Ce magnifique 4 chambres / 3 salles de bains est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et partir à la base toutes vos aventures de Sun Valley. L'emplacement des vues incroyables et centrale ne peut pas être surestimée!
Réchauffer à côté de la cheminée en pierre et regarder dehors du plancher aux fenêtres de plafond qui l'entoure pour regarder les skieurs sur Chauve et Dollar Montagnes. Les zones de cuisine et de blanchisserie ont de nouveaux appareils de marque et ont été récemment rénovées. La cuisine et le principal planchers sont en hiver! La cuisine est complète et équipée avec ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, ustensiles et des produits de base. Les draps sont fournis (draps et serviettes). Il y a un lave-linge et sèche-linge à la maison ..
La première chambre principale a un lit king et une nouvelle douche dans la salle de bains. Une deuxième chambre contient deux lits jumeaux et un troisième a une double et un lit queen. Avec une entrée séparée en bas, il y a un appartement d'une chambre avec un lit queen, une salle de bains avec douche et kitchenette.
Une salle de bain commune supplémentaire contient une combinaison baignoire / douche.
Le bain à remous privé se trouve à quelques pas en dehors de la porte arrière et regarde Bald Mountain et jusqu'à l'incroyable ciel central Idaho. I love this home but there were a couple of glitches: the binder with all the property info and procedures is missing, we needed to call for TP and hand soap. We needed to purchase dish towels, laundry detergent and bath wash. And maybe those items just aren't provided anymore. We just didn't know. Otherwise we had a fabulous time and we love this house.

We were two sisters and a brother (ages 70s - 80s) with spouses and we get together bi-annually. This property was ideal because it was roomy, well-appointed and close to Sun Valley attractions. Scott, our host, was very responsive. I'd recommend his place to anyone looking for a comfortable get-away place.

This was a great house for our family. The house was as expected; a bit dated but totally fine. Hot tub was clean. Views were awesome and the house backed up to open space. Beds were comfortable. Owner was chill. We will likely come back.

Nice house within walking distance to SV Lodge and downtown.
No toilet paper or dishwashing soap. They brought some after getting ahold of host, 2 days later. Not a big deal, but certainly expected to have that on hand.
Lots of ice on the driveway that was dangerous. We out out salt everyday, and it was close to melting off after 5 days. I mentioned it to host, but they did not take care of it.

House was comfortable for our family group of 8. Kitchen was adequately equipped allowing us to cook breakfast and dinner. Check in was fine, house was clean. Great location for skiing.

We've stayed in Sun Valley 3 times and this is by far our favorite house we've rented. Its location is ideal to accessing everything, and the views from the main room are 180 degrees of astonishing beauty.
Upon arrival, we all went sledding right out the back of the property on Sun Valley's premier sledding hill. We walked 1 block to catch the bus to Warm Springs, or River Run ski bases. Another day, we headed out with snowshoes to explore the Valley View trails to the north. All of this without ever having to use our car. Konditerei bakery and the Sun Valley Lodge are also within walking distance.
The home's layout is ideal--a giant kitchen, dining and great room make it easy for everyone to hang out together. Bedrooms are just down a hall if someone needs quiet time. Decor is simple, old school Sun Valley charm, but comfortable with all the modern amenities and kitchen appliances, bathrooms and technology. You can store skis and gear in the garage, and put your teenager or in laws in the little apartment suite below.
Sun Valley is a special place with very smart zoning, so views are only of beautiful hillsides, and this house is located in one of those special spots with boundless views. We'd rent again, winter or summer, and take advantage of the pool access, which we didn't get to do while in Sun Valley this time--another reason to return in the summer.

Such a great house for families to kick back, sit by a roaring fire, watch the snow fall and spot the wildlife while enjoying amazing views of both Dollar Mountain and Baldy. The house has everything you would need to have a relaxing visit with family and friends. Its location to the Sun Valley Lodge is a nice perk with certain amenities offered to those who rent this wonderful house. The owner is very responsive and we would definitely return again!

Excellent location and lovely stay
We had a lovely time here. The location was perfect. Kids loved sledding right out the door, super close to alpine skiing as well as Nordic. We did it all! Great to have the hot tub to unwind in….Lovely setting/views. The wood fireplace was a real treat to have; the house is well appointed and we lacked nothing. Super easy check in/out. Would stay again!

Great Family House
We had a fabulous time and the views were outstanding! The backyard was great for the kids! We could walk to Ketchum and Sun Valley Resort. Very well supplied and clean! AND last but not least was the Cornhole Game! We had so much fun having "tournaments".

Just what we needed
This family home was the perfect spot to gather our group of vaccinated friends for a reunion! The location and views are wonderful, and the well kept space was comfortable and inviting... right down to the welcome bag of treats and drinks. Owner was very responsive and helpful. If we have the occasion to return, we hope to stay again!

Stellar location (particularly in winter)
Our group had a WONDERFUL stay. The proximity to town, the resort lodge + village, Dollar, Baldy - all of Sun Valley's amenities was stellar. The other huge plus is that Penny's Hill is adjacent to the back yard and provided epic sledding fun for the kids. Scott was VERY responsive in addressing a handful of minor issues. We would definitely stay here again.

One of our favorites in 25 years of ski trips!
Great location. Close walk to bus stops and to Sun Valley Lodge. The passes to the Lodge were just Fantastic. Such a nice treat to be able to walk down the street not too far and use the facilities. The house is perfect for a large group. A retro feel that we really liked, and really love the large living room and fireplace. Scott was great to deal with and super responsive.

Enjoyable holiday comfort.
Loved the location of this property during our holiday stay. It had plenty of space for all of us to come together in the large living/dining/kitchen space after a day of skiing and various holiday activities. We especially enjoyed the fireplace for cozy evenings. It worked well for our family!

We had 9 family members stay at this house in Sun Valley and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was conveniently located just a short walk from the fantastic Sun Valley resort that offered many great amenities and activities for our adults and children. The house was clean with everything we would expect for a comfortable stay. The home owners were friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. We especially enjoyed climbing the hill behind the house for a bird's eye view of the spectacular 4th of July fireworks show. Great stay all around and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful property
Our family of 7 were more than comfortable. It's perfectly located near the Lodge, the trails and paths, and an easy walk into downtown Ketchem. Quiet and serene. Beautiful view. Gazing at grazing draft horses was an amazing bonus. Scott quickly responded to our questions. We all hope get to stay again some time. Thank you, Scott and Emmi.

Very spacious with large great room and bedrooms. Super location! Kids loved the sledding hill directly behind the house. Kitchen well equipped. Large flat screen TVs with very good reception.

Plenty of room for our annual ski trip. Loved how close the location was to the Free Bus stop. Sun Valley has a full free bus transit system. Makes getting around the Valley very easy! House was stocked well with plenty of paper products, towels and anything else that we needed. Great Bluetooth speaker to be able to play music and enjoy the great room. Plenty of wood for the fire place. Great Stay! Scott was a pleasure to deal with! I hope to come back next year.

Super location and comfortable
Great location with quick walk to the lodge pool (access is included). It is a house nestled into a private (lots of trees), but accessible location right next to the Sun Valley property. Great views. The living room is big and the huge granite dining table is good for family. Love the door locks and ease of rental process. Scott and Emmi were helpful with thoughtful touches. As advertised and better.
