Great location on the lake. The beach area was nice to have as it was in the 90's all week. Rented the Pontoon for a few days which was great for exploring the lake and stopping for dinner.

The area was very nice and private, cute kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Cutely decorated. But the front screened in porch was our favorite. Plus the air conditioner works well as a needed plus . Georgia was always pleasant when responding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pearl. Georgia was a fantastic communicator. Check in process was easy, cottage was just how we expected, yet even cuter! So much to enjoy! Hot tub, hammock, kayaks, canoes, fire pit, and screened in porch were a few of our favorites. King bed was very comfortable. Very private! We will most definitely be back!

Loved the cottage. Our favorite parts were the screened porch, the natural light in the kitchen and main room, the hot tub and the dock. My only small critique is that the beach area could use some attention. The listing should also make it more clear that the three adjoining cottages basically share one beach.

First thing you notice is the view of the lake, it was beautiful. The house was very cute, rustic. My family loves this style of house. It is definitely an updated 1940’s home. We came in on Easter holiday so I think it was a little hectic. The beach was awesome. We roasted marshmallows by the fire. The neighbors were very nice. There was a stray dog hanging around the backyard but he was pretty friendly.

We kicked off the New Year 2024 with a great start in this quaint, relaxing cottage with hot tub to enjoy in the cooler weather.! Love the view! We will visit again when warmer weather so we can enjoy the beach area.

We were looking for a convenient location for visiting with family who live in Lake Wylie, knowing that we would be spending some time here both just us and with family. It's a beautiful, secluded spot. I'm sure it's even better in warm weather. Great view anyway.

This was a great little place for my family and 2 dogs. We had a few little bumps, but Georgia was absolutely wonderful. She was always very quick to respond! The screened porch was great and really made this home. Rented their Pontoon for a couple days, really made our vacation. Thanks for everything Georgia!

Cute cottage full of light. The yard was great for my grandchildren. Lovely beach area for enjoying the lake. We loved the hot tub after some busy days. My second stay with these hosts and they are wonderful! We will be back!

This little house was just simply amazing for us and our dog. We loved playing in the lake and the views are so beautiful anytime of day. The location of the house is also amazing. It feels like you’re far away from everything, but Carowinds was just 15 minutes away. Georgia is also an amazing host, and very easy to get in touch with. We look forward to our next stay.

The location is great! Even though it rained there were still a lot of activities. We enjoyed the hot tub!

Great location, close to town but also secluded enough to feel private. We loved the hammock next to the dock. The house had everything we needed and having multiple bathrooms made it easy to get ready for an event.

This is a lovely small house with updated features which maintains the aura of years past. The yard, small beach and dock were wonderful for us and 2 yo granddaughter.

Georgia and Roger are the best! This is the second time we have rented one of their properties and the house, the beach, and all the amenities are top notch. Roger brought us the boat to rent and even helped us fix the dryer handle!

Everything was exactly as listed on Vrbo. Access to the lake is excellent, water was warm and clear, beach area was very clean, plenty of water toys available. Screened in porch was ideal for relaxing and dining. No complaints on this stay would certainly return at some point.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The beach was fun for a 2 yo. The house is comfortable and the appliances and decor have been outdated. The screened in porch facing the lake is large and very nice. The house is small, but could accommodate 4-5 people comfortably.

We had excellent communication with the owner before arriving and the spot was just as described but the feel was even better. Really enjoyed being in this quaint cabin on the lake. We brought our red heeler and he loved being out on the beach and swimming in the lake many times. Kayaks, paddle board, and the hot tub was a nice addition along with the floaties for when we wanted to cool down with some drinks in hand. We went to Charlotte one day and visited the aquarium and a botanical garden and it was only about 25-30 minutes away which was perfect when we needed to leave our dog for a little while. We also took a day to drive over to High Shoals Falls and hiked for about 2-3 miles with our heeler and it was quiet and cool and just what we love to do outside. The drive was about 1 1/2 hours one way but the scenery really helped us relax even more. It was just an overall great experience and glad we found this place. One thing of note: you do share the lake beach with 2 other cottages and we mostly had no issues with anyone next to us. However, one night we had a fire pit going and there was a young 20s couple that came back from a nearby restaurant and the guy was stumbling drunk and meandered to our fire pit and had a lengthy conversation. We were really chill about it and even were messing with him since he no longer understood social cues, but it definitely left us with a funny inside joke/story for the ages.

Really nice place to just relax and let the world go by. Grandkids visited and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend.
