Sweet Sands of Salvo - 6BR/5.5 BATH Luxury Home with Panoramic Views
Doux Sands est une famille orientée retraite haut de gamme qui peut accueillir plusieurs familles, tout en ayant une sensation de chalet. Il est à seulement quelques maisons de la plage et offre une vue sur l'océan, le son et la réserve faunique voisin. Il n'y a pas un mauvais siège dans la maison ou les ponts. Ce point de vue de 3 étages 6 BR chalet de l'océan a été récemment mis à jour et a tous les nouveaux meubles et des accessoires. Activités de plein air débutent à la piscine avec un bain à remous et la piscine côté des sièges. Les offres de perron chaises berçantes pour profiter des soirées fraîches et venteuses tout en regardant un match de ping-pong sur le portable table de ping pong. Vous pouvez profiter de deux levers et couchers de soleil depuis les 3 niveaux tant à l'intérieur avec des fenêtres abondent et à l'extérieur sur les ponts. Le premier niveau dispose d'une salle familiale, cuisine, buanderie, trois chambres et deux salles de bains. La première chambre de la famille de sol est également équipé d'un canapé futon pleine taille, TV / DVD et de jeux et de puzzles pour beaucoup de divertissement. Le "Surfer Douce" (chambre 1) dispose de deux lits en mode plein écran et une salle de bain complète, le "Marlin Douce" (chambre 2) a deux jumeaux et partage une salle de bain complète avec le "Salvo Douce" (chambre 3) qui a une lit de taille. L'ascenseur facilite l'accès aux étages supérieurs. Le deuxième étage est le noyau de la maison avec le principal salon, cuisine, salle à manger, salle de petit déjeuner, 1 complète et 1 demi-bain et de la "Mer Douce" (chambre 4) avec 2 grands lits. Le salon a TV / DVD et il ya suffisamment de sièges à manger (jusqu'à 19) à deux grandes tables et le bar. Sur le pont au deuxième étage vérifier le coucher du soleil pendant la cuisson en dégustant votre repas à la table de pique-nique. Le troisième et dernier niveau ouvre sur un salon pour la lecture et de se détendre et profiter du coucher de soleil sur le son. Un mini-cuisine avec réfrigérateur, cafetière et micro-ondes est juste à côté de la zone de séance. Le troisième étage a deux chambres de maître le "White Sands Sweet" (chambre 5) avec un lit queen et salle de bain complète et "Sand Piper Sweet" (chambre 6) avec un lit king et salle de bain complète. Les deux chambres sont équipées de TV / DVD. Off the Sand Piper Doux est un combo bureau / pépinière pour ceux qui ont besoin d'obtenir un peu de travail accompli en vacances ou qui ont besoin d'un espace séparé pour les petits. This house was a perfect layout for our family with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate (and exceed) our needs. The full kitchen on the first floor was a bonus. The second floor kitchen was a great design for several people in the kitchen at once and it was so well-equipped that we wanted for nothing when it came to cooking all sorts of food. The top floor was its own private suite. The entire house was tastefully decorated and beautiful! We loved the decks and porches and the deck furniture provided - especially the rocking chairs, where we had our morning coffee as the sun rose over the ocean. Not a day went by when we did not use the pool and hot tub. Perhaps the best feature of the house is its location - a short walk to the ocean for our beach time or to the sound to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The host was easily accessible and responded to all of our questions and requests.

We love Salvo and have been staying there for years but always on the soundfront. This is a nice home as close to the beach as you can be without actually being on the oceanfront and we loved the easy access to the ocean. The interior is comfortable and the decks are nice for catching the breeze and enjoying a view of the ocean and (indirectly) the sunset on the sound. The pool is small but nice and our young ones loved it. The first floor bedrooms stayed a bit warm but there was plenty of room for my brother and his family there. Having the second kitchen was convenient. The third floor king and queen masters were very nice and accommodated my daughter and her family well. The configuration of the "double double beds" was not ideal for the rest of the family (prefer queen beds), but it was workable and we didn't spend much time in the bedrooms anyway. I realize it's late in the season but many of the lamps had no light bulbs so it was a little dark for working a puzzle or reading at night unless you were in the main living room. The kitchen was large and well-equipped and the dining room table easily accommodated the nine of us. The homeowner was wonderful to work with. I was excited about a 3pm check-in but the cleaners were there when we arrived and we weren't actually able to check in until 4. I'd double-check this in the future. Sweet Sands is a nice property in a great location. We had a very pleasant week and hope to return.

Sweet Sands was the perfect home for our 40th Anniversary Celebration. The location, house layout and pool gave us plenty of space and options for sleeping/playing for 6 adults and 6 children!

