The property is amazing and across the street from the beach. The place has everything you need for beach fun and a comfortable stay. The layout is perfect and the three bathrooms are fantastic for multiple people. Everything is clean and newly remodeled as advertised. The host is great with communication and left snacks and drinks for us which was a nice touch.

We adored this condo! It's ideally situated near the beach, shops, and restaurants in the perfect location of Del Mar, one of the most stunning places in the US. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated, clean, and serene, with lovely morning light. Parking in the underground garage is convenient. My teenage son also enjoyed it and was comfortable in his room. The property management provided excellent instructions for check-in and check-out, complete with pictures, and promptly addressed any questions. Don't hesitate to rent – highly recommended!

This property was the perfect place for our family! Just a 1 minute walk to Del Mar beach. Walking distance to downtown Del Mar restaurants and shops. The parking garage was easy to access. The condo complex was clean and people were very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and set up with very nice pool furniture. This big 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo was recently renovated with new appliances, furniture and had all the amenities we needed. The bunk room was perfect for our kiddos. All the rooms had comfy beds with clean smooth sheets. Sonos speakers included for the vibe. Easy in and out with coded locks. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The train runs right next to the unit, but with new sound proof windows, it wasn’t much of a noise issue at all. Overall, this place is highly recommended!

This home was like new. It was recently remodeled. Excellent condition, clean, very nice all around. Great location. Walked to beach without shoes. Management was very good and active. Great experience for us. Booking again next year.

The location of this property was A+ . The area was walking distance to all the places you would want to go in Del Mar, restaurants, parks, beaches, we walked a lot.
We came in very late at night and instructions where concise and easy. Communication with the host was great and very accesible.
The unit has a good size, comfortable and spacious. We were three adults, my husband my daughter and I but there was enough space for more people.
Furniture in good condition, tastefully and warm decorated. It was everything we needed and more.
The kitchen well equipped and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, enough condiments to start any meal.
We will definitely come back with the rest of the family.

This home was amazing. Looks even nicer and bigger in person. Amenities were as described and they even left us a nice check in snack pack. Nina was very attentive to our needs. Parking was very convenient as well. Would book again in a heart beat.

The property and location were perfect! The home is pottery barn cute, perfect for families and one block from the beach and restaurants. Nina went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care! The home is extra clean, equipped with everything you need and so many extra's for the kids. We will definitely be back!

We loved our time in Del Mar and the property es just exactly what we were looking for. Close to restaurants and shops, yet quiet for a peaceful stay. The extra touches provided, along with a clean place was refreshing. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect spot for our 3 weeks
This townhome had a great layout. Most of the time it was 2 of us and when our adult children came, there was ample room and space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. 3 full baths is very nice too.
2 blocks to the beach for daily morning walks. Super walkable to the Del Mar restaurants and shops. Evening sunsets. Safe location. The trains took a little to get used to especially the large freight trains that would occasionally come though in the middle of the night.
Everything worked in the place. The kitchen and serving equipment basic and was a lot of plastic. We didn’t use the pool. Garage parking for 2 cars was awesome.

Great property
This was a great spot for us. The property is clean and well stocked. It is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and to local restaurants. It is close to the train tracks which can be quite loud at night if you are a light sleeper. Other than that it is perfect and we would love to stay there again!

Perfect weekend
We stayed here for our wedding weekend. We got married at the powerhouse community Center so this location could not have been more perfect for us to the venue as well as the beach. It was roomy enough for the whole family. And very comfortable. We're able to cook meals at home save money plenty of bathrooms who are going to get ready in. Very comfortable home away from home for us. Thank you look forward to staying here again.

Del Mar retirement vacation
Everything about this experience and stay was off the charts! This place is actually better than the photos! Newly done and it shows with everything from the showers , to the tv’s, amenities and the location is actually maybe 500 yards from the beach and two popular restaurants and a five minute walk from the Del Mar square area. Dream stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location!
This is a fantastic property that checks all the boxes - recently remodeled, nicely furnished, private patio and balcony, parking, beach toys, lots of towels, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This condo is less than a block to the beach, and walking distance to multiple restaurants - the location can't be beat. We've vacationed in Del Mar multiple times, and this was the nicest place we've ever stayed, Nina was very communicative, and even left snacks for our stay, which was a nice touch. We hope to return next year!

Well Appointed Condo and GREAT location
We stayed for 3 weeks in this recently remodeled condo. It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location is fantastic, just a block from the beach. The train goes by several times a day and that is a bit loud, but you get used to it and after a few days we did not notice anymore. Our host, Nina, was very communicative before and during our stay. We would LOVE to return.

Great Stay!
First of all, we cannot say enough good things about this stay - only that we wish it would have been longer!
Nina, the property rental agent, was awesome! She was extremely helpful, and made the entire process so easy. Since she knew we were moving from a condo nearby to her unit, she allowed us to drop our things early and then check- in early once the unit had been cleaned, which was extremely helpful! She also was kind enough to leave snacks, drinks and a little gift! There was start-up coffee for Keurig and coffee creamer. Nina is an unbelievable host - she thought of everything! Thanks again, Nina!!
As far as the unit - it was wonderful! It was very clean - big thanks to Coco and her staff who do a wonderful job keeping the unit clean and fresh! The condo property was great, as well. It was a little chilly during our stay, but the pool and whirlpool looked sparkling clean!
The location of the unit was unbeatable! It is a block from the ocean - if that! You can hear the waves at night! The beach is gorgeous - going from flat sand beaches to cliffs - we walked it every morning and watched the sunset every evening! The condo is only about a block from Jake’s and Poseidon, two very good restaurants right in the beach, and the cute restaurant/shopping district of Del Mar is only a few blocks away. The restaurant selection within a 10 minute walk is simply unbelievable! The food in that area is awesome, and we never drove to dinner - we walked everywhere! Torrey Pines State Park is less than 10 minutes away and cannot be missed.
This condo comes highly recommended from us, and we sincerely hope to return for a longer stay in the future!!

