One of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for extended family to gather in between graduations. Really close to campus. Loved all the personal notes to help find things.

Very nice stay. Clean and had all amenities. Coffee maker was complicated to us so we didnt use it. Kcup or equivalent would have been nice. Also Shampoo, conditioner and soap for rhe shower would have been nice.

We had a wonderful stay! Super-clean, cozy home was the perfect place to rest as we came in town to visit our son and his family. It was a much better accommodation than any hotel could have been. Very thankful for this gem in the Little Apple!

We will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in Manhattan. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were very close to everything we needed and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was flexible with our slightly early check-in and very responsive. When we arrived we had wine, cheese, and crackers as a gift from the host. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

This is a wonderful home that is nicely furnished. This was my 4th stay at this home and I will definitely be back. The beds are clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans that we needed. It was a great place to stay while in town to see the game.

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Not only is it clean, warm and inviting but the snowy weekend was made easier with the thoughtful drop of a shovel, broom, and ice melt. Sheryl made it easy for us and is easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to stay here again.

This property was excellent for visiting for the football game and seeing our college kids. The place was extremely clean and all the notes around the house made for no questions about where something was. So many thoughtful items from wine, cheese and crackers to to-go coffee cups, to a bag of ice left in the freezer, this host covered all the details. Highly recommended!

The house is adorable and fit our party of 3 very well. I visited with my mom and aunt, and our KStater also stayed one night. The kitchen has everything you need, and the backyard is a great place to relax and hang out. Would love to stay again before graduation 💜

We absolutely loved our stay! Incredible host and fantastic location. Everything was incredibly well kept and stocked. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, and dishes. We loved the backyard too, which had plenty of seating and a well manicured lawn. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This house is absolutely perfect! It’s located within walking distance of downtown and the mall (the farmers market on Saturday morning is amazing). Also, we were so impressed with how well the house is stocked, the grill worked great and fire pit was a perfect ending to the day. My family will definitely be staying here again.

Smooth navigation throughout the whole process, this rental was perfect for our needs. My husband and I along with our young adult sons traveled up for a holiday visit with our eldest son and his new wife. There was plenty of space for everyone; plenty of beds and a bonus bathroom was a big plus. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well-outfitted had we wanted to. The home was very clean and well-maintained. We'd love to stay there again when we travel back to Manhattan!

We rented this home for the week of Thanksgiving. We were in town to spend time with our son in the Army. We come up each year to cook a turkey dinner for our son and his friends. This home was perfect. Had all the necessities we needed and plenty of room for everyone. This will be his last year in Kansas. I wish we had found this home sooner. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

Sheryl has made this home a great destination and an overall awesome experience. She is very easy to communicate with. The home is clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding are way above standard. House has everything you need and 2 baths are a plus! Destination is awesome. You can easily walk to downtown and grab a smothered breakfast burrito at Chefs, or walk over to Aggieville and grab a chicken fried steak at Kites. Campus is just a few steps further. This is a great college town to enjoy a football game - students and alumni were very accommodating and outwardly friendly. Hope to make it back and if I do I will definitely reach out to Sheryl and stay here again. Thanks so much for having us!

This was the perfect place to stay with old college friends while in town for a house reunion. It is an amazing location for both Aggieville and downtown. The house had everything we needed with plenty of comfortable spaces to gather and laugh through our college memories. I will definitely stay here again, if it’s available. This house is just as listed! We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The location is great. The backyard is awesome with chairs, wood stacked and ready for the fire pit!
