Chers invités, notre condo est à moins de 100 pieds de la chaleureuse mer des Caraïbes et du célèbre récif de Bight. Grace Bay est régulièrement décrite comme "la meilleure plage du monde".
Notre condo a toutes vos nécessités de vacances, y compris: lit king-size dans la chambre principale avec salle de bain attenante, canapé-lit pour deux personnes, cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur / congélateur / micro-ondes / cuisinière / four. WiFi gratuit, télévision par câble dans le salon et la chambre principale.
2 piscines sur place ainsi qu'un délicieux bar / restaurant de plage (Somewhere Cafe) servant le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et des boissons fraîches.
Réservez avec nous et recevez des offres de réduction pour de nombreuses entreprises locales: taxis, sociétés de location de voitures, voyagistes et opérateurs de sports nautiques (kitesurf, plongée, pêche, plongée en apnée).
Plus récemment (décembre 2018), nous avons ajouté des appareils intelligents tels que: thermostat Nest, verrouillage électronique des portes (plus de clés) et Amazon Alexa. Également mis à niveau le téléviseur du salon vers un Samsung 4K de 50 pouces avec toutes les nouvelles tables du salon (café, extrémité et crédence de télévision). Le tout dans un effort pour créer l'atmosphère parfaite pour vos vacances.

We had a great time staying at Coral Gardens. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Location was convienient to many different things to do as well as being close to the reef. Condo was clean and well kept.

My wife and I, along with our 2 boys really enjoyed our stay at Coral Gardens. The forecast had us worried but everything turned out very good. We had a great time and have ZERO complaints. This was our 2nd stay at Coral Gardens. The last time was a different condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family or whoever else would inquire about it.

My wife and I stayed at this condo from April 27-May 4, 2024. The condo itself is beautiful and we were able to walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. The beaches were wonderful and were not crowded at all. The beach attendants were very friendly and there were always chairs and umbrellas available for us during the day.
The only problem right now, which isn't the owner's fault, is that there is a large condo development going up right next door. There are construction workers there from about 7 am until 6 pm and it is quite noisy if you try to sit outside on the balcony. It's not really a problem if you are down on the beach because the water drowns out most of the noise, but it's something to be aware of if you are thinking about renting this property.
Other than the construction, we were happy with our stay. We rented a car, so we were able to drive around the island, but the condo is not too far of a walk to some restaurants in the area, especially if you walk along the beach. Somewhere Cafe, which is located at Coral Gardens, has some good Mexican food and cocktails. Indigo and Blue Water Bistro, which are about a 10 minute walk up the beach at Wymara Resort, were very good.
One minor issue is with the dishwasher in the kitchen. When you open the door, the bottom dish rack rolls forward and you have to be careful that the dishes don't all fall out. The dishwasher probably needs to be leveled or attached to the wall.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The location is second to none, the staff is excellent and went above and beyond, and the property owner was SO helpful and instrumental in planning the details of our trip. He offered helpful information and tips on restaurants, excursions, must sees, car rentals, etc. The suite is fully furnished and clean and also has some unexpected extras including charging stations which delighted our teenagers!
The beach, the snorkeling, the pools, and Somewhere restaurant on site makes it hard to leave although we did to go explore this beautiful island. Highly recommend - it's paradise!

Loved our stay at this condo, we loved the layout and having 1.5 bathrooms. The snorkeling was nice that is only a few steps into the beach and so close to shore even (great for kids) We enjoyed seeing parrot fish, sea turtles, and many other fish. It's not a replacement for a snorkeling boat tour but its really nice for some ocean time. Love the location and Somewhere Cafe was really good food and bar and the employees there always remembered us and was so friendly. The bed mattress is the most comfortable bed- wow, I want this mattress at home. We liked all the tech stuff and phone charger that was really nice and you don't see that in other condos. Construction next door is 7 days a week but the entire Island has construction going on and you can not really hear it from the beach and this condo will still have an ocean view for morning coffee...which we spent like 3 hours having coffee each morning with this view. Loved our stay and hope we can come back. Thank you!

Beautiful location, great room. Construction of new condos next door. The constant hammering and banging started at 6 am every morning and continued well after dark. Very annoying. Was expecting a quiet and relaxing vacation, that’s not what we got

It’s difficult to rate this property because on the one hand it’s a very nice, clean (somewhat dated) condo with a gorgeous location, but on the OTHER HAND the on line pictures of the view were not only inaccurate, they were very deceiving.,. As you walk into the condo
and see the view out of your balcony it takes your breath away, but as you take ONE STEP out on the balcony you will find a very disappointing HUGE construction project that REALLY messes up the view vibe excitement you had 2 seconds before that… (it’s end result will be 7 stories…) To me the termination of half of our view was the worst part. The construction trucks, tractors, and cement trucks (who were on duty beginning at 6 a.m.) and the water pumps that run 24/7 really didn’t bother me as much…The owner was extremely responsive and promptly returned 20% of our money, which was appreciated but didn’t take away the “sting” of not showing us exactly what we were getting ourselves into…The only thing else that bothered me was the uneasy feeling that you got “thinking” he could see our comings and goings through the electronic panel he had in the foyer, which didn’t work, but had a camera on it and believe he was changing the temp in the condo when we left because it was always higher than we had it. Other than that, the view you DID have from the balcony was gorgeous straight on and to the right, beaches pristine, snorkeling fun, great staff on site.

