La maison est une maison de style ranch confortable de 1600 pieds carrés très bien située dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés de la ville. Il se trouve à cinq minutes en voiture du Texas Medical Center, à trois minutes de TIRR et à deux minutes à pied du parking NRG. Le quartier est très calme et paisible avec une belle verdure.
La maison est idéale pour ceux qui subissent un traitement médical et qui doivent être à Houston pour de longs séjours de 30 jours ou plus. Pour ceux qui cherchent à être dans un environnement familial confortable pendant leur séjour, c'est une excellente option. Les animaux sont un grand confort lors du traitement et nous sommes une maison qui accepte les animaux (dépôt requis).
L'emplacement est également idéal pour les personnes assistant à des événements sportifs ou à des conférences au NRG Stadium / Park. Vous pouvez marcher de la maison et éviter les frais et les tracas du stationnement!

My husband was scheduled to have major surgery at MD Anderson. We were supposed to be out there for 4 to 5 weeks due to the invasiveness of the surgery that was required for his cancer. I knew I could not stay at a hotel or even a small apartment for that time. This house provided such comfort and security as well as a peaceful oasis to get away from the hustle and bustle of MD Anderson. Plus I was able to bring my little Chihuahua who is truly a comfort to me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this home which is only 2 1/2 miles from MD Anderson to come to each night. I felt safe and secure. I walked my dog in the lovely neighborhood. I smiled at the neighbors, pushing their kids on the swingset in their front yard under the huge trees. I was able to grab something to eat at the mini restaurants surrounding the Braeswood neighborhood. Rice Village is less than 3 miles. Everything was so close. Plus they have this beautiful fenced in backyard with a little patio courtyard so I could enjoy the sun and warm up after sitting in a cold hospital for hours on end. It truly was a perfect respite for our stay out there. Thank you to the host for making this available.

This was the beast I’ve rented in a while. The host was so responsive and wonderful. I will look for this place availability first next time I need a rental in this area. I give this property a 10 out of 10!!! Great for pets. My family loved it and had absolutely no complaints.

We stayed here to attend a competition at NRG. It was the perfect location and super easy to get to. Great home with plenty of room and a great yard!

We traveled from Montana and wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law and new grandson. It was a mile away, so very convenient. It had a double car garage that provided a safe parking spot overnight. We brought our two dogs so the back yard was a welcome site. All the furnishings were great, easy to use. Very comfortable, clean, welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

We were very comfortable. Everything worked. Yard is perfect for the dog. You can’t beat the location for going to the NCAA final four at NRG stadium. Allan is a great host. The only suggestions I have are the house could use a new coffeemaker, the shower in the main bathroom needs an anti slip mat and it could use some more pillows in the bedrooms. Wonderful stay. The day before our booked reservation my mother-in-law unexpectedly passed away. This hosts own mother had passed just two weeks prior, but he had absolutely no compassion for our situation. I asked to transfer the booking to a different date, but he was not receptive. He would not offer any refund even 50% would have been satisfactory to me on an 8-day paid stay but he instead offered us a 30% discount on a rebooking. Really. I offered to provide the memorial obituary as proof also contacted VRBO support who reached out to him to no avail he would not budge. I will never give this host another dime of my money. For the record I will be back in Houston on March 20th for my rescheduled procedure at Houston Memorial. Just a heads up to guests.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights at Braeswood Stay. We had planned to be in Houston for the birth of our 1st granddaughter and wanted a close property in proximity to medical center and our sons home In Myerland.
Our arrival date unexpectedly was bumped up as our lil bundle of joy arrived earlier than expected.
VRBO host was very considerate of our change of date and went the extra mile to accommodate
and communicate with us!
Great place with an abundance of extra amenities.
Hopefully we will return soon and stay at this super nice home again!

The house is exactly as the posting says it is. All was good, they obviously love pets and I am appreciative of that. The location is great for the cited attractions and there’s quick access to the Braes Bayou trail.

House was very nice and clean and well cared for. the only problem we had would be ants. They were several at times in the patio area and once in the master bedroom in the pet's water dish. Probably should spray backyard and patio area so that ants can't get tracked in to the house.

Beautiful home and neighborhood
This home and furnishings are beautiful. It had everything we needed and the best cookware of anyplace I’ve ever rented. Cast iron and stainless steel! The neighborhood was very nice , quiet and safe. Restaurants, grocery stores and Target are in walking distance. The owner was always quick to respond if I had a question and very helpful. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

We never thought of being OLD! Guess what, we did! As it turns out, it was probably the best decision of our entire lives to have rent your property. We had already been through the regular run around of homes that would have accepted dogs (same as kids to us) Not only did you accept dogs, at a time in our lives when we could not imagine being without them, but your home was ours for awhile. Not only did my husband of 45yrs. Die as we returned home, but he died in my arms! I am very thankful that our last memories were good and positive ones in your house, we made it a home easily!

Great House and so relaxing to recoup at!
The home and furnishings were very comfortable. The layout of the house made it possible for my husband who had back surgery to take short walks without leaving the house! Well stocked with all the basic needs plus some extra's. Complete kitchen and great appliances if you chose to cook. Nice fenced back yard to relax in and get some sun and fresh air. Garage is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Washer and Dryer were a plus. It was minutes from our appts and the hospital where my husband had his surgery but off the "beaten" path enough to be quiet with little traffic. Friendly neighbors were also a plus! Allen was just a phone call away to answer our questions. We'd definitely stay again.

This house is in a great location in Houston-very close to the medical center, Rice Village, the museums and zoo. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is clean. The owner responds quickly. I will stay here again!!

Perfect spot
This home was just perfect. My sister and her husband, with two daughters alternating, stayed here for almost 5 weeks while going to MDA for treatments. They could not say enough about how great it was. Everything as advertised including, cleanliness, location and just plain out comfortable place. Thank you so much Alan, it really really help us through a very tough time.
