We had a wonderful stay in Carlton! The house was clean and beautiful! We had 6 adults in our party and the house fit us perfectly. Janell did not miss any details! It was like we never left home! This was a very well-stocked house! The wine and gift basket was a wonderful touch! I would highly recommend staying here. And if we ever make it back to this area, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the perfect home base for three couples’ 4-day wine tasting excursion. The kitchen dining room and living rooms were comfortables for time spent together while the equally large bedrooms, each with a full bath, allowed for privacy for each couple. The home is nicely decorated with many creative and thoughtful touches. It is very clean, has a lovely garden and is well located.

Everything was great but a few of us got bad allergies issues from the cats and dogs hair and dandruff

Perfect accommodation for four adults. Very clean & well-equipped. Spacious, with a great layout. Plenty of room for togetherness or privacy. Very easy walk to bakery, coffee, shops & restaurants. My only suggestion would be an update of the binder listing local attractions as many have turned over or closed in the last few years.

Five of us stayed at this property for 2 nights while exploring the Oregon wine country. It is extremely well located, beautifully decorated and very pleasant. The owner was wonderful in helping us with a few issues upon our arrival. I would highly recommend staying here!

GREAT HOUSE - PERFECT FOR THE 6 OF US ON OUR GIRLS TRIP. SPACIOUS WITH THOUGHTFUL AMENITIES PROVIDED. LOVELY OUTDOOR AREA TO ENJOY A GLASS OF WINE AT THE END OF THE DAY. EXTREMELY CONVENIENT TO THE TOWN OF CARLTON, EVERYTHING WAS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE!

Nearly perfect property.

This house is the perfect spot for a getaway. We had six adults stay over the weekend and we had plenty of space to relax and have fun without ever being cramped. The living space inside provided comfy roomy space to play cards, and the outdoor living space was the perfect spot to relax after a day of wine tasting. There are SO many great places within walking distance, and despite being really close to town there was minimal noise. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need plus so much more. You can tell the owner / host take pride in this home and it's absolutely a gem. We can't wait to visit again!

Great location for our family to stay for a wedding near by. Easy walk to the restaurants and winerys. Three big rooms with three bathrooms.

We had a great weekend visit in Carlton! The house was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds, including the pullout couch. Lots of wine tasting rooms and several good restaurants are all within 2-4 blocks from the house, and the backyard is a great place to hangout with family/friends after an afternoon of wine tasting and a very good meal at several restaurants. Our favorite was Barrel47. It isn’t as fancy as some of the other options, but good service and a variety options at decent prices for excellent food.

This was our home for an annual wine tasting vacation. The location, just 2 blocks from Main Street, is fantastic for access to restaurants, winetasting, and the bakery was very convenient. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. And the basket full of dog toys was a special point of excitement for our dog!

Very well stocked in every area. Comfortable beds and laundry area. Backyard nice even at the end of March. Only thing to improve would be new non stick pots and pans. Overall an excellent spot to spend a few days.

One of the best VRBOs we've ever had. Beautiful, cozy home, well appointed and supplied. Perfect location for visiting wineries where we bought wine and paired food which we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen each evening. The cool, rainy days and evenings were overcome by the cozy, comfortable living room warmed by the lovely gas fireplace. We would happily rent this lovely home again.

We had 7 adults for a girls getaway and this house was perfect!!! Very short Walking distance from great food, tasting rooms, and Main Street! The house was so spacious and comfortable for us all!! If you’re looking for a midpoint to be close to everything McMinnville valley this is it.

We enjoyed the house, especially the backyard. It was so close to all the restaurants in Carlton, however quite a few were closed some of the days we were there. We really liked Carlton Bakery yum! The kitchen was well appointed, there was plenty of seating. Very clean.

Loved this house, was great for several couples vacationing together. Location was super for exploring area wineries and easy walk for coffee/breakfast and dinner. We were so sorry to leave. Great amenities. Highly recommend!