Great house and location
We are 4 families numbering 10 in all. This house gave us plenty of sleeping spaces and gathering areas. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the large dining table which sat 10 very comfortably.
Internet and cell phone service worked fine with our numerous devices.
We couldn't find the house information book, so we called the owner with a few questions. Elba was gracious and answered all our queries.
The elevator was easy to operate and made moving in and out so much easier given the 3 levels.
This house is well maintained and we highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to the Outer Banks.

Lovely home
This home is well designed for a large crowd; plenty of areas for gathering. Kitchen was well equipped and eating areas were great. Getting to the beach access (through the bushes) wasn’t bad;l, then we had access to a fantastic boardwalk. We would stay at Sweet Sands again!!!

Very nice rental
The location was close to an awesome boardwalk over the sand dune. The main kitchen is on the 2nd floor - we loved it - so much more convenient. We would definitely rent it again.

Amazing home
This was our first time visiting Salvo and were so fortunate to find this home. It was perfect for our family. It was enough space for multiple families, especially with the two kitchens. This was also the first time I rented a home that the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. The property manager answered all my questions I had before our trip. And the beach was a short walk away. We are already looking to book to come back to this home next year.

Sweeeeet Sands <3
My family and I had an amazing time at this home. The home is beautiful and decorated very well. The house is perfect, and designed down to every detail. However, we did not find the home in very clean when we got there. There was sand inside the hot tub and pool, hair in the shower, and a couple dead bugs right on the ground. This is not the most pleasing sight when you enter a home (especially during covid times).
The house is very close to the beach, maybe a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you are walking. The hot tub and pool are very nice, smaller side but we had a great time.
The area of Salvo is nice! Lots of big houses and seems like a newer area of OBX. It is very far from all grocery stores and restaurants. There is a nice ice cream shop pretty close and a dollar general that had a lot of supplies we needed. Make sure to go grocery shopping before you get to the house. Also bring toilet paper and soap, none of that is provided. We didn't know until we got there and had to turn back.

We had a great stay at this house! Everything we needed was there at the house. The house was very spacious and it gave us all our own space without feeling cramped at all. There was also great parking! We had a truck with a 27ft boat that we brought down with us that we were a little worried about as far as parking but it worked out great! We also had several other vehicles there and still had plenty of space to fit more if needed. The home was very clean and linens and towels being provided made things much easier. The pool was a little smaller than expected but it suited us just fine. The hot tub was great! The elevator made taking things up to the second and third floors a breeze. I would highly recommend this house to a larger group of people as the space is well worth it. Great house all around!!

Sweet spacious beach house, gorgeous home away from home
This was our second time at Sweet Sands, and it was even harder to leave this time than the last. Everything about this house is so comfortable. The home is about a five-minute walk through the dunes to a beautiful beach, but we also made good use of all three decks, the jacuzzi and pool, and the yard out back. The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked and ate in most of the time. It was easy to book, to check in/check out. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The elevator makes it easy to bring luggage up to the third floor or groceries up to the second. It's by far our favorite place on the Outer Banks, and easily one of the best, most reliable places we've booked through VRBO.

Just got back to work (YUCK) from our vacation and would like to send in my review on this house. We had 11 people on our trip and Sweet Sands was all we expected and more! The house is beautiful and huge, large enough space for everyone to relax comfortably and spread out. The house was clean and beds were super comfortable! The owner really has thought of everything while stocking the house. My mom isn't able to walk up stairs well so the elevator was so helpful for her. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been used in a while so we asked that it be cleaned. The owner was very responsive and had the hot tub cleaned before we returned from our trip to the beach. If you are wondering if you should stay here, I say yes, it is well worth it, you won't be disappointed!

I rented this beautiful beach home in Salvo, NC for my Mother's 80th Surprise Birthday. Every detail was perfect, and the home exceeded our expectations. I hope to make this an annual fall tradition. I would highly recommend this home. The owner was also helpful an very responsive by either phone or email. One of the best kept secrets on the OBX!

Great vacation!
Definitely a great place to have a vacation with numerous families. We had several families all with children under the age of 5, and it did not seem like we were all on top of each other the entire time. The pool was definitely helpful when the waves got a little bit rough on the ocean. The home felt more like a home then it did a rental property. Assistance was easily obtained, and the issues were solved the very next morning when there was an issue with a light and the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this home as a vacation spot to anyone!

Amazing Place in Salvo!
Could not be happier with our choice in our first visit to Salvo. Huge home, with a quick walk to the beach and beautifully furnished. Full kitchen on two levels is great for the kids, and so many bathrooms and bedrooms gives all the options you could possibly need. The home is even better than the pictures. I'd return in a second. We loved how peaceful this area was on such a major holiday.
