Notre maison a quelque chose pour tout le monde dans votre famille. Vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied du cœur de l'action, comme Times Square, Fishing Pier, restaurants, boutiques de plage, sports nautiques. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui viennent pour se détendre, vous pouvez rester à la maison et profiter de l'oasis de cour arrière tranquille, avec une grande piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, et tout nouveau bar Tiki. Vous pouvez également vous asseoir sur le quai et chercher des lamantins ou des dauphins qui visitent souvent notre canal. Si vous êtes un plaisancier, apportez ou louez un bateau et attachez-le sur notre quai. Nous sommes à quelques minutes du golfe! Les gros bateaux peuvent rencontrer des problèmes à marée basse. Faites-nous savoir si vous aurez un bateau.
Nous avons également une grande terrasse sur le dessus de notre maison où vous pouvez voir pour ce qui semble être des miles dans toutes les directions. Vous avez des sièges au premier rang pour les travaux d'incendie le 4 Juillet et le Nouvel An.

Nous avons également un chalet, qui est séparé de la maison, il est situé sur la même parcelle et est plus proche de la rue. (VRBO # 739661) Le chalet peut accueillir 6 personnes de plus. C'est parfait pour plusieurs familles, chaque famille peut avoir son espace privé.

Notre maison est située à l'extrémité nord de l'île. Cet emplacement évite d'attendre dans la circulation sur Estero Blvd, qui, parfois, peut prendre beaucoup de temps pour descendre l'île.
Le plan d'étage de cette maison de 5 chambres donne beaucoup de place à votre famille ou à vos familles. Le niveau inférieur dispose de 2 chambres, une avec un lit King, l'autre avec un lit queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a 1 salle de bain complète et 1 demi-bain, avec une très grande cuisine et salle à manger. Le salon a un tout nouveau canapé-lit et siège d'amour, une grande télévision à écran plat et une belle table de billard. Il a également une belle terrasse extérieure à l'extérieur des portes françaises donnant sur la piscine et le canal. Il y a une belle table sur le pont si vous voulez manger dehors.
Le niveau supérieur a trois chambres à coucher; une chambre principale de taille King, avec une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen et un lit double, plus une autre chambre avec un lit queen. Il y a deux séries de portes françaises menant à une grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le canal. Il y a des marches menant au niveau supérieur pour une entrée privée.
Il ya aussi une télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit, une nouvelle kitchenette avec une petite machine à laver et sèche-linge à l'étage ainsi. La salle de bain dans la partie supérieure est immense, il y a une douche à vapeur assez grande pour faire la fête! La maison est équipée d'une connexion Wi-Fi et du câble. Les salles de bains disposent de serviettes de bain, de serviettes de piscine et de serviettes de plage. Il y a aussi une buanderie au niveau principal pour votre usage, il y a du savon à lessive inclus.
À l’extérieur, vous trouverez: un barbecue, des salles à manger en plein air, un tout nouveau bar Tiki équipé d’une machine à glace. Nous avons également mis dans une nouvelle salle de bain et douche près de la piscine. La plupart des clients passent la plupart de leur temps au bord de la piscine, au bar Tiki, ou pêchent sur notre quai.
Il y a des vélos disponibles à la location à quelques pâtés de maisons. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de Times Square, où vous pouvez vous inscrire pour des excursions, louer des bateaux, faire de la voile, et plus encore.

Loved it all. I was a little worried when we pulled up because the drive and lawn were unkept and the camper next door and weeds growing up looked a little rough. Then I realized you are still under repairs from the hurricane. The house and pool area and canal were great.

Our family (3 generations, ranging in ages from 5 to 72) just got back from a week at this amazing house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out on the 3 levels and we were within walking distance of anything we wanted! Although we had tropical storm rain and winds 4 out of the 7 days, we had the best time. With proximity to the beach and the downtown area, we were able to take quick advantage of breaks in the rain. The pool table and multiple covered decks were lifesavers for the moments we were trapped inside. But the best part was the hot tub, heated pool, and dock. We enjoyed those IN the rain (and in our sunny days of course). Fishing off the dock was amazing (frozen shrimp was the perfect bait). Because of the rain, we only had one manatee visitor and a couple dolphins in the canal, but it was pretty amazing to see. We rented kayaks and paddled around the canals and out into the bay. Highly recommend! Angie was an amazing hostess and so easy to communicate with. The house had lots of personal touches (fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies provided, odds and ends throughout the house, towels/pool/beach gear provided. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

House is located near everything you need! The beach so close to walk without paying to park. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. House was very clean. Love seeing the area recovering from Hurricane! Can't wait to to stay here again.

