Beautiful lakefront vacation home on Limelake. Close to Ellicottville.
Nouvelle construction de 2800 SF située sur Lime Lake, NY. 4 grandes chambres dont une servant de salle de jeux. Grande grande chambre avec foyer au gaz et TV 65 pouces.

Modern home with everything you could need. Many beds, large clean and new bathrooms, comfy couches, right on the lake. I highly recommend!

Overall good experience. We've owned rentals so we know how hard it is to get the cleaning staff to really clean. House is on a crawl space, so the floors can get pretty cold when the weather dips. Master bedroom draperies create an unwelcome atmosphere. Suggest rearranging the furniture and changing the black curtains to something more inviting.

We had our annual winter getaway here and it was everything we hoped for. The property was clean and in the perfect spot on the lake. John was easy to communicate with we plan on booking here again in the future.

This was an awesome place to stay!! John was a great host and the house had so much to offer. We enjoyed an amazing sunset on the dock and played a ton of games at the house. The location was perfect for our drive to get to holiday valley. Place is exactly as described and even better!!

The property was roomy, clean, and well kept. The owner was very quick to reply to questions and concerns. The kitchen was stocked with just about every utensil and dish you could possibly need plus various other items people had obviously bought and left there for following guests - as happens at most lake houses in my experience. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. My 13 year old didn’t want to leave her bed all week and wanted to take the comforter home with us!
The only things I’d “complain” about are minor. There was a shortage of towel bars for hanging wet towels to dry. And there was no hardware on the kitchen cabinets. Which wasn’t a real issue for most of us except my 70 year old mother who has arthritic hands.
Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice lake house to rent.

Relaxing after NYC
Our family spent five days exploring NYC and then a delightful few days with no agenda other than enjoying "lake life" in this fantastic home.
First, let me say, these were THE BEST mattresses I've slept on outside of my own house! So comfortable! And there are so many beds, it was a big perk for my six kids to all be able to have their own beds, frequently when we travel they have to share.
We enjoyed the kayaks, lounging on the deck, playing the arcade game and a quick trip up to Niagara Falls.
Despite a 10 hour drive home, my crew was asking if we could go back to "the lake house" in NY someday.

Worked out well.
We brought our son and his family of six to ski at Holiday Valley. All but one of “the kids” are full grown and preferred to sleep in a bed of their own. It worked out perfectly for the nine of us. We claimed the master bedroom and everyone else had their own bed.
Location was rated good, because we would have preferred to be closer to the ski resort. However the 20 minute drive was worth the difference in cost.

Nice lodge
We came to ski at Holiday Valley with another family. Great layout for families and kids. It is a little bit of a longer drive from the ski slopes than we would have liked in a snow storm at night, but fine in good weather.

Wonderful
The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The lake looked so nice, all frozen over, we even saw some ice fishermen out there. We enjoyed it so much we booked another weekend already. We want to see the lake in the summer

This is my fourth year at this rental because it has everything: location, size, deck, patio, views, large beautiful kitchen, family room, game room, grill, fire pit, fireplace, etc. Hope to return every year.

Wonderful vacation
We had a great time at this property. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. John was great to deal with. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We made some wonderful memories at Lime Lake when we were kids and now have even more memories as adults.

Perfect Ski Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend visit! The lake views were gorgeous, the house was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in/out instructions were clear and communication was great. We are talking about booking again for a summer visit on the lake!

Excellent Lakefront Property
Spectacular home with all the amenities away from home. Rented this property for a “moms” get away. There were 9 of us. Plenty of room to stay and sleep. Georgia’s home right on the lake with beautiful views. Fun home activities with an arcade game ping pong and a beautiful fire pit on the deck with great views! We will definitely consider renting again! Owner very responsive!

Relaxing vacation
The property was exactly as listed. Lots of space for large families. Something for everyone in the house. Lake access is perfect! We had so much fun spending the day on the lake. Quiet neighborhood. John was extremely responsive anytime we had a question leading up to and during our stay.

Amazing lake house
Lime Lake is a hidden gem and this house is an amazing place to enjoy the lake. The lake access is excellent between the dock and the patio. The deck provided amazing morning and evening views of the lake. The fishing was excellent right off the dock and the rec room provided hours of fun when it was raining or dark. John is extremely responsive and so easy to work with. Definitely would stay again!

I was blown away by this rental last year and knew I wanted to return (hopefully every year). My family felt so comfortable with all the space, deck, dock and ping pong table. God willing, I hope to return year after year.

Hidden Gem!!!
Beautiful house, great location, beautiful lake and the neighbors (Lou and Pat) were amazing! We had a wonderful time. 1.5 hours from Niagara Falls Ontario and 45 mins to Letchworth State Park (Americas #1 State Park). Will definitely go back!
