Clean quiet room with a good light locking shade. Bathroom and room was clean. Great value for the price and right where we wanted to be downtown.

Hotel was nice and proximity to Minute Maid Park was great!

The one thing, booking.com didn't mention was that there is no free parking. They (Hapmton Inn) charged $55 for valet parking on premises. They have street parking with meters, now that's a hassle when all spaces taken. So let's get to the worst part....we accidently drove into the valet garage and started to back up when a valet driver came screeching behind us, (in a customer's car) yelling that we were in the wrong area. We told him we just saw the sign and needed to back up. We'll that's when words were exchanged starting with the rude valet driver. We saw him again in lobby and he started up again. This was a father son trip, so I tried to hold composure. But he kept on , pointing and mumbling things. My son told him to let it go and at that point the valet kept on. Went to room came down later to go to game and there he was again. Pointing and saying things we could hear. This is not what we expected from staff of hotel. Felt uneasy knowing they have complete access to our vehicle. The problem that kept lurking in our minds was that he the valet would do something to our vehicle, while we were at the game, as we walked to the arena. For that reason we probably won't stay there again.

Upmarket hotel in a good downtown location. Friendly and efficient staff on the main desk, with a small shop selling various snacks and drinks, a large lounge area, and a decently sized breakfast area. Rooms were nice, everything clean and in place, comfortable beds. Breakfast choices were good. Just around the corner, a one minute walk away, is one of the best steak restaurants in town, Vic & Anthony's - not cheap and somewhat exclusive with a dress code, but superb food and service. Hotel is also close to Minute Maid Park if you want to see the Astros ball game, and close to the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Nothing to fault. We were just there one night.

I am vegan so I messaged the hotel manager in advance to ask about what are provided at breakfast and if they could provide soymilk for the days I am there. All my wishes about food are answered, they even gave me a box of salad which I ate later, very communicative and friendly manager and staff, looking out for me in my stay of 3 nights, much appreciated it! Highly praise the manager for her professionalism and communication skills and teamwork.

I hoped there would be towels provided by the pool.

I booked 1 bed, was given 2 beds in a room. Tried to speak with reception but they mentioned that 1 booked via 3rd party (booking.com) and that this is not their issue.

The hospitality was great and service was quick.

As our first time we didn’t know it was valet and we got kinda lost.
