Good location, spacious, responsive service.

Some basic things were missing, like tea kettle (which I asked for and was provided), trash bin, hand soap in kitchen, etc.

The apartment was not heated before arrival, it was freezing when we arrived and did not get warm until we left. Blankets were not warm enough for the cold. Bathroom is inside the bedroom without a door and the toilet smelled like sewage. No soap, no toilet paper. Had to pay extra for sheets and towels.

Fantastic location to the centre of Amiens- we went in December so could walk to the Christmas market. It has a small shop and boulangerie around the corner (there is also a small supermarket in the centre). The accommodation is great, bed very comfortable and a kitchen that has pretty much everything you need (even dishwasher/washing machine). The owner was very friendly and helpful, we were very late because of the motorway shutting down but she was very understanding. We parked our car nearby at the cirque car park which is free.

Not something we didn't like as such as we knew what to expect from our research, but just to mention that the train outside is noisy during the day but this was not a problem for us as we were out and about most of the time. Quiet in the night.

Great location, quiet at night and free parking nearby (near the circus). Spacious kitchen/ lounge area, well equipped. Coffee machine (pods you’ll need to buy) is very good. Ground floor so no stairs to climb. Good heating with 2 electric heaters if required. Owner very responsive.

Best suited to a couple: the shower and toilets are the bedroom’s ensuite so access is through the bedroom.

Pros: good space for a couple, great location - easy walking distance to centre. Nice kitchenette and parking convenient (not too expensive and got a space literally outside the apartment).

Cons: weren't provided with much information on check in, had to ask for WiFi password etc. Dishwasher didn't work, certain facilities/amenities on the listing weren't provided.

The place was in a good location with easy parking on the side of the street. Overall good, minus the super bizarre fact of not having access to clean sheets. One must pay and reserve in advance . Terrible, when staying with small children . Even the lowest of low hostels permit you to have clean sheets. Very disappointing experience.

The position is very close to the center, you can walk by foot everywhere. in the flat there is everything, also washmachine if you need.