Bad support from VRBO!! We had A veey dirty tub in the master suite upstairs And a ground fault problem in the kitchen.. I sent messages to VRBO twice and never heard a word. That is unacceptable! Other than that our stay could not have been more perfect. We loved this house and with definitely want to come again I'm again.

This was our second stay at this property, and Janell and Marel were great hosts once again! This house is perfect for three couples, and in a great location for exploring the Willamette Valley. Blocks away from great restaurants and just a short drive to Dundee, McMinville, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!

The location in Carlton is excellent. The house is two blocks from all the shops, cafes, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Carlton is a small town with excellent amenities. All enjoyed the stay.

The house was not only beautiful, cozy and inviting, but very warm and welcoming. We had no idea it would be like an owner walked out in time to let us in. The kitchen had everything you need, spices, detergent, etc! And, a bottle of wine was awaiting us on the counter. 3 couples fit perfectly and a fourth would have been fine if needed. The outside was like sitting in an English Garden. Downtown Carlton was 2 blocks away. Stop at a Safeway on your way in for some starter items, but you’ll have everything else right at 410. Ps- meant to sign the guest book… but I’m certain we’ll be back.

Perfect house for three couples, perfect location! The best VRBO home we ever rented. The house was clean, good layout, kitchen well equipped, ample towels, linens, shower supplies, etc. Short drive to McMinville, Dundee and Newburg. Dinner restaurants closed Tuesday, Wednesday.

We stayed here with my in-laws to celebrate my husband’s birthday and my step-daughter’s high school graduation. Ages ranged from 4-69 and everything we would need was stocked and ready to go. We appreciated the extra, cozy details, including toys and games for the kids, candles, and extra toiletries in the bathroom. The layout of the house provided lots of space to hang out, even though the weather didn’t allow us to spend much time in the backyard. We loved that we could walk to dinner, to get coffee, or to take the kids to the park at the end of the street. We are already talking about returning, with more time for wine-tastings at the nearby wineries!

My friends and I have made this an annual trip. The house is so cute and in great condition. The location is perfect for walking to the tasting rooms.

We stayed here with a total of 6 adults for a wedding at a near by winery. We loved this beautiful, spotless, cozy and inviting home the minute we walked inside. It was well stocked and the family room had plenty of seating for us to gather around in the evenings to visit and eat snacks. The bedrooms all had their own bathroom and the king size beds in each room were very comfortable and much appreciated for a good nights sleep. Our check out day ended up being sunny and warm enough to enjoy the beautiful deck and sit at the patio table for a little while to enjoy our last bit of time there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and management was really wonderful to work with as well. We will be back for sure!

My family and I came to Casa de Vino with my parents for a family wedding. The home is in an amazing location within walking distance of coffee and restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and had all the amenities you would hope for. Everything was as pictured/described. Thanks for the great stay!

This was a home away from home in every possible area. Great location, all bedrooms and baths were beautiful and well-kept...common areas were such a great place for us to gather with our friends, and although some great wine bars and restaurants nearby, we made use of the kitchen for most of our meals. During our stay we visited ten nearby wineries and half a dozen wine bars. We could have easily stayed in Carlton and stayed busy for five days. We would recommend this rental and hope to return in the future.

Perfect place to ring in the New Years and perfect property for a dog with a fully fenced in yard. Awesome patio but with the inclement weather we weren't able to enjoy it. Fireplace was quite useful though! :)

Coziest sitting area by the gas fireplace...our group of girlfriends spent most of our time there. Extra kudos for king size beds in every bedroom and bathroom for each bedroom! Well appointed kitchen. First one to ever provide a salad spinner. Short walk to the great Brittany/French bakery. Easy walk to tasting rooms and three appealing restaurants...Plan to return with couples for a weekend.

What a great cozy home! I would rent this place over and over again!

Loved the house and the location. Short walk and you’re in town. Town has several coffee shops, a delicious French Bakery, nice restaurants and of course wineries. The house itself was inviting, comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Loved staying here and would choose it again if we come back!
