Alihi LANI. Ce petit complexe de 6 unité est un «vrai bijou», selon le Guide Ultime Kauai. La piscine en bord de mer a été récemment rénové en 2011. L'espace paysager devant dispose également de deux barbecues à gaz et grand meubles de jardin.
OCEANFRONT. Notre emplacement au deuxième étage donnant sur la piscine en bord de mer et à moins de 50 verges du ressac. Regardez la vie de l'océan et de spectaculaires couchers de soleil de la véranda couverte 184 pieds carrés. Toute l'année vous allez voir des tortues et des dauphins - et pendant la saison des baleines le spectacle est juste en face de vous.
LOCATION. La plage Sheraton est situé à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Là, vous pouvez profiter de plongée, la natation de plage, des leçons de surf, et bronzer. Restaurants, épiceries et boutiques sont également facilement accessibles à pied.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The unit and grounds are very clean and updated. The unit also had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, coolers etc.. Couldn’t have asked for a better view from the lanai. Cynthia is very responsive and wants to make sure your stay is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.on our next trip!

This unit came as advertised and reviewed by others. Super clean and easy check in. Easy walk to beach at Sheraton and Shops at Kukui'ula. Loved the private pool for the complex, There are only 6 units and all were full, but it still felt like it you were the only residents. This is one spot that the actual matches the high reviews on-line!

We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

We had the best stay at this property and can't wait to stay again! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite activity. We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. We thought it was a great location to access everything we wanted to see on the island.

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. The location was perfect. Close to beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. We look forward to the next time. Mahalo!

We absolutely loved our stay. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the view, but also just how nicely put together the place was. The kitchen was beautiful, and every tool you might need was there. The place was bright with perfect beachy decor. No need at all for air conditioning with all the ceilings fans and thoughtfully placed floor fan too! The bed and pillows were brilliant, we had great sleeps with the ocean waves right outside the window. Cynthia is so well organized. We really appreciated how easy to find any info we needed in the guide book she has put together. Also it was so great having the closet full of beach chairs and cooler bags and boogie boards! If we are ever lucky enough to come back we would not hesitate to stay here!

This is the second time we have stayed. It is a great location. Has great views and close to many restaurants. We walked 5 miles everyday just around the condo. Walked to the blow hole, Walked to stores, walked to restaurants. Even though rented a car we didn’t need to use it much. The condo is well stocked and has surf boards, rafts etc.

Views from this property are stunning from all living areas and master bedroom. We enjoyed watching the turtles right in front of the complex. Unit was well stocked and host communication was easy. We canceled a “luxury” resort reservation to book this unit when it became available and were so pleased we did! We look forward to staying here again.

This building has the best location looking right at a cove full of turtles, and in our case this trip whales, as well as having only six units giving a very quiet, private feel. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want and is fully stocked with all the beach things you might need. Cynthia was fantastic and the property is well maintained and very clean. We had such a great time here! The property is immaculate and the condo itself we found to be the same! There is absolutely everything you could possibly need!! From the kitchen to extras like lotions, sunscreens, first aid kits and of course all you need for the beach! Which got alot of use! But our favorite part was the view! Everyday straight out from the condo we saw sea turtles and a couple times whales and dolphins and then there's the sunsets! Beautiful! We will definitely try to come back! Thank you Cynthia!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo surrounded by palm trees and Poipu beach. Lovely sunsets, views of dolphins whales and turtles from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and sandy beaches. Pool and bbq area were a huge plus. Everything we expected it to be.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable condo in a great location with incredible views! The condo is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, time at the beach etc. Cynthia is very good with communication and she was fairly quick to respond to issues that unfolded ie the pull out bed not keeping air and then coming up with solutions. There is information in the condo and as well Cynthia gave us lots of suggestions that were very helpful in planning our adventures on Kauai .

This property has a incredible view of the ocean. We so enjoyed the lanai and listening to the waves. Our adult children enjoyed snorkeling nearby and the variety of nearby eating locations. We did cook most meals and the kitchen was very equipped.

Kauai gem - stunning ocean view
LOVED this property and location! We saw multiple turtles swimming in the ocean and even saw 1 whale. The property is updated, very well-stocked, great room sizes, and views forever. Sitting on the lanai every night to watch the sunset was amazing. Cynthia was attentive and responsive, very helpful with suggestions on beaches and turtle watching. Amazing view!
This condo has everything! First of all, the view from the lanai is spectacular. We watched whales and turtles every day. The sunsets were amazing as well. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and the bbq grills provided a great place to cook dinner. The condo itself has everything you need and more. All the amenities you would find in your own kitchen were there, and then some. The owner has thought of everything: boogie boards, beach chairs and toys, snorkel fins, binoculars, beach towels. The full size washer and dryer were great. We didn’t need to pack as much stuff. There were dvds, books on Kauai, and TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Plenty of space on the lanai to eat our meals, which we did everyday. We will definitely be back!

Best stocked property we've rented
I was shocked. Every time I looked for something it was there. Fron very high quality kitchen supplies to outdoor equipment. No rusty, old, cheap anything. Even the bathrooms were fully stocked with the. I felt welcome and respected. Appreciated finding condiments in cupboard and fridge. Property is close to several lovely restaurants. Very convenient. Amazing condo with 180 degree ocean views in Poipu. Green turtles hang out in the water all day. Saw a pod of dolphins come through as well.
Short 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach or to many local restaurants and shops.
The condo is appointed with everything you might want. We love to cook and the condo was stocked with everything you may need. So many nice touches throughout. Almost as if someone thought of what you might want and put it there (ok - Cynthia - a great host did)!

Wonderful stay - glad we stayed here
With so many places to pick from in Poipu - it was a hands down leader. Many of the rentals are part of big developments- this was a 6 unit building literally across the street from the water and full sunset views. The pool was perfect size and well maintained. Inside the unit was comfortable and kept in great shape. We felt very connected with the unit and it’s owner. The owner was super-responsive to any of our inquiries or minor repair issues - more to let her know so they can be added to the normal maintenance list.
We rarely go back to the same location twice - I’m more than sure this will be an exception

Perfect Stay!
This condo is wonderful. It's well-stocked with everything you could want on your vacation - kitchen supplies, beach/pool items, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and even toiletries in the bathrooms. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. We had almost every meal out there and especially liked sunset. You are walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, shops, etc. The whole booking and arrival process was seamless. Thank you for a great time!
