My mom and I so enjoyed our stay! The home was immaculate and the beds were so very comfortable. My mom really enjoyed the massage chair. It was so nice that the paper products were included and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is perfect with just a short walk to a fully stocked deli, the Island Grill restaurant, Browns doughnuts on the boardwalk (you must try), and the beach. Having our fur babies with us instead of having to board them was a wonderful bonus and helped us to relax even more. Adding to all of that is the fact that the owners are so very nice and attentive to your needs. You will not be disappointed!

House was clean and perfect for our family’s stay for a few days. Tristin was delightful to work with and very responsive. My only issue would be the parking situation since I didn’t realize until right before our trip that it was street parking only. I had to drive around for almost an hour looking for parking the day we arrived and ended up parking over a half mile away. As a result we took Lyft or Uber everywhere we went, which got a little expensive

My husband and family stayed at this beach house for 7 days (6 nights). Location was perfect, 11/2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk so it was pretty easy walk to and from the beach and boardwalk which we did everyday we were here.
House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable which made for good sleeping/resting. It got cool/cold at night and blankets were handy. And having washer and dryer was great, so one doesn't need to over-pack for the trip.
Tristin was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all your needs. The only issue was street parking, which Tristin can't really control.
All in all a beautiful stay.

My pup and I had a wonderful stay at Tristin’s home. It was cozy and clean, and a short walk to both the Boardwalk and downtown OC. Tristin was proactive in communicating about our reservation, and made sure we had everything we needed for a restful vacation. I would be comfortable recommending this property to other renters!

Clean, Comfortable & Close to Beach and Boardwalk
Myself, my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson were very comfortable here, and there was plenty of space for my son to have work meetings and my daughter-in-law to do floor exercises. And for all of us to play marathon Monopoly games! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, plates, and cutlery. The only thing lacking was a tea kettle, which I mentioned to Tristin. The other thing that would be a very welcome addition is an umbrella to shade the outside seating area for the ground floor unit, which is the one we rented. But that space was equipped with plenty of comfortable chairs for all of us. We had a minor flushing problem with one toilet which Tristin very promptly had repaired. She responds quickly to texts. It was not the best beach weather, but we would gladly return to this rental in the future.

House was very clean with great location. Internet was easy to connect to with good signal and speed. Living space was a great place for games and hanging out. The beach is close with boardwalk access. Liked having places like the deli, restaurant and ice cream shop within short walking distance.

Wonderful location and home away from home!
We had a wonderful time and loved the proximity to the beach. We stayed in the first floor unit and loved the layout and tasteful beach decor. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus! Plus, it’s an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and Brown’s donut shop. There’s also a family of bunnies on the block which made going to and from the beach extra delightful. A+ beach vacation. The perfect week
This property is absolutely incredible! The location with it’s close proximity to the beach made it so easy to bring all of the items necessary to accommodate two children under 4 years old for a day of fun in the sand (and the 100 trips back for things that were forgotten). We stayed on the first floor and the layout made the 3 bed, 2 bath space feel much bigger than it actually is. It was clean, more than comfortable, and had everything you might expect in a top tier rental. The massage chair, beach chairs, boogie boards, and bikes added a special touch that really made us feel like we were living the true beach life for the week. If my family and I ever find ourselves back in OCNJ - this will be the first place we look to stay again. I can’t say enough about the experience from start to finish.
The only drawback is the street parking - but that’s very common in OCNJ and not a reflection of the property itself, just part of the deal. However, we were able to easily overcome this with a little extra “attention” paid to the spots in front of the house. We had the two spots immediately in front of the house in no time!

Excellent stay
Having stayed in Ocean City many times, we knew the area well. This is property was accurately depicted in the pictures and had to be one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. Check in process was easy and we very much appreciated Tristin's letting us know that we were able to check in earlier than anticipated.

We just got back from a week long rental. It was my husband and myself, my parents and our two kids (2 and 4). We had a really great time. The size was perfect- my kids had their own beds and they loved it. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely consider coming back in the future. This property is absolutely beautiful. The owner takes such pride in the home and it really shows! Everything about our stay was perfect ( well, we can't control the weather!). Beautiful kitchen and comfortable bedding! Check in procedure was very well explained. Owner is receptive and pleasant! On street parking can get a little tight , but the home is within a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, so no need to drive anywhere. Bikes are also provided and we really enjoyed our daily bike rides! I would highly recommend this vacation property!

Quiet & cozy!
Well maintained and up to date - not to mention stocked with essentials plus towels & sheets. Walking distance to the north end of the boardwalk. Once we parked, the car stayed put all week. Owner Tristan was very friendly and accommodating as well. We'll miss OC (and Calvin, of course!)

This was the perfect property for a wedding weekend. Tristin was extremely helpful and was available for all my questions before and during the stay. WOW!! just a nice clean quiet place. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Very well maintained and just a two blocks or so from beach. Tags are provided and its a 10 minute walk to the center of the boardwalk. loved it

Excellent rental value in Ocean City, NJ
The property was very well maintained and up to date. We had plenty of space and the location is fantastic. Walking distance to the boardwalk, several great restaurants, a deli, grocery store, pizza, and ice cream stores. We parked the car for the entire weekend. The landlord was very interactive and very friendly. Most OC rentals do not come with half the items this property was stocked with. Most places do not have towels, bed linens, paper towels, soap, tissues and the consumable products, but this property includes everything. Just show up, that's all you need to do here, and have a good time. We would highly recommend this property to all. A Top notch rental in OC.

Cute , comfortable and convenient
Just came back from Ocean City, NJ and really enjoyed our stay. Our accommadations were perfect for us- close to the beach, comfortable, clean pretty little place. VERY comfortable beds-which i really appreciated, as i often find it hard to sleep well in an unfamiliar place. Would love to come back for another stay!
