Situé à l'extrémité ouest très souhaitable de la propriété Island Princess, le balcon dispose d'un ensemble de patio de hauteur de bar qui permet une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Vous pouvez regarder les dauphins jouer le matin et profiter de nos magnifiques couchers de soleil le soir.
À l'intérieur ... profitez de votre maison de plage impeccablement décorée. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision HD à écran plat et salle de bain privée. La cuisine est bien équipée pour le chef de famille. Le salon comprend une télévision HD à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, un système de son surround avec station d'accueil pour iPod, un système CD / stéréo et un canapé-lit. Regardez l'action sur la plage depuis vos deux fauteuils inclinables en cuir ou allongez-vous sur le canapé avec un bon livre de notre tiroir de lecture. You can definitely tell the owners have gone to great lengths to update and keep this place looking beautiful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The check-in process is easy and we were very thankful for the use of all of the beach toys. Any questions I had were answered immediately by Joy. A great spot for a vacation!

Joy was an absolute joy of a host! The condo was gorgeous and well appointed. She made certain all our needs were met and that we had information regarding the area at our disposal.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Princess. Joy was helpful, informative, and kind to work with. The condo was well appointed with nice appliances, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. We have been to the Destin/Fort Walton area many times and the water is usually beautiful and clear. This year however, the June grass and sargassum (green goo) were both pretty bad and it made it hard to swim and enjoy the water.

The condo was perfect and the kitchen was very well appointed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was excellent and the beach very beautiful. Communication with the owner was outstanding, making check-in and check-out flawless. The only minor concern was the restriction on the air conditioner to not below 70, which is ok during the day but at night would need to be slightly cooler at times. But I stress this was a very minor concern and we would definitely rent this unit again. We’ve been traveling to FL every year for the past six years and this was the best place we have stayed.

This was the most amazing place that we have stayed at! Fully loaded kitchen with everything you would need to make any meal. Bedrooms were fabulous! View is the best!! Local to everything. We will 10/10 be back! Joy was a pleasure to work with!!!

We are 5 adults who come together from Mi and Utah to enjoy the sun, the beach and each other. We also like to occasionally stay in and cook. All the conveniences were thought of by the owner. The unit was super comfortable and decorated nicely. And the view!! We have stayed at an Island Princess condo in the past but this is now our yearly choice of rental. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great beach vacation for our family. Perfect location that was not as busy as Destin but also close enough to go to whenever we wanted to. We have a teenager, preteen, and an almost 2 year old so being right on the beach with a pool was great. When our little guy needed a rest we all didn’t have to go back to the condo. The condo was beautifully remodeled with everything we needed and more! I highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

Only way I know how to describe this property is home away from home, every detail of this condo is perfect and it is the ideal size for 5-6 people. Beautiful touches all throughout and fully stocked with everything you may possibly need for your stay. The lanai area was an added bonus and perfect to store anything from the beach. Our vacation was wonderful, this unit was by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The condo owner was easily accessible and so nice to work with. All entry info was prompt, the condo was very clean and decorated so cute. The unit was equipped as if I was in my own home; from kitchen pieces to cleaning supplies to notepads and pens! Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Elevators were quick, we very seldom had to wait. We will most definitely rent again!

Family vacation
We loved the location and communication with owner. We were given early admission but the unit hadn’t been cleaned. Owner apologized . 2of showers had very slow /clogged drains. Unit was VERY well stocked. Had recliners! Not owners fault but building’s management: we picked this building because pictures showed handicapped access to the beach. In fact there was NO handicapped access. Had to go down driveway , on edge of road in front of building ( building totally enclosed by fence). The handicapped access was next door in the public beach access . Process had to be repeated in reverse when finished with beach time.

The condo was very well stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen had everything, there were beach chairs and sand toys, and even beach towels so you wouldn’t have to pack them if flying. Would absolutely book again!

Spacious Condo, Perfect For Group
My family just got home & we couldn’t be more sad that we are no longer in this condo. The pictures are exactly what you get. The rooms are good sized! Pretty firm mattresses, but wonderful furnishings. We brought an 8 month old & we were so glad there was room for his Pack & Play and walker to run around in. The main area is so open & inclusive for all. The kitchen is stocked so well. If we’re back in the area, we will be calling Joy. Her customer service & communication was best of all the Hosts I’ve booked with!

It’s a beautiful beach with people we love and the property owner was a gem to communicate and work with. Kind and helpful. It’s the first property in the Island Princess I didn’t need to clean before we settled in. So a huge bonus. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, great beds and it was decorated to the nines. Joy has made this a home away from home. Thank you Joy!

Wonderful vacation with our moms!
There were 4 of us and my husband and I wanted to show our moms a nice time with all the chaos in the world. Between the COVID threat, bad cable wiring in one room and hurricane Fred our hopes were slowly deteriorating. We managed to stay healthy, the cable company done what the could for us and Fred went East so it was a great week! Joy stayed in contact during the storm threat and helped as much as she could with the cable issue being far away, but we managed to handle it. Teamwork made dream work in my opinion. Thanks Joy for being attentive and helpful through the entire process.
