The host Boris was awesome. He took care of all our needs. The room was cozy and I can't say enough about The views of the beach and front street. The bed was so comfortable, I could lay in it all day. The location was on point with restaurants and shopping. The resort had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend you book with Boris, you want regret it.

Great view of the beach. Helpful staff at the front desk and throughout the facility. Nice location - easy walk to restaurants and grocery store; and driving distance to shopping malls, South Beach, Marlins stadium and other attractions.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is well equipped, and there were no problems. Nice balcony and view. Host is highly responsive, which is very important.
Resort is nice too. One thing to keep in mind is there is no sun on the beach in the afternoon, due to shade from the high rises around.

Highly recommended! We stayed in this apartment last July for 10 days, this apartment was perfect for my wife and I with a balcony that gives a amazing view of the ocean, the beach and the intercostal. The apartment is super well equipped for cooking with full size fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. There is even a washer dryer. The bed is very comfortable and even gives a view of the ocean. Also equipped with an in-room safe large enough to fit a laptop. The apartment was very clean. Our host, Boris (the best host I've had since I rented apartments for vacation) is always ready to help or inform you very quickly.

Enjoyed our 5 day get away!
We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views. Great location. Boris checked in on us and also allowed for us to have a later check out due to late flight. Grocery was close so no need for a car. Bonus was chairs and umbrella daily at no extra charge.
When leaving we asked ourselves if there was anything we didn’t like. And the answer was NO!

Lovely weekend
A perfect place for a long weekend with great views. Beaches of Sunny Isles are beautiful and great for long walks. The condo is well outfitted and with a grocery just a few blocks away everything is convenient. The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure we were set. Would definitely come back.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter Boris war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im 19. Stock und seitlich positioniert. Vom Balkon hat man links einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Praktisch war der Wäscheturm in der Wohnung. Am Strand wurden vom Resort jeweils Strandliegen und Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese sind in der zusätzlichen Resortgebühr enthalten. In 5 Minuten Gehdistanz ist ein Einkaufszentrum Publix.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
