Condo was just as advertised. Good, clean, etc. Good location as well. Only issue was the sofa bed was broken. However, there was a fancy air mattress we could use.

What a great place to stay. We had 5 adults with us and we had plenty of room for everyone. The view is breathtaking. Close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Would stay again.

We had a great view 9th floor the full moon over the water site from the balcony was beautiful short walk to the beach we have every thing we needed in the condo for comfort and cooking we enjoyed ourselves and will return in the future

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Close to all the food and fun. Walk out and the beach is your Oasis! The view from the balcony is tops. It was cozy and comfortable for all. We will be back.

The Pheonix was amazing. Everyone we encountered was so kind and very accomodating, even security. Security patrolled all day, checking vehicles and vacationers. Having access to 4 buildings accomadations was a huge plus! The condo itself was beautiful!! Very clean, stocked well and comfortable!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 2-3 guest. Checking in and out was convenient and the property was as advertised. Clean and neat. A bit cluttered with trinkets and closets were full of owners things, but those were minor aesthetics. We love the balcony view and would definitely returned for another visit.

Booked last second for New Years week. Great location on the beach with tons of stuff to do. The owners responded to every text within minutes. The only drawback is no guest bathroom, but if it's just family all is good. We loved our stay and look forward to getting back to Orange beach soon!

We booked this condo for a thanksgiving getaway to escape the cold in Ohio. This condo had everything we needed!! Spacious, extremely clean, stocked kitchen and a stunning 180 view of beautiful Orange Beach. We will without a doubt be renting this condo again VERY soon!

Beautiful Condo. Condo photos are accurate. Everything we needed & more was supplied. Beautiful view from the deck. The white sand beach is beautiful & the sand is cool to the feet even on sunny days. Communication with Penny was excellent. Only Surprise I had is there is an additional $57 fee for parking if you choose to drive.

This is a great condo to stay at. It was our second time staying there. It is clean and really nice. It also has a good beach view.

Property was great. We liked using the pool and fitness room. We weren’t able to use the balcony as people in other units smoked. We won’t stay here in the future. People smoked at the pool too!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! We had great views of dolphins swimming every morning. The beach wasn’t crowded and the pool was nice. Very clean property and the owners were very friendly! It was a great location and had many amenities in the building.