Hard to beat the proximity to the beach and busy area while being down a quiet street. Lots of room and a dozen family members to spend a week. Space to get together and space to take a break. Very nice property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angie's home in Fort Myers Beach. Angie was a helpful and responsive host. The home was near everything - bay, beach, food, activities - and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the special touches like multiple refrigerators, wine refrigerator, ice machine, pool & beach towels. We were glad to see the area getting back on its feet after the hurricane. Great stay!

This property has been redone since the hurricane & turned out very nice! It is at a great location, not far from the beach or town square. You can also walk to many restaurants.
The house was spacious and accommodating for the 10 people we had there. Plenty of fridge options, large ice maker, 2 washers & dryers. The Blackstone grill also was nice.
It was cooler when we stayed there, so we used the hot tub more than the pool.
Overall, we would definitely pick this house again to stay at. Angie was more than helpful as we were there & if we needed anything, she had an answer quickly!

Angie was great in correspondence! Her place was amazing. From the back dock we saw Dolphins, Manatees, Sting Ray, Stone and Blue Crabs and had quite a few Iguanas visiting us. Loved the pool and Tiki Bar. We had all my Brothers and Sister and there was plenty of room for everyone! Short distance to the Beach and Shopping! Only draw back is there is A LOT of stairs and being an older group that was a killer! But it was not hard to make the best of it and enjoy our beautiful home away from home!

Need to say my brother has had vacation properties for years so I have high expectations when I rent a place. Chose this property because of having a pool and hot tub as well as the location since we didn't want to rent vehicles for our group of 12. We really enjoyed our stay and the house had what we needed. But there were several issues: 1. One bedroom was to have a king bed and a pullout/futon but instead just had a loveseat. The pullout couch was in the cove of the hallway. The patio door from bedroom was blocked by an outdoor sectional and if the couch was pulled out to accommodate a guest, the path to the bathroom would have been blocked. My travel mate had to sleep on the loveseat so she wasn't by herself in cove or in downstairs living room that had an additional pullout sofa. 2. There were ashtrays everywhere and NONE had been cleaned of ashes and most still had cigarette butts in them. (If this minor cleaning job was not done, it made you wonder how good of a cleaning job was done on the rest of the house. Dirty socks in mouth of totem pole by pool and a doll was under the sofa in living room. :( 3. Realize these properties are used and abused by disrespectful guest ( and it was the end of the summer season) but there many minor repairs and touchups needed around the property. 4. Had issues with the washers and dryers working properly 5. Toilets in two bathrooms ran continuously or didn't flush correctly. (We tried to remedy so the water bill wasn't sky high.) What we liked about the property: 1. Pool & Hot tub 2. Rooftop to enjoy the sunrises 3. Location just a block from beach and a few to the pier, restaurants and shops. 4. Plenty of bedrooms so our group of 12 ladies could enjoy our time together 5.Location on lagoon--we had several iguanas and an egret visit us. Didn't see any manatee or dolphin as might have. 6. The extra shower in bathroom by pool was utilized since there were 12 of us. 7. Huge shower in upstairs bathroom with two HUGE shower heads and the long bathroom counter so many of us could get ready at one time.8. We didn't utilize the Tiki Bar by the pool but it would be great if you were the party crowd. 8. Host was very helpful with any of my questions or concerns.

The property was very clean, had a great location (4 minute walk to the beach), and had great space. The outside was amazing! The pool was clean, the hot tub was clean and functional, and the tiki hut was a great escape from the sun. We truly had a great time! As with most homes, we had a couple of hiccups during our stay and Angie was great to work with, responded quickly and did what she could under the circumstances. Angie was the best host we have had in our 5 homes that we have stayed at!

Best location possible
We stayed a few weeks in June 2022 and had a great time. We had plenty of room for our extended families. The pool is great for sitting and reading as well as for the kids to play. The bar area outside was a hit with the kids to make smoothies. The refrigerator and ice maker out there were very convenient. Everyone had a blast with the pool table in the living room, although it made finding a seat a little more difficult. However, several of us just found a seat on one of the balconies and enjoyed the view. The location to the beach and downtown couldn’t be more ideal. This is one of the best locations we have stayed at in Ft Myers. It was so nice to be able to let the teens walk down for ice cream in the evening and not have to pile in the car. Overall, you won’t be disappointed.

