Yes sometimes the three flights of stairs was a pain but everything else made up for it. Great location, beautiful view, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants and the view!

Loved the place, so close to beach and shops. Key pad didn’t work. Ran out of toilet paper. All kitchen appliances great. Being steps from the beach I would suggest beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels would of been great! Can’t bring in a plane. We bought stuff and had to leave it there. Otherwise loved it! Not the heat so much!

Amazing location to beach and great experience. Only issues would be unable to lock front door with code and had to rely on key and shower valve in main bathroom did not get hot but otherwise highly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first trip to Tybee Island and I fell in love with the area. This condo is in a great location. Easy access to the beach, pier and local restaurants. Found the parking under the units to be tight. Steps to get in the unit are steep and a little rough. This unit has lots of tiles that the grout is breaking up and tiles are cracked so be mindful. Also, the couch needs to be fixed. Found the beds to be uncomfortable would suggest bringing some kind of foam to go on top. It is a queen in the master, twins, and the pull out couch. You cannot sleep on at the moment. Hopefully it will get fixed. I did let her know. With a little TLC this condo will be back in tiptop shape but you just cannot beat the location.

The condo was amazingly clean. It is so close to the beach yet very quiet. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time, we had excellent weather so we walked to the beach. We enjoyed sitting outside on deck and the view of ocean and the sunrise. We loved Tybee also. Regards

We had a wonderful time. Ms Sinclair was very courteous when we brought a few concerns to her. She kept in communication with us, giving specific directions to the condo, which was very helpful. We would definitely consider staying at her VRBO on our next visit to Tybee Island/Savannah.

We had issue with the a/c, condo was 78 when we arrived and took until the next morning to become bearable. We actually slept on the pull-out couch the first night because the living room was the coolest spot. Other than that, it was a fine stay and the host was more than reasonable about addressing the issues.

This was a girls trip. We had a great unit and our property owner was very responsive to questions. We had trouble with the code for entrance because VRBO didn’t send our code but our owner responded almost immediately. The place was lovely and comfortable. I would only suggest additional items such as mixing bowls, and pans with lids that fit. Had there been more than two of us, say feeding 4 or 5 people, it might have been irritating. Otherwise, it was truly a clean and wonderful spot! There were some cracked tiles that could be replaced or repaired. All and all, it was perfect for our stay!

Love the location of the property to beach. Very clean. Parking is tight especially for a larger vehicle. Bring beach items, chairs towels, etc. rental doesn't provide any of these items. There are several flights of stairs to climb, second story is actually like 3 story. Overall the stay was wonderful

The stairs were a challenge for me and my people - all Seniors. We were in 1 B but that turned out to be on the top. We knew there was not an elevator but all the stairs took us by surprise. We would come again but ask for the lower floor.

Very clean enjoyable, did find a wet diaper which I assume was somehow got into the linens on accident. the property manager without hesitation on questioning it refunded the cleaning charge. I would recommend it to anyone

The property was close to what was advertised. The parking was a little sketchy with a pickup truck and another car. Thermostat could not be adjusted. It was set at 72 and couldn’t be turned down at night.

A fun weekend at a beautiful property! Parking is a little tight but we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a week (myself, husband, teen daughter and her friend) and it was great! We only had 1 car, so our parking was not much of an issue as in other posts. I was pleased with how close we were to the beach! We walked to go out to dinner and to send the teens on errands. They loved their freedom to go get ice cream, coffee, pizza, or just shop. The unit was clean and as described. Not the most up-to-date, but it had everything that we needed for a very comfortable week. No issues at all! It was great that towels, sheets, and other needed products were provided. The proximity to Savannah was wonderful. We did a few trips there, as well as a trip to Fort Pulaski and the Tybee Lighthouse. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add a loveseat or comfy chairs with ottomans to the living room. There is only one tv, which is fine, but it is nice to all hang out together when storms roll through. The couch is very comfortable, but everyone wanted to sit there!

Very clean, had everything we needed. Perfect location with short walk to beach and close to shops and restaurants. Top level condo so lots of steps to enter. Parking tight - would not have had room to park if had a large truck. Had a wonderful time here. Would stay again!!!

Condo was exactly as stated. It's convenient to everything on the South end, short walk to the beach, pier, Butler & Tybresia Streets. Host is easy to communicate with, I would definitely stay here again! I sure hope to!

Liked everything about the property, clean, well equipped and we could see the ocean being the top floor. Good directions and communication, will definitely go back again.
