Had to pay for parking. $10 a night. Shuttle took us to the Pink concert but did not pick us up! One roll of toilet paper. Room was very hot, when tried to cool it off, air conditioning was locked at 64. So either very hot or very cold. Would not go back.

No house keeping; Customers are not aware and should be told that house keeping are upon request only and have to be request by 7am, if their stay are 2 nights or longer. Lack of communication between front desk and house keeping, since we couldn’t get our room clean and ask for fresh towels but never deliver to our room and stop by front desk to grab towels, no fresh towels available! No hot water, unless you let water run for 15 minutes or longer!

Bed was ok.

I thought I made a reservation for the Double Tree St. Paul by Hilton, that is what my reservation also indicated. In fact it was the Double Tree St. Paul East by Hilton. That caused a major glitch in my plans. Also, the WiFi, refrigerator, and thermostat did not work. Two of us were in the room, but there was only one chair. Staff told us they didn’t have another chair. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Hotel canceled my reservation, no cups for water, no coffee cups, extremely low water pressure. Booking.com saved the day by taking care of the cost of a room for me.