Love this location and generally had a great time.
Condo however needs a little updating especially the floors, and had to purchase some clorox bathroom cleaners for the toilet bowls/ bathroom smell. Once we did that (and unplugged all those air freshners), we were ok for the rest of the trip.

Sitting smack in front of the best snorkeling reef on the island the location of this condo can’t be beat. We spent 12 days and still didn’t want to leave. Unit is well equipped with all amenities. The mattresses are so comfortable I am buying one for my home.
Other reviewers have mentioned the condition of the floors so I won’t belabor that. Coral Gardens was shutting down for a month right after we left and management told us the floors were getting attention during the downtime.
We’ll be heading back soon!

Great location. Great beach/water. Great reef to snorkel right off the beach. Umbrella covered beach chairs for the Coral Gardens guest everyday at no charge. Extra pool toys and beach toys in the unit. Pretty close to a perfect stay. Only negative was a really sandy floor upon arrival that we only made worse (but you are literally on the beach). Overall, great place for a pretty fair price when compared to hotels in the area. Would 100% definitely return.

We had a lovely stay with a phenomenal location directly on the beach with amazing views!
This property was as described for the most part and we enjoyed most things about it.
Pros: location, comfy bed, sizable space, communicative owner, check-in/check-out, blender for frozen drinks, friendly staff, cold air conditioning, stocked kitchen
Cons: state of the unit in general - the floors need a good scrubbing, not with a wring mop like the housekeeping uses, I was on my hands and knees with a scrub brush because we couldn't walk on the floors they were that caked with dirt. My husband finally made me stop since we were on vacation so we just wore shoes any time we were inside. I get it's a beach house but even the guest book had people complaining about how dirty the floors were in March.
The comforter had a rip in it and ink pen stains all over, (it was not the one in the photos), one night stand had a screw missing from the handle so it just hung off, scuffs and paint marks all over the walls, broken blinds in the bedroom. It just feels like it needs a bit of attention and a deep clean.
The safe in the room has only 1 preset combination, so you could not change it and the housekeeping staff know the combination so I don't understand why there is a safe if housekeeping and management know the combination! We didn't feel secure leaving our things in it so we hid it elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed here in early June and really enjoyed our stay. We liked the location, as the beach was never very busy and we were able to find a place to relax, swim, or play games The condo was equipped with some games and activities for the water, which we really appreciated. We found that the condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. The air conditioning also worked well, which was important for the hot summer days. It was also generally quiet (I never heard the adjacent condos while we were there). When we visited we had the pools to ourselves several times as well. The staff at the condo was also friendly to us. The attendants at the towel cabana were willing to chat and give advice about snorkeling. The office staff helped us book taxis several times. We really appreciated the service. One other item to note is that the restaurant on site made it very convenient to grab food or drinks. Thanks to everyone for making our stay excellent!

Our stay here in T&C was terrific. The unit had everything you need, was very high-tech, and had extra amenities we didn't think we would have. We enjoyed the unit having cable, and my partner enjoyed that part. It also came with chargers, which were super helpful, and a cooler we could take to the beach. The unit had terrific views, and the property had outstanding employees who were super friendly and made the most delicious drinks. I for sure will stay here again. I have zero complaints. I recommend getting a rental car so you can go to beaches that may be far and the taxi could be expensive.

We loved every minute of our Turks & Caicos vacation and this beautiful condo! The condo, view, beach, water is even more beautiful in person. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The onsite property management team was wonderful and very helpful with booking local excursions. The towel service/beach staff were friendly. Great snorkeling right off the beach and yummy fish tacos at Somewhere Cafe! We can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our time at Coral Gardens and the staff was wonderful! Unit had all basic amenities and was an ideal location on Grace Bay for all of our excursions and activities. Property was clean and well-maintained and the housekeeping services were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!!

Brendan’s condo was the perfect home base for our family if 4, (with 2 kids under 4). The views of the beach and ocean are unbelievable, the staff at the condos were amazing and the location was perfect for experiencing all parts of the island (Chalk Sound/Sapodilla Bay ~20 min, local Fish Fry ~5 min, Saltmills Plaza ~8 min, and airport ~15 min). We loved rolling out to the beach (maybe 100 yards away) where there were beach chairs and umbrellas always available for us, and we equally loved heading down to the pool to cool off. The onsite beach bar was fantastic and absolutely worth at least one visit.
I absolutely recommend this unit, especially if any of the above sounds appealing.

The condo exceeded my already high expectations. The views are fantastic, we were right on the reef, and it was clean and comfortable! Check in and check out were a breeze, and the staff was all very nice. I hope I can come back and stay here again soon!

