Il se trouve à proximité de 12 terrains de golf, d’un parc aquatique (Margaritaville) et à seulement 10 minutes du centre commercial Osage Beach Outlet.
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez 3 chambres chacune avec une salle de bain privée et l'accès à une terrasse privée. 2 chambres ont des lits king et la 3ème chambre a 1 ensemble de lits superposés et un lit queen size.

We were there for 5 nights, had a great time. Plenty of room, excellent kitchen, great views. Close to everything that we wanted to do, but away from the crowds. Lots to do at the resort, didn't even get to do everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at this charming condo! The outside of the buildings does not do this condo justice! Great size for the family! The view is amazing! The accommodations were spot on! We loved the space, the upgrades and the location!!! Very easy check in/out process! Which always makes a travel day nice!! Can’t wait to stay again!

We have stayed at this property numerous times because we like it so much. The view is wonderful, the condo is spacious and updated, and Sean and Susan are excellent to work with.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. The inside has plenty of updates, and a kitchen fully stocked with cookware. The pool, basketball court and pickelball court are a bit of a hike back up the hill, but very nice amenities. The cleaning crew could use to spend a bit more time between renters, but no major complaints.

Probably the best condo we have stayed at at the lake. This 3 bed 3 bath was perfect for our family. Clean, very well stocked kitchen, nice decor, great main channel view. The knolls resort is a great place with lots of amenities.

Wonderful condo. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. Recently renovated, including high end appliances. The community’s amenities including indoor and outdoor pools were great for our family. The included boat slip is conveniently located. Owners were great to work with, very responsive.

This rental was absolutely perfect. It had the most beautiful view from the deck. It was totally remodeled, clean and comfortable. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and the check-in and check-out process was so easy. We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers with us and there was plenty to do on the grounds and in the surrounding community. You wont regret staying at this beautiful property!

This is our second year staying at this property, very well stocked beautiful. The new living room furniture was a nice addition, property managers are great to work with. This condo has a good view of the boats going by and not a long walk to the dock!!

We brought our friends down for what we dubbed "Family Weekend" where our kids all came with us (usually it's adults only with this bunch!) We enjoyed two amazing days on the water in our boat and waverunner. The use of the slip on dock 2 was much appreciated! The condo is beautifully updated with all of the amenities we could have needed. The beds are super comfortable, seating in the living and dining area was also comfortable, and the view can't be beat! Sean notified us that the condo was ready early which was awesome, and he was very helpful and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this VRBO listing!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, and you could tell that they took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Check in and out was easy. Owners were super nice. Location was great. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed everything except for a water main break causing our stay to end a day early. Owner refunded our last day with no issues. This was not the fault of the property owner. Would stay again.

This was a 4 day family vacay that was wonderful. The condo was just beautiful. Bedrooms were big and bathrooms plentiful
The kitchen and counter was high end appliances and easy to cook in.
The view was great looking over the lake with beautiful bluffs on opposing shore. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it.

We loved this place. The condo itself was fantastic and the view was amazing!! It is so close to Margharitaville. We did not use all the amenities but checked them out for a future stay. The only thing I can suggest is to bring ear plugs if you like to sleep in because the boats going by will wake you early. We will definitely stay here again!!

The condo was great with everyone having their own spaces and was well equipped for daily living. It’s in a good location for the local activities and sights as well which was nice. If you want to swim/paddle in the lake the state park public beach is the ticket because the lake itself is overrun with big, fast boats all the time

My family thoroughly enjoyed this quaint Lake getaway. The indoor pool was perfect to entertain the kids. The fully renovated condo was beautiful and lovely kitchen! We had great communication with the owners and will most definitely come back again soon!

We had a great experience at this property. Sean and Susan were extremely communicative and accommodating ahead of, during, and after our stay, and they responded quickly when we had a few questions. The condo itself is even nicer than we expected, and everyone we encountered at the resort was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The condo is beautiful, very well stocked nice to have a dock slip included. the view is pretty good to watch the boats go by! We have stayed at many condos in the Knolls Resort and this one was by far the nicest!!

The property was exactly as described without any surprises. The condo owner was helpful and reached out the day of check in, during the stay and check in/check out was very easy. Our kids enjoyed both the condo, area, the property at large and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we visit Lake of the Ozarks. Happy we made this booking and would recommend to others.

My family I stayed here and enjoyed every moment! The Knolls is a beautiful, quiet, mature established area where everyone is respectful and will greet you with a welcoming smile. Our host was most helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The property and condo is beautiful and exquisitely decorated and maintained. Our host made sure we had everything we needed.
We had the best time swimming, playing tennis, walking at the near by state park trails, shopping, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and lake life.

Dads and kids getaway.
This place was awesome. Anything that you needed was in the condo. Kitchen upgrades were on point. Very nice and comfortable.

Absolutely Stunning
We had an absolutely amazing long weekend at the lake. This property was stunning, and the updates were incredible. Fantastic location, pools were so much fun, easy access, and the condo was so well stocked with things to do! Absolutely will want to stay here again, owners were fantastic to work with!

Lots of room and short walk to dock
Beautiful condo, king comfortable beds. Gorgeous walk in shower in master suite. Large open kitchen with all new appliances. Had a great family vacation. Sleeps 6 comfortably and 3 bathrooms are great!! Exceptional view of lake in balcony. Huge TV,s especially in living room. Love this condo, had no issues but Sean was making sure our check in was going okay, can't say how great this place is

Great weekend condo
We really enjoyed our time. A couple of the dishes were not clean, but not a huge deal. We just made sure to really check all of them over before using. I am pretty sure we used and washed most though, so should not be a problem for the next guest. We loved all the amenities this place offered. However, interior walls are thin between bedrooms. The views though were great and so relaxing that hearing the kids in the morning did not even matter.

Great family get away
A wonderful stay! Lots of room, comfortable beds, very well stocked, awesome location. The property manager was very attentive to some minor items that we needed assistance with. I felt comfortable reaching out to them and they were very responsive. Although two of the bathrooms are somewhat dated, the property was clean and well cared for. I would stay there again! Thanks for a great getaway. This was our first visit to the Ozarks, and we felt we were wonderfully close to all the touristy 'stuff' but also away from all of it and able to enjoy the lake, the pool and amenities of the Knolls.

Lake Vacation
It was exactly like it looked when we first looked into it. Great view of the lake.

The outside lights on ground and lights going up thr steps were full of cobwebs, not inviting.
Inside of condo was not clean. Closets and drawers in closet were stuffed, stuff hanging out of drawers. When we walked in a pair of little girls undies were hanging on the light fixture. Someone had cut their hand or finger, blood on handle. Also blood on sheet in bunk bed room. Wet towels in dryer. Pantry closet floor dirty. The deck tile floor should have been washed, very sticky. Our sheets looked like someone had just slept in the bed. Disgusting!!
Not happy with how unclean everything was. Would not come back.
