La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Également laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a une salle à manger séparée. La véranda offre un endroit parfait pour lire un livre ou simplement regarder la faune, le café du matin et le cocktail du soir. Pont de la salle familiale et de la chambre principale avec vue sur le golf.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, 2 placards et une salle de bain principale privée. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et un accès direct à la salle de bain.

Great stay in a wonderful place. The condo was as advertised and was perfect for our family. Close to the beach (but walk may be a bit much for younger kids (<5). Host was fantastic and answered all questions.

Great location with walking distance to beach. We enjoyed being able to walk our dog on the beach every morning. Short 5 min drive to the town area, Fresh Fields. Felt very safe and comfortable too!

The property itself seemed dark inside from the lack of natural light and it could use a little updating. We found the place equipped with all the amenities of home, we loved the outdoor area with the beach, enjoyed riding bikes and visiting the village nearby.

This villa was easily accessible to the beach by walking or by car. The neighborhood was very quiet.
We ate all meals in-house, and we found the kitchen stocked with the perfect array of pots, pans and utensils.
The view of the golf course was beautiful, although we received a little jolt when a stray golf ball hit the side of the house (no broken windows, thank goodness). That must have been one heck of a slice!
We greatly appreciate that it was pet friendly.
We would definitely book again!

Very clean and well kept beach condo with plenty of amenities provided. Close to the beach, the conference I was attending, and plenty of biking trails.

We had a great stay. Location was very convenient for quickly getting to the beach and pool on bikes we rented. House was very clean with plenty of dishes for cooking. Only feedback would be the master bathroom's shower drained very slowly so we did end up standing in water and the water/ice maker on the freezer had a small drip onto the ground. All in all it was just what we were looking for and I would stay there again!

We love staying here!!! this is our second stay here and this trip was better than before. the location is awesome right on the 1st tee of cougar point. short walk to the golf course which we played twice and we walked over in the afternoon to chip and putt. short walk to cougar point clubhouse and players pub. easy bike ride to beach 2 minutes. great location!!!
the property is bright, clean, very well furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. the beds are super comfortable and the sheets are wonderful.
the property manager makes the check in process easy and is very attentive to any response.
This property makes our vacation perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

The cottage was adorable in a great area with a short walk to the beach. On cougar golf course which is nice and loved walking over to clubhouse.

This unit is nestled in a cul de sac and backs up to the golf course. The condo was beautifully updated and not too far from the beach. Having linens and towels provided is a great touch.

We greatly appreciated finding a pet friendly rental on Kiawah Island. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. The owner provided two bikes and beach chairs for use. The unit has a small outdoor space that overlooks a golf course and is in walking distance to Cougar Point Golf Club. Beach access is a trek if walking. We chose to use the beach access parking across from the Timber’s Resort. There wasn’t any information on location of this parking and it took us several days to find it on our own. We found being fairly close to Freshfield Village a plus with this unit.

We loved our stay. We could walk or bike to the beach. There was also a convenient parking lot next to the nearby boardwalk to the beach, and so we could easily drive as well. We enjoyed using the 2 bikes and the 3 beach chairs that came with the property. Those added things really helped us enjoy the beach! We hope to come back and if we do, we will stay at this property again!

We were looking to escape the cold and snow up north, so we spent the month of January here. It was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet, comfortable spot close to the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The sunrises from the back were spectacular. This was a working trip (remote work and virtual school), and the wifi was perfect. Never once dropped or had any lag. Also, the entire house was clean. The bicycles were a nice touch, and the beach is great for riding them.

Beautiful Location
We had such a wonderful stay at this villa. We loved how close it is to everything, yet very quiet area. The beach is very close and beautiful! We enjoyed every morning sitting on the porch, drinking coffee and watching the golfers tee off. We love being able to walk to the clubhouse to have drinks and dinner. We saw deer every evening from our villa! Short drive to more restaurants and great shops!! Lot's of walking and bike paths! We will definitely be back! Thank You for a great stay!!

Great Place Close to the Beach
Great pet friendly place right off 1st hole of Cougar Point golf course and easy walk to West Beach. Can walk the dog on the cart paths in the evenings and early mornings. Driving range and putting green a short walk away. Clubhouse has good food and no need for a cart. House was clean and very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Just wished there was a gas grill.

Enjoyed a 2 week “work from home” vacation. Charlotte’s home was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, nicely furnished and a great location. Will be back!

We enjoyed the local restaurants -- La Tela Pizzeria and Kinfolks (not as pricy as many!). We scooted over to Salty Dog on Seabrook Island and were delighted by the ambience and the fact of them having an oyster roast, s'mores and live music. Lovely!

great location and dog friendly
We have stayed in Kiawah many times, but first time in this neighborhood. The location was great- quiet, quick walk to the beach, less crowded then East Beach.
The cottage was perfect for us- nicely renovated, comfortable beds. A few minor issues- back porch furniture not very comfortable so did not spend much time there, which is a shame since the view is pretty. Also the back steps are uneven and no railing so we never used them after first try.
We would stay again! Appreciate allowing pets.

Quiet area on a wonderful island
It was a pleasure to stay at Charlotte’s cottage on our “go to”annual vacation spot for the last 40 years. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to Cougar clubhouse for great outdoor dining and some “golf entertainment”, very easy access for getting on and off the island and grocery store.
Looking forward to returning!

Relaxing on Kiawah
Nice location on golf course, a short walk to boardwalk #5 and the beautiful ocean. The house was updated inside and comfortable for our four-person group. Two bikes come with the rental, which you must use to ride the 10-mile long beach. Charlotte was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. We would rent here again - thank you for a great time!

Perfect rental for get away to Kiawah Island
In my opinion, this property was perfect for us and our 3 dogs. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed every minute. It is located right on #1 fairway at Cougar Point golf course which was a plus for me the golfer in the family. The unit has everything just like the property summary says. It is beautifully appointed and super clean. all the appliances were new or recently replaced and although not on the beach it is a short 3 to 4 minute bike ride. Charlotte was great to work with and very responsive with any request. check in was a snap.
We just loved it and found this was the best rental we have had to date (we have vacationed in Kiawah for the past 5 years) We hope to be back next year maybe earlier in the year it was crazy hot and humid.