This condo was in a great location being close to the beach and downtown Del Mar. The property manager, Nina, was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Not well maintained house in a wonderful location
We are a family from Brazil with a daughter studying at UCSD and this was my fourth time in a year in San Diego. I stayed at La Valencia Hotel and the other 2 times we rented a home through an agency. This time we wanted to try something different and we chose VRBO and Del Mar.
When we arrived the location was the best, very close to the beach, almost beside Poseidon and Jake's Restaurants and shops in beautiful Del Mar. That was the best part.
The reviews were great and the pictures beautiful but they were probably taken a long time ago and did not correspond to the real thing.
The complex where the unit is located is cute with a pool an jacuzzi just beside the train track. There is the noise of the trains every once in a while but that really didn't bother us.
What really bothered us, a lot, when we first entered the house in a September afternoon, was the heat!!!! They had left the fans turned on but the heat upstairs, where the master bedroom and the bunk rooms are, was unbearable! They put a portable air conditioning on the master bedroom that was far from enough to chill the high ceiling room with a direct insolation. The temperature upstairs was 90*F when we arrived! We all stayed downstairs that was much more cooler! My husband considered moving to a hotel but we waited the night to see how would it be. We could only sleep with the air at our feet but our son on the bunk room only had the fan...
Well, the best room is the one downstairs. Much cooler and with a remodelled shower but... dirty! My daughter woke up sneezing uninterruptedly the next day and when I saw the lamps beside the bed they were covered with a thick layer of dust... And there was also ants, lots of ants, all over the bathrooms and kitchen. This house needs a deep cleaning!
The furnitures are shabby but the other problem was the light. Not having enough lamps, at night it was very dark in the rooms. In the morning it was the opposite, the upstairs rooms have high glass walls and no shades...The master bedroom had some blinds but thanks God we had the eyeshades from the airplane...
Noticing this is a high intensely used house, I suggest a complete remodelling and putting a real air conditioning, at least upstairs.
This is a house with great potential but the way it is today I would not stay here again and doubting the pictures and the reviews I would also not use VRBO again

LOVED THIS PLACE!
Stayed @ this location for 7 days and could not be more impressed or happier with our choice. My oldest son was getting married and staying @ the L'Auberge hotel/condo located within walking distance. Our condo was also so convenient to the beach and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. My 9 year old took advantage of the beach toys and the pool/hot tub area the most on this trip as did a lot of us. It turned out we had 3 families from the wedding at this same location. We had plenty of sleeping space for our family and a couple of my son's friends (groomsmen) who stayed with us. Three bathrooms; a washer and dryer and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals-- A lot of time was spent on what seemed like a new couch and sofa along with a side chair and ottoman in the "family room" area which the guys used to play cards.
We left Del Mar and traveled north to another location and cannot say we had the same experience.. I would definitely recommend Nina and her condo location here in Del Mar.

Well maintained, well decorated 3 bedroom condo very close to the Del Mar beach with pool & hot tub
We loved our vacation here- evenings we would walk with the kids to the beach, which is very close, literally across the street. Then we would come back and relax in the pool and hot tub. Clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The place is well stocked with a grill, beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, and 5 times the amount of sand toys that our 3 year old needed. It is an older complex, but remodeled and a new coat of paint, pretty much like the city of Del Mar itself.

Fantastic rental
Amazing location directly across from the beautiful beach, excellent bars and restaurants, short hop to great golf and really central to downtown attractions as well as San Diego safari and legoland. The complex has a really nice communal pool and hot tub, great parking (2 designated spots in an underground parking facility which was great for keeping the car cool), bedrooms and bathrooms were great (carpets were spotless which has to be difficult in a rental), kitchen was great with new appliances and a convenient upstairs laundry room . The house was plenty big for 4 adults and 3 kids and everyone in the complex was friendly and polite.
The customer service provided by the wonderful Nina (who was nice enough to pay us a visit to see if we needed anything)and her team was what pushes this property to 5 stars. we had a few minor issues on the 1st day (to minor to even list) and within hours Coral had everything taken care of. This really meant a lot to my wife and i and really got our stay off on the right foot. Also the entire house was spotless when we arrived and the house keeping team were welcoming which really gives the place a nice relaxing atmosphere.
One small area that could be improved is the living area and outdoor area. the living room and outdoor furniture looks and feels dated and uncomfortable and need to be replaced and also dimmer switches would make a huge difference to the living room, dining room and upstairs landing lighting as its very bright with the lights on or darkness without them.
This is the 1st review I have ever written but I feel this might help another family have the wonderful vacation we had. Hope to be back next summer.

A great place for our family of 6. Very close to a beautiful beach. They provide all kinds of beach equipment and toys. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend this rental!

Great location!
The condo is great - we had multiple generations so it was great the grandparents had the first floor w private bath and we were upstairs with kiddos. The train at night is no joke. It is loud, it feels like it's going through your room, but it's only about twice during the night. Didn't impact our stay too much - just thought everyone should know. Del Mar is a great town and good location to San Diego. Have fun!
