Vues sur l'océan et accès à la plage au prix de la deuxième rangée!Cette maison, appelée Sea View, est une charmante maison de plage traditionnelle située au bord de l’océan. C'est l'un des rares cottages historiques laissés sur l'île. La chaleur et le charme sont là et nous avons mis à jour et rénové. Il a cinq chambres et trois salles de bain complètes. À l'étage, la chambre 1 a un lit queen, la chambre 2, un lit queen et une couchette, et la chambre 3, un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux. De plus, il y a un lit de jour dans la salle de soleil. Le bas apt a une reine dans une chambre et une petite chambre a un lit double. Il y a également un double futon dans le salon .... tout cela rend les arrangements de couchage plus flexibles. Deux autres douches de plage fermées sont également situées au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a une immense terrasse et un porche avec vue sur la mer depuis toute la maison. Nous sommes à sept minutes de Wild Dunes et à 15 minutes de Charleston. L'accès à la plage est DIRECTEMENT devant la maison et vous n'êtes qu'à quelques secondes de l'eau! Il y a une piscine privée dans la cour arrière et vous êtes à distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins !!!

Les caractéristiques comprennent des murs de chêne à rainures et languettes et le cœur de planchers de pin. Les téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble sont dans presque toutes les chambres! ...et wi-fi gratuit! Une piscine privée ajoute à l'emplacement idéal. La maison est juste un pâté de maisons des magasins et des restaurants .... situé au 817 Ocean Blvd., IOP ..... Les prix varient selon la saison.
Nous avons ajouté une allée privée et un espace de stationnement. Ainsi, que le surf soit à la hausse ou à la baisse, vous pouvez vous garer!
Nous devons et gérons cette maison de plage depuis plus de 25 ans. Nous habitons à quelques rues de chez nous, nous sommes donc proches si nos clients ont besoin de quoi que ce soit !!!

We have been coming to Isle of Palms for years, but this was the first time we stayed at this property. It was the perfect location for our family. The property was even better in person than the photos show online. Carly and Steve were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend this property!

Lovely home with 5 sleeping areas and private pool. Very convenient to walk to beach and IOP restaurants. My older daughter loved having a private apartments downstairs. We also loved the screened front porch... able to hear the ocean and enjoy the sea breezes.

Great house for a beach stay in Isle of Palms, everything was as advertised and more. Highly recommend using the bocce set on the beach!

This house was perfect for my girlfriends and I! Great location on IOP plus easy to get to downtown Charleston. Easy communication with the host and over 10/10 weekend. Will be back!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying at this home.
We loved the house (farm house sink is fabulous). Older, comfortable home, steps from the beach...with a pool in the backyard! Hard not to have a great time.

The property was as advertised. Very nice and a great location. Home is older and the unit on the lower level are separated from the upper level. This obviously can be both good and bad. Pool was very convenient and well maintained. would definitely go back.

This was our 4th time staying in IOP, and this house and location was the best by far! The house is so charming and comfortable. The beach access is directly across the street and it’s a quick walk to several great local restaurants. We felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable, there is a lot of space to gather & the pool was a big hit! We so appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Carly is the best! She was so welcoming and helpful. We are definitely going to come back!

Nice older beach rental, comfortable beds, lovely pool and close to the beach. Downstairs rooms require constant dehumidication, as the owners clealy explained. The were very helpful and easy to deal with.

A very nice and charming property that is well-kept with unbeatable location. Owner is very kind and lives very close by and is eager to help guests enjoy their stay.
I prefer a door code rather than having to pick up a key from the owner because I'm afraid of losing the key, but that is all I can think of to improve the experience.

What a wonderful house/location/vacation experience! We had an absolutely wonderful time. The owner (Carly) is so kind and attentive and the house was definitely spacious enough for all 12 of us. We plan to return😊

We throughly enjoyed our stay! IOP is beautiful and we ventured onto Sullivan’s Island for dinner, parks and ice cream!

This property is even better than described. It had everything we wanted or needed. Location was amazing… so close to the beach. Accommodating to my dogs as well. Owners/hosts were so welcoming. Home was clean and had great character. We had an amazing and relaxing week. Definitely will be back!

The place was great for our group of 9, and the location was so convenient to the beach and a couple of breakfast spots. We went into Charleston several times and the wait time wasn't bad for Ubers. Hanging out by the pool and the house was nice too! Carly was super responsive with our questions, which was helpful.

We had a group of 9 girls staying at Carly's house to celebrate our 55th birthday! The house was perfect and exactly as the pictures show. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the pool and spent the majority of time on the great screened in porch. Thank you for being so accommodating Carly! You made my hosting duties easy!

Recently stayed here with 8 other people for a friends trip. The house is fantastic - plenty of room for the group, and a nice pool! The location is amazing - could not be much closer to the beach, easy walk to bars and IOP.
Carly was easy to communicate with and helped with anything that came up. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location!
We loved the location - easy access to beach & quick walk to restaurants & ice cream! The house is very charming & accommodated our group of 6 adults & 3 children perfectly. The pool was a big hit with the kids & adults, and the enclosed outdoor showers were a big plus. Carly & Steve were very gracious in responding to any needs. We would definitely rent again!

If you have a big group, I’d recommend bringing extra trash bags just for cleanup, especially if you’re eating any meals at the house. It can be a little tricky to get Ubers into downtown but if you plan ahead, it’s okay!
Also just a heads up, the house did NOT have oil/butter or condiments for cooking or grilling so make sure you buy your own.
Overall, AMAZING stay and Carly was so responsive and helpful!! I highly recommend and would return!!

Great stay and a perfect place for our college reunion. The owner, Carly, lives nearby and met us to give us a tour of the property and tell us about the area. She is fantastic and wants her guests to have a wonderful experience!

Perfect Getaway Just Steps From the Beach
This lovely home had the perfect layout for our family of 11. Family members had enough space for individual privacy, yet it was spacious enough for everyone to gather. The home was clean and well- stocked. The second refrigerator was appreciated. There was ample parking for all four of our large vehicles. Carly was extremely kind and readily available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this rental for any occasion.

We loved the separate apartment downstairs so my parents could enjoy some peace and quiet from the kids and grandkids. Beach just steps away and shops and restaurants just a few blocks. We also LOVED the private pool and all the amenities available…. Chairs, games, etc. Carly was just wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. We would love to book this house again next summer and make it a yearly tradition.

Excellent house near everything
We met Carly when we arrived and she is an absolute joy. The house was perfect for our group and near everything. The only time we had to drive anywhere was to go golfing. I highly recommend this rental.
