I booked this home for several of our employees to attend a tradeshow, and the process on my end was very smooth. There was plenty of communication in advance for everything that was needed (ID of guest, payment schedule, etc). I asked our team for some feedback and they said: "We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It comes fully loaded with all the amenities. We were very close to Disneyland and had easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, coffee, and places to eat. The backyard is a tropical garden with an amazing pool nestled in a quiet neighborhood." Thank you to LaDonna and the team for a great home away from home!

We came with our oldest daughter and two grands to go to Disneyland . This was a lovely home to come “ home too “. Quite relaxing , well stocked with appliances , plates, cups etc . Pool was relaxing, hot tub was perfect . We will definitely stay again . Thank you for such a lovely stay . If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further .

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The communication before and during our stay was great. We had a few issues that were addressed timely and didn't overall impact our stay. The pool was a great bonus as we had 4 children with us and took advantage of this on the days we were not visiting Disney. Definitely recommend.

This house was beautiful inside and the pool and hot tub were great at the end of our days. Close proximity to disney. The house had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The checkin process was easy and the manager of the property was easy to get in touch with if we needed her. We would stay again in the future!

Our second stay at this wonderful property! Great pool. We had an issue with the alarm but it was taken care of promptly. Blinds need to be fixed and a little touch up painting could be done. We love the 3 master suites at this property.

Overall, this is a nice house for large groups. The walk to Downtown Disney is 1.2 miles and 26 minutes according to Google Maps. It is an easy walk, and we enjoyed it. The house has many rules. Including no one outside between 10:00pm and 9:00am. If you are there for Disneyland it essentially means you cannot enjoy the pool/spa or even sit outside for a morning cup of coffee. I get the noise ordinance but saying you can't be out for a peaceful cup of coffee, or a nightcap seems excessive.
The house worked well for a large family. However, the bathrooms are small, and had no hooks for towels/clothes. The room I was in had no hangars, and there were very few in the other rooms. While these things are minor, it wouldn't take much to make the house more traveler friendly.

Property was clean and well equipped. Pool was great! Really a nice place to stay. Only issues I have, and they’re very minor, is there are cameras everywhere outside (but probably need those now days) and very tight restrictions on noise and being outside. But overall, Id stay here again.

Back pool oasis is great to enjoy. Lots of rules around community so definitely need to keep noise down. Alarm going out to pool did get annoying by day 2. Other than the minor things it is a great place to stay and relax in the area. Would go back again.

The property was amazing and look just as the pictures. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect temperature. Plenty of space for a family of 7. Plenty of silverware, plates, cups, etc. There were board games and cards for us.
The only thing I would improve is the communication with the property manager. It was a bit slow for my liking but ultimately received great service!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults (4 parents, 1 grand) and 4 kids (ages 9,7,4,4). The property was just as advertised. It is well appointed and in excellent condition. The pool as an added asset that all the kids really enjoyed. The house is close to Disneyland, but too far for our little people to walk. Inexpensive Uber trip to the park. Easier than driving in and parking. I would definitely book this property again.

We rented this particular house for our business trip to Anaheim for the yearly Expo West Trade Show at the Convention Center. It's perfect for our small group of attendees. It's within walking distance to the show as well as to nearby restaurants. The house is very comfortable for relaxing after a long day of walking the show. It's nice to have a full kitchen, if we want to prepare any meals or snacks at home instead of eating out. This area and this host is our go-to for Expo West every year.

The check in/check out process, and explanations of the rental were precise, detailed, and thorough.
The house was very spacious and welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful and nice. We would definitely stay again for our next conferences.
We have two suggestions/critiques:
1.) Please make sure that: a.) the washing machine rim is cleaned-it's moldy and rusty. b.) the dryer lint compartment had not been cleaned out at all-(either by former house guests, or the cleaning crew.) The accumulation of lint was so thick that the dryer failed to work. Nevertheless, it poses a serious danger when that much lint has accumulated.
2.) Please add hooks. It would be a convenience if there were hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms to hang clothes, jackets, towels, etc.

We are all overjoyed with this property. The convenience in proximity to convention center and Disney were just spectacular. The property was just a it was listed on the website. Pool and spa worked excellent and were a nice thing to have after a long day. The only thing that I would change is the door alarms for the pool. I see them as necessary but they were a nuisance.

The bedroom upfront had a mystery stain on the bed skirt. Looked like blood. We didn’t get under the sheets in the girls bunk room because the sheets were sandy or dirty. The block wall in the back was knocked down and you could see into the neighbors yard which didn’t seem safe for either party. Overall fine house it just needed to be cleaned better and the beds were not comfortable. Most of the king beds sunk into the center of the bed.

The requirement to provide contact info and birthday for each guest staying is over the top and we worried initially regarding a 16 page contract with extremely restrictive rules, violation of which mandated eviction and $2500 fines. I was bringing kids to a house with an outdoor pool and the contract prohibits yelling outside at any time. It seemed like we weren’t going to be able to relax for fear of breaking a rule. I wish the contract had been available to review before I booked a non-refundable stay versus arriving in my inbox the next week. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. The pool is amazing. We would stay again.

Wife and I are just wrapping up our stay at this delightful property. We enjoyed it so much we wish we could stay longer. Nothing about the property disappointed, it hit all the high notes. Everything as advertised. Clean and well-maintained. All essentials supplied except for your own groceries. Lots of hot water; excellent showers; super comfortable beds; strong wi-fi; comfortable modern furnishings. Pro tips: Make sure you have the overhead shower light turned on when you step in; the main bathroom light turns off before you’re finished, room could get a little dark while you’re rinsing off lol. Also, the side gate to the garbage and recycling bins is a bit sticky; push hard at the top of the gate. And, need to be mindful of the local city ordinances about noise, the city takes that seriously. Fabulous pool and hot tub: the kids and grandkids spent a whole day poolside and had a blast. Gorgeous landscaping poolside, too, and comfortable patio furniture for us to enjoy while we kicked back and watched the fun. Stores and restaurants and Disney parking a ten minute drive away. Easy half hour walk to Disney main entrance if we had wanted. One very minor maintenance issue, no biggie at all; only mention it to say that Jeff the Maintenance Manager jumped on it and got it fixed right away. LaDonna was pleasant and professional in all our dealings. Easy check in. Check out rules no more demanding than most Verbos our family has used. Highly recommend this property and management

The house is comfortable with plenty of beds for the kids. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the front door to Disneyland security.
We got confused on a couple details at the house, but the answers to our questions were already listed in the check-in documents. We just needed to read more closely.

As soon as we entered the house, we were all amazed at how beautiful the property is. The setup is perfect for a large group with multiple families. The three main bedrooms all have attached bathrooms and the two bunk rooms have double beds that could easily fit adults. The pool area was sparkling clean and such a great break from days at the parks.
The staff was very communicative - we had a little issue with one of the door alarms but they got back to us quickly to resolve it. There is a lot of paperwork required to rent the property but I do understand why. This is a premium property and if I managed it, I would take pains to protect it as well.
The laws for rentals in Anaheim are strict and you will find the same rules at any house you rent in this area.
I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Anaheim.

If you are heading to Anaheim, this is a fantastic place to stay. The property was very clean, the check-in process was flawless and they constantly were checking to ensure our stay was going well. The beds were comfortable and the pool /spa was great. This property was 30 minute walk to Disneyland or 5 min Uber. Definitely would book this location again!
