Situé sur la plage la plus belle et vierge à Exumas, composé de deux ailes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes (8-12 adultes + 2-6 enfants) avec cour privée, piscine, salon et aires de barbecue.
3 minutes seulement de l'aéroport international d'Exuma (le transfert aller-retour est inclus pour tous les clients séjournant plus de 5 nuits).
Deux ailes permettent à une grande ou deux familles de rester ensemble dans une villa, mais ont plus d'intimité et de flexibilité, y compris deux entrées, deux cuisines, un accès séparé à la piscine de chaque pièce.
Vent protégé (très important dans Exuma) et cour fermée avec piscine, salle à manger, salon et aires de barbecue est l'endroit idéal pour s'amuser pendant la journée ou le soir.
Aile Est premier étage contient 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains.
L'aile ouest du premier étage contient 2 chambres à coucher avec 2 salles de bains et une salle familiale transformable en une 3ème chambre supplémentaire.

2 miles de long plage est à seulement 60 marches de la porte de la cour et dispose de sable blanc super poudre et entrée de mer très confortable qui permet d'être en sécurité avec les enfants et lancer nos kayaks et planches debout.

- un ensemble complet d'équipements de l'hôtel (savon liquide, shampoing, serviettes de toilette et de bain);
- des cuisines entièrement équipées

La location de voiture est la bienvenue, cependant elle n'est pas obligatoire car il y a assez de taxis disponibles 24 heures. Mais pour explorer Great and Little Exuma et être plus flexible avec les restaurants et les magasins, nous recommandons de l'avoir.
Les épiceries et les restaurants les plus proches sont à environ 5-10 minutes en voiture, le marché principal d'Exuma est à environ 15 minutes en voiture (fermé le dimanche).

Beautiful Property,but rundown. Needs work and fixing.Had cold water all week! Cold showers 5 out of seven nights.Texting manager and was told she would take care of it never did! Air conditioner in one room wasn’t working.Many other things went wrong.Too many to list. Would Never go back. Beach was gorgeous Have rented many Villas all over Caribbean,this was the Worst one! Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!

We had a wonderful week in Exuma while staying at Casa Del Mar. The house is in a great location on the island and is a really cool layout for big groups- our family had a wonderful time! The owner is quick to respond and helpful while booking, once passed onto the property manager you may find the response time to be longer & extremely limited. She never did come to meet us at check in time, however she did accommodate us for an early check in which we very much appreciated! The property manager sent her assistant, Darron to welcome us, he was AMAZING- helped with all our questions and house needs. The house has several maintenance issues and items needing to be fixed- that we reported to Darron. The house is really cool and has great amenities & space, Exuma is an amazing island & we felt very safe at Casa Del Mar.

Casa del Mar is a picture perfect vacation paradise! We stayed in villas I and II and they did not disappoint. The sweeping views of the water, the beautiful pool area, and the home furnishings were just a few of the highlights. Darron was an incredible property manager. He took care of some small issues so promptly and allowed us to come in the house and change before it was technically ready for us. We will be returning for sure.

Very close to airport. Takes about 20 minutes to drive into Georgetown for groceries. The set up of the property was great for four couples. Having our own private pool and great ocean views from our balconies was a huge plus! The beach was very private and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Wish the beach chairs were in better shape only a few were usable. Plenty of beach towels available. No table games in either unit. We did bring cards and one game with us. There are frequent power surges. The flashlight in the unit needed new batteries. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. Had to call the property manager to bring a propane tank. You have to arrange in advance if you want to use the icemaker on the refrigerator. The air conditioner in one unit had to be attended to a few times. The ceiling fan in the upstairs of one unit missing a blade so fan could not be used. Would have been nice to use the fan when air conditioning not working. Some furniture pieces needed to be updated. One of the king beds headboard looked like a cat had scratched it all up. Safe was locked asked property manager few times to unlock for us. Never unlocked. Upon arrival floors were still dirty. There was a mop available. Just needs a little TLC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The beauty of the islands beaches outweighed everything else!

Overall the house was wonderful. Great location. Nice layout, especially for 2 families. A couple minor issues with an AC unit. Wasn’t one in any of the bedrooms so it didn’t affect us too much. Also, we couldn’t swim in the pool the first couple days because the filter broke and they were waiting for a replacement. However we were allowed to swim in the villas pool behind ours since there were no guests occupying, so that was nice. You’re on island time and have to be understanding with these issues since most repairs/parts have to be flown in from Nassau. Nothing that wouldn’t keep me from staying again. Would highly recommend!

The owner and property manager are highly efficient in creating comfort, luxury and convenience for their guests.
The property has the most amazing ocean view!! The lay out is perfect. I recommend the villa to anyone.

1. Property manager did not meet us to show the property.
2.There were not the number of kayaks as advertised, we asked multiple times to rectify this but the property manager was non responsive later explaining that "she was travelling with her baby and had her hands full"
3.There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the mirror lights were broken,
4. The refrigerator's ice maker was broken had to use trays also there were missing shelves and bins.
5. the outside furniture cushions were all ripped so you couldnt sit on them
6. the outside side table had no glass on top so unusable
7. The front upstairs balcony glass on one section was shattered and therefore dangerous.
8. Finally and the worst was the fact that we had a wedding on the beach and reception for family in the villa, with a chef and the villa lost water supply 2 hours before the wedding and it was not restored for 24 hours so imagine the chaos and basically ruined wedding. The property manager as usual was non responsive and the owner blamed it on an island issue. Unfortunately for him I have photographs that his water main/pipe was broken and had nothing to do with an "island issue" When I asked for assistance and response to salvage the wedding and advised that I would address with VRBO as he was not offering a any solution he called me a "blackmailer". So I would like a full refund as this experience was terrible. I have photographs of the actual property and they do not reflect those advertised by VRBO.

