Nothing much. This was one of the worst places I stayed while booking through booking.com

Everything about the property and the way they dealt with me. Didn't give me the room I booked for, later realised and saw that they give it for the owners friends. Tried to give me a room without key which I didn't take. Later gave one without attached bathroom and tv. This place sucks and I don't know why it is listed in booking.com

it was good considering it was in city seemed fairely priced but way overpriced for the place it was.

Extra charges of Rs. 200/- for extra blanket in a cold place like shillong. No other hotel in shillong does that.

Comfortable bedding, sufficient hot water, quiet location.

Room located directly next to reception desk. Staff stay up until midnight watching loud videos on their phone and you can hear reception phone ring loud every time.
