En face se trouve une boutique Caribou Coffee. Un chef remportant quatre d'octroi d'étoiles prépare le style Cajun la nourriture dans la rue à Brassa restaurant. Marche, jogging ou vélo sur la belle Sommet Ave. un bloc de Grand. Pour le plaisir monter le pub de colporter sur Grand. Vous êtes à quelques minutes du centre ville et de l'aéroport. L'appartement pi 1100 m² a le wifi, la télévision haute définition Comcast et de toutes commodités. L'appartement au deuxième étage a un nouveau système de chauffage de CVC et de la climatisation. Location is good, nicely furnished, everything that is needed was there! A bit of unexpected construction in back made things a little inconvenient. Gary worked with us to make the stay good

Very nice property, and a great host. It's not really a three bed apt. It's a two bed with a pullout couch, and those are what the are.

A very clean and large apartment right in the heart of Grand Ave. with easy access to lots of great restaurants and shops. Gary was very welcoming with unsolicited, and appreciated, follow-up calls to any questions we might have. Would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay at again!

We had family in from out of town and I was apprehensive of it being loud or unkept. I was so wrong! Gorgeous property and so beautifully laid out. They thought of everything! My family raves about it and enjoyed spending time relaxing or wandering around Grand Avenue when we weren’t together. I would most definately recommend!

We came to Minneapolis to visit family & the State Fair. We wanted to avoid the crowds so went early. It was no more than 10 mins away. Gary the property owner very easy to deal with & gave great instructions. Only downside , there’s an ice cream parlor downstairs. Didn’t help my waistline.

Great location overall, but we felt this rental was very noisy/loud, impacting our sleep most nights. For instance, the AC turning on and off was super loud, waking us up constantly, and we had to run it given upper 80s and 90s temps. We heard lots of ambient street noises at night, early (like 4am) deliveries, the pizzeria AC units in back, early morning construction, etc. We also found the rental to be a bit dirty inside cabinets and drawers, dirty dishes in cupboards, etc. Granted a one time thing, but the last couple days of our stay the back stairs were being replaced, with loud construction noises before 7am. Old school TVs and furnishings (which we liked), but the beds were pretty lumpy, squeaky in the frames.
On a positive note, the host was friendly and respectful. Well stocked with various supplies: napkins, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, towels, soap. Lots of pillows, closet space, hangers, etc.—most things you would need! The Washer and dryer are small but worked good. Lots of laundry supplies. Great location on Grand Ave! Walking distance or short drive to many things. Easy to get Uber/Lyfts from here. Great ice cream at the creamery! Ample parking in back of the unit. I would give 3.5 stars overall

We have stayed in this space on at least three occasions and the location and comfort level suits us very well indeed. The owner/manager couldn't be lovelier. We will no doubt be back.

Grand Avenue is very nice. The ice cream parlour helps to make it so, luckily that was beside us. The apartment was lovely, cozy and relaxing . Everything was there that we needed, beds were comfortable and fresh towels available.
Grand Avenue has some nice shops and decent bars to eat in, we came back after a day out to do just that.

Gary was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed fir both self-check in and self-check out. The property was very comfortable and has a thoughtful design—very updated and clean. Location can’t be beat on Grand Avenue in Crocus Hill neighborhood! We will be back and highly recommend for families.

The place was awesome. The host was great. The location was exactly as described. It was minutes from downtown attractions. Within a mile it has food rainging from ribs to sushi and everything in between. Check out the old grande tavern for great walleye!

We were very happy with the apartment. We stayed for six days over Christmas while visiting family in Twin Cities. Apartment is very clean and well stocked. Gary and Chase Huffman were very communicative and helpful hosts. We liked that the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, so everybody has privacy. Location is very convenient, on Grand Ave. commercial strip. There are a coffee shop and drug store across the street, and a pizzeria and ice cream shop downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment suited our needs perfectly - it’s a beautifully remodeled space located in a prime walking and shopping neighborhood with great access to major streets and the interstate. It was quiet, clean and comfortable, with good internet access allowing us both to work remotely. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The location on Grand Ave is amazing! The place is very cute, really well stocked (even had a hand mixer which we needed to make a cake), comfy beds, nice owner, good parking spot, clean, great beds - will be staying again

Nice, recently remodeled property in residential part of St Paul, located above an ice cream and pizza shop. Only negatives are some street noise in the front bedroom and limited bandwidth on the wifi (we couldn't get streaming to work). We would definitely stay again.

Property was just as advertised - 2 roomy bedrooms and a big kitchen. The location is amazing - across the street from a Caribou and multiple amazing restaurants within easy walking distance. Also right on the 63 bus route, from which you can make connections to anywhere. You definitely do not need a car to stay here, and it's an inexpensive Uber from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent, comfortable, & welcome place to stay. I would highly recommended this place for anyone visiting the St. Paul area. There was a lot of great local eateries in the area in walking distance which made it a better place to stay. Grand Ole Creamery & pizza parlor were GREAT, both are a must visit. This was our 2nd stay here. Its nicely decorated, perfectly clean, kitchen and bath well stocked. The kitchen is large and while we mostly ate out, it would be convenient to cook here. The location is great-shops and restaurants on street level, on a bus line, close to downtown, close to airport. I gave it 4 stars because the front bedroom can be noisy at night as people are walking by on the sidewalk. Owner/manager very helpful and responsive, checked in to make sure everything was good. Overall we highly recommend this property and plan to stay there in the future!

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was updated, spotless and it was easy to feel at home. Notably, the kitchen was very well stocked with pans, and utensils so cooking was a snap. Great location- coffee, ice cream and bagels right under us and a lovely neighborhood to walk. Thank you very much!

My family and I were visiting St Paul to attend our daughter's graduation from Macalester College. This apartment was convenient to the campus. We enjoyed strolling Grand Ave and doing some shopping. Great having ice cream and pizza downstairs. The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable.
