of exploring the local towns, we always felt safe & welcome here at this home, as well as when we arrived at the of this community. To note, on our first arrival, the attendant at the gate was expecting us, and each of them were very friendly. We felt grateful to have found this home. Highly recommend!

We had four couples total come and stay at this beautiful home for my birthday. It's newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful . We love the flow of the house and the backyard was very nice for lounging . The only negative thing was one of the rooms has a pull out sofa bed and bbq needed cleaning and propane. We ended up cooking inside . The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and dishes and nice glasses. It's location is wonderful and we walked to the ritz twice! The dining room is huge and perfect for group dinners and playing games. Everyone had a great time.

Had a wonderful stay in HMB. Loved the house and the spacious back patio. Easy walking distance to beach. Went into town and experienced goat yoga. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay. Lot's of kids and plenty of room. We had a great time and enjoyed the home. The downstairs was recently renovated and it looks great!

Great family spot close to the Ritz
We used this house while having a family function at the Ritz. The house was great with a fantastic setup in the backyard. Less then a 10 minute walk to the Ritz. Great communication from the owner as well. Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for good space to stay in HMB.

Amazing property, overall very good communication.
This was my first VRBO rental, and due to that there was some issues using the platform in general. However that is about the platform in general not this property.
That being said I still feel like there was a couple of mistakes on the listing. There was not hot tub access when I visited, but that may be temporary while the owner fixes it.
The property has an excellent number of sleeping a accomodations and that was very important to me since we mostly used the property for sleeping in-between wedding festivities. It was also located very close to our wedding venue at the Half Moon Bay Golf links which made the booking a no brainer for me and my wedding party. Would recommend for anyone spending time in half moon bay.

Beautiful property and location
The home was spacious and well equipped, just as described in the listing. Comfortable beds with plenty of linens and towels. It was in a beautiful gated community with just a short walk to the golf course and bluffs overlooking the ocean. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great overall space
The property was useful for our group of ten that were meeting. The kitchen and backyard BBQ were great. There were five beds and then three pull-out couches/ beds. We would use the space again.

Family Graduation Celebration
Great family getaway for a College Graduation Celebration. This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. It offered everything we needed for a weekend celebration, it was very clean, plenty of supplies, and very comfortable. It is close to the Ritz Carlton which was great for walks with amazing views. The guys golfed one afternoon and the course was very close and convenient. We went into Half Moon Bay for a lunch and spent the rest of the time at the house and used the outdoor BBQ for great meals. It was the perfect getaway. We had four vehicles, but there was a parking area available to us a short distance away, so our son and daughter-in-law that had motorized scooters offered to park there for the weekend and used their scooters to get back and forth. A great VRBO experience!

great setting for our meeting
6 of us stayed at the house during a conference nearby, and held some meetings of our own at the house. The gazebo was a wonderful space to gather and talk.

Will not stay at this property again not what was advertised.
we had a terribile time because first of all it did not have what was in the pictures of the advertising. ie:no outdoor fireplace which would have made the backyard useful.
BBQ was not working it was leaking gas badly very unsafe.
Thermostat for heating and cooling was not working so it was very cold at nights and most of us did not sleep well or sleep at all.
electrical problems we kept loosing power and electricity because breakers were tripping and we did not have any unusual usage to make them tripping.
we had to call the owner to come and reset the breaker and took him an hour to show up in the meantime we had no power in halph of the house.
we told the owner and showed him all the problems and he agreed that the problems existed and didn't do anything about them.
had a terrible time for the whole family do not recommend it at all.

Hi, just a quick summary of our stay at 445 Fairway Drive. We enjoyed to get to together with the Family. The house is large with 5 bedrooms what we needed for our family outing. Some of the interior needs some refreshing and maintenance, including the backyard. The putting green needs major work, so the landscape.

A very nice location
Our family and friends (total of 10 people) planned a crabbing trip and we stayed at this property. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be coming back again.

Potentially a great place to stay
This is a wonderful home in an excellent location, and could be a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately for us, the cleanliness wasn't anything like we expected, based on the photos, write up, and reviews from other guests. There were also maintenance issues. The owner seems reasonable enough, and is quite possibly being taken advantage of by the property management company.
Here are the issues that we ran into, maybe this will help ensure that the next guests don't come away feeling shortchanged like we did.
The backyard depicted in the profile is a gorgeous place to hang out. Unfortunately for us, we found a backyard that was too filthy to use. There was a layer of grime over everything, with leaves and cobwebs everywhere as well. We would have had to spend a couple of hours of our own time cleaning to make it into what was promised in the pictures. The grill was filthy as well. We cleaned the grill interior enough to make it usable, but the whole thing needs a 2 hour cleaning job.
The counter top appliances and stove top badly needed cleaning. They were sticky and visibly dirty. The blender base actually had a large chunk of decaying fruit on it. There was not one pot or pan in the cabinets that was usable without a good scrubbing. The interior of the lower cabinets need to be emptied and cleaned.
We found the coffee pot full of moldy coffee grounds. We contacted the owner, but were still left without a working coffee pot for the entire duration of or stay.
Broken stuff: The 4 slice toaster can only toast 2 slices at a time. The toilet in the master BR runs. The beautiful jacuzzi tub doesn't hold water. Burners on the kitchen stove don't light reliably/some not at all. The backyard was depicted as having a fireplace, which it did not. The auto igniter on the grill is broken.
I think that 3 stars is more than a fair review, given that what was promised to us wasn't delivered. If the place was clean and everything working, it would certainly be a 5 stars.

Loved HMB!
The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 11. It was reasonably clean with plenty of linens and kitchen tools. The location is very nice, although a bit of a long walk to the beach. Easy drive to everything though! Proximity to and access to the Ritz Carlton was woonderful. We would consider coming back sometime!

Beautiful property walking distance to The Ritz
You will love your stay here. The property is large, big back yard for lunch/dinners, very clean with great natural light. We were a group of 10 and only had very minor issues -- I'll outline here for future guests to take into consideration.
1) If you are going to stay more than a night or 2, you may need to bring your own toilet tissues. With 3 bathrooms we had to get more.
2) Only one towel/hand towel/wash cloth per person so be aware.
3) Kitchen is large and has great dishes/pans but no condiments to speak of including pepper, so plan ahead. Large spice rack but spices are very old and congealed.
4) Lightbulb was out in den/bedroom downstairs so had to grab a bulb from another location.
5) The gas grill is located under the trees making cooking quite difficult. A new location would be helpful.
It would be helpful if the cleaning crew would notify the owners about small issues like the lightbulbs because really, there's no way they can know.
The Ritz Carlton and ocean/beach trails are literally 5 minutes away on foot and lead to miles of great walks on the beach or on the trail above. A Safeway market is about 1 mile down the road if you forget anything so the location couldn't be more perfect.
The owners are very prompt and thorough with directions, key codes, parking instructions etc. We would definitely come back.