Great location and well appointed condo. The reef right outside the condo is worth the reason to stay there alone. Nice array of coral and fish. Condo was clean, spacious and the floor to ceiling doors that open up to the balcony were great!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it! The condo was perfect for us. We used the kitchen a lot for meals, and it was equipped with everything we needed. The views were incredible and the beach set up each day was very nice. Having a restaurant on the property was a nice bonus too! Will definitely come back to this condo. Thanks for having us.

We had the most amazing stay at Coral Gardens! The pictures really don’t do it justice. At all. If you’re looking for convenient snorkeling, this is your spot. The Bight Reef is directly in front of the property and we saw so many amazing fish/rays/etc. The staff onsite is incredibly friendly and helpful, they even carried our luggage all the way up to our condo! For being a vrbo, it really felt like we were staying in a high end resort. We never ate at the cafe but their daiquiris were delicious while sitting on the beach, and we never had trouble getting chairs to lounge in (unlike in Grace Bay). I hope others enjoy Aleth and Brendan’s place as much as we did!

We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful condo. The view is spectacular and the place has every amenity you need. The bedroom area is separated from the living area by a few steps making it private and quiet. And the beautiful beach is just steps away.

We loved this comfortable, lovely place so much! We couldn't believe how nice the beach and snorkeling were right in front of the property. We saw amazing fish, a stingray, an eel, and even a small school of squid right there! So easy to just walk out and get a couple of beach chairs and umbrella with zero wait. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and we loved the view from the balcony for coffee, breakfast and some lunches. Definitely rent a car. We drove all over the place and went to some great restaurants that way. Dive Provo was great for a two-tank half day of diving at Northwest Point -- super professional and fun. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever lucky enough to return to TCI!

The hosts are very friendly, very polite and respond quickly!
They put together info about they island as well as restaurant recs for their guests. They were very willing to answer questions I had about TCI before our trip and responded quickly.
The unit is very clean and up to date. The on-site staff are very friendly and they all seem happy and have great attitudes! I felt very welcomed and was very happy we stayed here. I was impressed with the on site staff!
The bed in the Master bedroom is really comfortable and there is plenty of room in the masterbath.
The property is very well maintained and clean too. We loved Somewhere Cafe right next door. The food is great! We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Very cool vibe and a gorgeous, relaxing view of the beach and ocean. Sunsets are great from Somewhere Cafe too.
You could stay at this unit as a couple or a family of four. We had my 2 older teenagers share the bed from the sleeper sofa. Also the furniture is in very good condition and very comfortable to sit on. Everything seemed new and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this unit and this property

We had a lovely time staying here for 3 days before meeting up with family! The view and room look just like the pictures :)
We did the fish fry as we arrived around 4pm on Thursday to the property and the front desk gave it as a fun option! The fish fry was awesome and still the best snapper my husband had the entire trip. Delicious and fun. But front desk assisted with the cab and that was awesome.
We are at Somewhere cafe twice and the food was good! It was great to have that right there for us to stay close and eat. It’s also Such a perk to have an umbrella for us all day! Food at somewhere was good and it was $10 frozen drink day so we took advantage of that :)
Location of snorkeling is incredible. That alone is another perk of this location. We did a snorkel cruise but I think the snorkeling we saw From shore was better! The snorkel equipment we found in the treasure box in the master was wonderful and I read past reviews so knew to expect that.
Overall, we loved our stay!

The pre-trip communication with the host was excellent. Once on site, Scott was very thorough and helpful for us as we had never been to the island before. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the beautiful view from the condo which was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The close proximity of the beach with chairs/umbrellas available was perfect. We took a catamaran excursion that picked us up right on the beach behind the property - super convenient and it was a great excursion. We absolutely loved this vacation and would 10/10 recommend.

This property was an excellent choice for our family of 4. Everything was just as described and the view of the beach was fantastic. There was always beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen well equipped and many restaurants just a short drive away. The live music in Somewhere cafe was also a plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was ideal for my husband, 10 yo daughter and me. The views were amazing. We spent a lot of time at the beach. It's the best snorkeling I've encountered, truly incredible and beautiful. We used the pool too. I had to work a bit and the wifi was excellent in the unit for video calls. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for our meals. Using the washer and dryer downstairs was super easy. We would definitely stay at this wonderful condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was ideal for my husband, 10 yo daughter and me. The views were amazing. We spent a lot of time at the beach. It's the best snorkeling I've encountered, truly incredible and beautiful. We used the pool too. I had to work a bit and the wifi was excellent in the unit for video calls. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for our meals. Using the washer and dryer downstairs was super easy. We would definitely stay at this wonderful condo again.

This is a bright and clean condo with a spacious patio facing Grace Bay. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a full and half bath. The kitchen was well equipped. The Coral Gardens staff were very friendly and helpful. T he Somewhere Café and bar was a great place to eat and drink. You can’t beat the location on the beach and we never had a problem getting an umbrella and chairs. We had a very nice stay here and highly recommend it!