The outdoor space, bar, pool and hot-tub very clean with lots of seating and activities. Gas fire pit and excellent cooking equipment were fun at night. Has 2 ice machines. Not the little things in a refrigerator, real ice machines at the bar and in kitchen. We had ice 24/7 and could have supplied a fishing boat.
In the canal we saw a manatee, iguana , dozens of mullet. Also an egret who claimed his name was Louie and that he had no regret being an egret.
Big clean roomy house and Angie treated like we were her personal guests. Thanks for a great experience.

Best Accommodations on the Beach!
We had 9 people staying in the property, 2 toddlers and 7 adults (two are college kids). Everyone had more than enough space and a bedroom. The pool / tiki bar was the central hub of this stay, and it was so nice because we did not have to have things planned out. The beach is a 2 min walk. They have EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach trip, ALL of the pool toys, EVERYTHING that you need for small children. We will stay here every time we come back to the beach. Great house!

I can’t say enough about how great this property is! We wanted to re-book 5 minutes after walking in. The location is incredible, the size or the place, the pool area, everything was just amazing. Family Fun in the Sun
Our family from Michigan had an awesome time! Pool was great for our 3 year old granddaughter who learned to swim like the Manatee we spotted in the canal. Chef Michael cooked us up a surf and turf dinner to perfection and the seafood tower at Nervous Nellies was as good as the boat show we enjoyed on the intercoastal. The accommodations were great and with everything within walking distance of this piece of paradise there was no need for a car. Just Perfect!
We absolutely loved our vacation because of location of this house. Can walk right to Times Square… right to the beach or take the tram. House was a good size for our three families. Angie was fantastic. I had to contact her about a beeping noise from a low battery on their alarm system… she called me immediately to resolve the problem. We really loved this house and wish we could book it again but it seems like the secret is out! Tiki bar was fun… we even saw a dolphin in the water way behind the house.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoor space and the proximity to everything!! The kids loved being able to walk across the street to the beach and to Kilwin’s ever night for ice cream. Nice outdoor space
This 5 bedroom house is on three levels with 2or 3 kitchens. No en-suites. We were there during spring break and it was not quiet—awoken most nights as bars closed. Constant country western songs all day from neighbors across the canal. 5 min from beach and can walk to restrauants and bars. Tiki bar was fun and grandsons liked pool and hot tub. Pool table also nice for family games.

We travelled with our adult children - a total of 4 couples and 1 infant. There was very ample room for everyone. Most of our time was spent outdoors and the pool/hot tub/tiki bar area and decks were all very nice. The location is very convenient to Times Square and the beach. There were enough chairs and umbrellas for us to use at the beach along with a wagon to haul it there. We did use the grill and it worked well.
We were met by the owners at check-in and had any and all questions answered. They were great!

Fun family vacation in Fort Meyers Beach
Our stay at the Dahl House was perfect! Angie is a wonderful host, always available for questions and made check in seamless. The house is well appointed with everything we needed for a large family from ages 8 to 72. Kids swam in pool every day/night and we all enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and tiki bar. A great space for relaxing and having fun and plenty of room to spread out. The location couldn’t be better. Right across the street to the beach and we could walk easily to all the shops and restaurants. Quick car ride to larger stores to stock up on essentials for our stay. I rented this home with family. 9 adults and a 10 year old. Beautiful home, worked great for our time there. Pool and hot tub were the hang out spots. Grocery delivery was available, nightlife and shops were all within walking distance, or easily accessible by using the tram.. highly recommend!!

Everything you could want!!
This property is perfect for a family or group of friends to have an awesome vacation...everything you could hope to have at your disposal household wise including plenty of pool, beach & bath towels and a pool, hot tub, tiki bar and lots of deck seating located on a canal where we spotted a dolphin, an otter, a manatee and various smaller marine life. And did I mention the close proximity to a Public Beach access...and very easy to communicate w/owner and prompt response...so thankful to the Dahl family for sharing their piece of paradise ...

Perfect for our family
Such a perfect house and location for our family. The kids loved fishing in the bay and the beach was just across the road. They had everything we needed when we arrived. Coolers, beach chairs, wagon, and beach toys. Even puddle jumpers for the little ones. It was a perfect week! Thanks Angie!!

Perfect location for a beach vacation
This house really has everything for an amazing vacation. The pool, hot tub and tiki bar was so much fun and we used it every day. The house is truly in the best location, blocks to Time Square and around the corner from the beach. The house has plenty of room for everyone with good size bedrooms all around. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the amenities that were provide when we first arrived, coffee, TP, hand soap, etc. If I had to say something negative it would be that a few things could use updating, comforters, cornhole set for sure but all in all this house is perfect. We definitely enjoyed our time there and I would highly recommend this house to any group or large family looking for the perfect vacation spot.
