This place was a perfect location for us to walk anywhere we needed, bike rentals next door that we took all the way up to La Jolla. So many bars/restaurants and cool places to go. San Diego zoo not a far cab ride either. We loved it!! Definitely coming back.

We didn’t end up staying. After checking in, there was an interesting smell that we didn’t like. The TV remote didn’t really work and there were only a couple of channels. All of that coupled with the horrible parking situation and the questionable neighborhood made it so we didn’t want to stay, so we left after a couple of hours after check-in.

Stayed here one week. Clean, very nice accommodations. I could hear the neighbors upstairs walking around and opening doors while I was trying to sleep but I turned on white noise and it tuned them out well. I would recommend staying here.

What an amazing stay we had for my 30th birthday! Very centralized location, so everything was easy to get to! Only one block walk from the beach!!! We had everytbing we needed for the week that we were in San Diego! Would definitely recommend this place to stay!!

I came to Drew's place by myself and stayed for 4 days. Overall the place is great! Amazing location. Everything you would need is right there. The place was clean and comfortable. The only negative i would say is the walls are thin and you can hear the people upstairs walking around but I sleep like a rock and it didnt bother me.

The location and price is great. Drew was an awesome host!

The location was so much better than expected. There are restaurants, grocery stores and activities close by. The views are incredible. The rooms were spacious. The elevator is close to the unit.

I rented this property for my daughter's honeymoon. Drew was fantastic to work with and was prompt with returning any correspondence. The property is in a great location. Close to beaches, food and entertainment. My daughter and her new husband had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the week together.

This is our second time booking and staying here. It will definitely not be our last, we are already looking forward to next year. The location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Right across from the bay, the coaster and the beach! We had an amazing time!

Loved this little place for a couple of nights. So close to beach, Belmont Park, shopping and dining. We rented bikes and went as far up the beach as we could. So much to see. Everything you would need is here.

My 4 year old grandson and I had a lil vacation for a week here, and we both loved it. So close to all things fun! The place was clean, and modern. We parked our bikes on the patio, and parked our van in the nearby 24 hour lot. The area is loud and crowded in summer with all the fun, but knew that going in, and we both still slept well. We made great memories here, my grandson did not want to leave lol.

This property is a great location if you plan to be out and about in Mission Beach. The location was great because it was across the street from the park, bay, Belmont, food, and the beach. This home is only a three minute walk to the beach. There was no designated parking spot so it’s great if you plan to walk or Uber. This home is small, and the couch was so small it was not able to accommodate our third person (child) as advertised so we brought a blowup mattress. Additionally, the owner emphasizes quiet hours, which is great however, the people in the upstairs unit had parties both of the nights that we were there (Wed and Thurs), so we did not get much sleep with the stomping and loud music all night. Lastly, when I reached out through the messaging feature of Vrbo to the property owners for support and basic communication they responded only once. For example, I reached out to clarify the address on check-in day and didn’t get a reply until the next day. Overall, great to be close to action but the lack of designated parking was a stress, the neighbors were so loud that we could not sleep, and the owners were not responsive to communication. I will go back to Mission Beach but not to this property.

This property is great if you don’t want to rent a car. It’s within walking distance of everything. It’s definitely small, but exactly as described. I also loved that they provided towels and beach toys. I would absolutely come back.

My first stay alone and it felt safe and secure. Just a short walk from food and the beach.

No TP except for one, more shelves in the bathroom, and parking instructions may need an illustrated map. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay the location was perfect and close to the shops and great food.

This place was small, but what are you doing inside? So much to see and do. Equal distance to ocean and bay. Walking, dining, rental (we rented a bike from Ray's) and close to park, I-8 etc. No parking, but we had no trouble moving car a couple of times a day. Would recommend to a friend.

What a great location and a great price! All amenities you could need and more. Walked to the beach every day, wish we had booked more days! Definitely will be booking again!

Nice, clean space! For one or two people, its cozy and super close to the ocean, restaurants and activities. I would stay here again.

This little home is too stinking cute and the location is amazing. It has everything you need. Want to get out and about? Starbucks is right next door. Want the ocean and beach? 2 minute walk. Great food? Right around the corner…literally everywhere!! Check in was easy peasy as was checking out. We will definitely come back here during our next vacation.

Awesome little place to stay. Quick walk to the beach and boardwalk which is just what we were looking for. Patio area was awesome too.

I really enjoyed our stay at this place. The place was clean and the owners were very responsive with your needs. The price was right and the place had everything you needed! I had my two teenage daughters and we did just fine. My one daughter had to sleep on the couch but she said it was super comfy. It was super safe and super clean and the location was excellent. There really was no parking but we managed. The owners were fantastic with great communication! Everything was supplied so no need to pack hair dryer or straightener. There was access to boogie boards and sand toys. We loved it!! Thank you!!

Stayed for a week. Close to zoo, Safari and Coronado. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Street is noisy day and night b/c only way in and out of peninsula. Parking can be an issue but working it out w/ other tenants made it easy. Communication with Drew was great and he was very accommodating.

It was the point meaning just a stay close to everything. Nothing to fancy a place to sleep shower and change clothes. A cool little patio to sit and some drinks. Clean for sure. I have nothing bad to say about it. The free parking up the street was 5 mins. So just pull in the front unload then go park

We had a great time here! We didn’t need a car at all. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the airport and everything else we needed was walkable or a short Lyft ride away. The Now Cafe next door has coffee and açaí bowls. We went over every morning for breakfast! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. We were also very happy with our communication with the host when we asked last minute to checkout a little later. We would love to come back to one of his properties again!