Everything was as described. Property is literally steps away from the beach. The pool is perfect. Gabby is sweet and responsive. Plenty of room for our family: 8 adults and two young children. Kitchen well equipped. We look forward to returning! Only problems were the kitchen sink which, in the absence of a working disposal, kept backing up - and one of the air conditioners wasn’t working. Still the property is fantastic! If you don’t rent a car, Gabby can connect you with Floyd who is an amazing taxi driver whom we used all week. Great guy, wonderful personality and refreshingly reliable. Having visited other beaches on the island, the one here is the best! Beautiful white sand. House is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and toys for the kids. In short: We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

This was our first family trip to the Bahamas and we could not have been happier! This property is centrally located on the island and is absolutely wonderful if you are looking to "get away from it all". Vladimir and Gabby were very prompt with communication. We arrived early and Gabby was able to accommodate us and had the grocery order already in the house. The house is nicely furnished and stocked and is just steps away from the beach. Duck Cay is a moderate Kayak row away and has wonderful sea life and snorkeling. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing....highly recommend this property and we will be back for sure!

The property is very close to the airport. This is a big help when it’s departing day and you have a big family. It is also very close to town and close to a several must see beaches on Exuma. Definitely recommend this spot for a large family.

Great Home in Paradise
We traveled as a group of 8 friends and this villa was the perfect size. Everyone had their own space and no one felt cramped. The location is great, a 5 minute drive from the Georgetown airport. The property manager, Gabby, was there upon us arriving to give us all of the information we needed. She was so easy to communicate with throughout our stay, and even came to let our chef in one night when we were running late coming back from an excursion. We could not have wished for better people to work with! The property was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The villa does need some improvements made…the air in the king bedroom in the west villa was not consistent with cooling (we would get very hot in the middle of the night). The AC in the upstairs of the East Villa was not working. Gabby did inform us of this upon checkin and told us that they were trying to get it repaired but it required a part that they were having to outsource. Everything else was very minor (missing exterior handle on the sliding glass door, some of the beach chairs were broken).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Casa Del Mar.

A great time in Exuma!
Casa del Mar Villa 2 was a beautiful villa that provided for a fun week away. The two villas comfortably fit 9 people (3 being children). The host was very helpful in our questions and answered most of them promptly. The location of the villa and the beach made the stay amazing.
Like every rental property there were some down sides. When we arrived the cleaning crew had just left but left behind an overpowering smell of bleach. It was very strong and not great for the baby. Additionally, the sliding glass door on the first villa had a handle missing which made for some fun attempts to get in and out of the door to the pool area. The AC in Villa 1 master bedroom and sitting room did not work. A clue would be entering the rooms and having 4 floor fans at various parts of the rooms. It got quite warm at night. As our stay went on we did notice a lot of the other AC units unable to keep up. The dishwasher in the kitchen leaked all over the floor and when making coffee we found that an old coffee filter was left behind accompanied by flies that flew out of the filter (gross). The villa had directv but it said it needed to renew the subscription. This was not a big deal as we did not turn on the TV but enjoyed the beauty of Exuma.
A brief tour or explanation of where things were would have been helpful as we found extra towels the day we left. This would have taken some guesswork out on things and made it a bit easier to navigate the villa. Overall, the villa was clean and nothing could beat the proximity to the pristine beach. Some minor updates with things listed above are needed but it did not put a damper on our vacation.

Moms and daughters visit Exuma
The property was great and so was the beach. A few kinks I guess because of our arrival time, we never had a formal check in and also we wanted our groceries list and chef arrangements to be handle in advance and not while we were traveling or on vacation. The oven did not work in one of our villas along with the microwave door. Overall it’s a great place!

Overall it was a great place to stay, great location to the beach and definitely needed a car to get other places on the Island but that would be true for any place you stay at if you like to explore.
Gabby was great to communicate with but sometimes slow but I do not think it as lacking on her part as internet service is choppy. The only complaint is we arrived on Sunday and the group that left before us was a bachorlette group and left the house depleted of water, paper towels and toilet paper. We barely had enough to get through Wednesday, we actually bought some.. really no big deal. Also the dryer in our wing had gone out before we got there. My husband is the type that likes to do laundry on vacation so he doesn't have to take too many clothes. LOL. we just used the other wing to dry clothes. We used Chef Joe for a personal chef one night he was one of the recommendations from Gabby. He went above and beyond with his cooking with an awesome price. We had leftovers for a couple of day. The beach is only a few steps away. The pool is great if the wind picks up and you want a break from the sand. Overall it was a great stay. We had 10 adults and one child 2 years old. Highly recommend this place!!

BEST VACATION EVER!
I want to add to my review from yesterday, stating that my family and I (13 of us) thoroughly enjoyed Casa Del Mar! We have traveled all over the world, and frankly, have not seen such a beautiful beach and gorgeous home together like this home! We are all in real estate back home, and really appreciated the high-end appliances (Bosch and Miele), and the fabulous cabinetry , finishes, and 10' ceilings! Being tall people, my sons and hubby loved the space in this home! There was just a small cleaning issue that the cleaning people had missed, but the fabulous house manager, Gabby, worked on that swiftly! Gabby was so very attentive to every need, checking in with us almost daily to see if we needed anything! The food on the island is fairly expensive, but that is pretty typical for island fare! The pool was a life saver for my grandkids---they either were in the ocean at the beach, or in the pool!!! We also appreciated the wonderful Gazebo overlooking the beach (ate lunch and payed cards there many days!) We are so thankful and just loved CASA DEL MAR!! Thank you Vladimir and Gabby (have fun with your new baby Gabby!)!!!
