We had an excellent stay and can’t wait to visit again!

This unit/location is truly magical! Super clean, close to the beach and great food/shopping, and excellent communication with the owner. The pool is relaxing and refreshing and the covered parking, elevator, and laundry room are such nice perks! The building is super well-maintained and the vibe is welcoming and respectful. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Highly recommend booking this experience!

this condo is very nice. owner very prompt with communication and providing check in information we stayed last year in his other rental next door but this one was much nicer, but both are nice cleaning staff could do a better job but not the owners fault if they are not there to see it would definetly recommend this condo. and its so close to walk to beach, boardwalk and downtown but also nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the covered parking area

This place was great. Plenty of space and everything was very clean. The location was fantastic. Pool was great. Kitchen had every utensil that we needed and more. The balcony had plenty of room and furniture was very comfortable. It was great having the car parked in a cover garage. Kept the car very cool. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit is well equiped and ready for all guests. Nice view from the back balcony.

Have now stayed at this location for two summers. Each time it was a fantastic experience. Close to beach and boards. Exactly what Ocean City is about!

This is our 3rd year staying at Sunrise/Sunset at the Jersey Shore. We love the apartment - it has everything you need, and is in the perfect location with both shopping on Asbury and the boardwalk/beach just a short walk away. The pool is clean and has plenty of seating on the deck, and is a great place to spend the afternoon after you’ve had enough of the beach. Every year we discover new things to love in Ocean City, and we can’t wait to return to Sunrise/Sunset next year!

We have been coming here for years and is always a treat to spend a week here. Very clean condo and everything is within walking distance. Until next year!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Tom's place. Perfect location to the beach. An easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and to the shops on Asbury. The condo is just perfect with a comfortable bed, and amazing views of the ferris wheel which was lit up at night. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The weather was too cold for the pool, but that also was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Parking also included!

We stayed at this property for several years and love the decor and cleanliness of the unit. We also love that everything around this condominium is within walking distance. Can’t wait to return for another wonderful week here.

This is our second time staying in this apartment, and once again we had a fabulous time. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. We used the pool daily, spent hours relaxing on the deck, and took advantage of the shared washers and dryers. The apartment is in a perfect location - a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with Tom, the host, is excellent. We've already booked this apartment for next summer, and can't wait to be back in Ocean City again!

This was our first time in Ocean City, NJ and it was simply perfect from start to finish. Everything from the location to the friendly people in the community was nothing short of amazing. Being down the block from the boardwalk and beach, made every night fun! Our little 2 year old loved everything. The place was super clean and cozy! We will most definitely be starting new family traditions here! Could not reccomend this more!

Everything was great. Except bathroom/shower could have been much cleaner and the fans desperately need to be cleaned.

Owner very much in touch with the Ocean City Beach history, reflected in all the mementos/pictures in the property. We will enjoy staying again in the future.

My entire family LOVED everything about this property. The owner is great and I mistakenly went to wrong location and he took the time immediately to help me out. The room, view and pool are fantastic! This was my first vacation with my toddlers and I wouldn’t change a thing and plan to book this property every year! Thanks Tom for all your extra help:)

This is my favorite condo that we stay in every year!

The condo is in a perfect location right between the boardwalk and the shops on Asbury. We had a short walk to so many places (especially the beach and boardwalk), and we loved the view of Castaway Cove at night from the balcony. Owner communication was great, and the condo was clean and comfortable. King in the master with sofa bed in the living room worked out very well for our family of three (be sure to bring extra blankets for the beds along with your sheets and towels). Also, having a pool at the complex is very convenient if you want a break from the beach. Overall, thanks for a great stay in Ocean City!

Host was great with commutation and property was perfect for a quick get away. View of boardwalk from balcony was beautiful to watch the sunrise. Quick 2 block walk to boards/beach and in other direction to Cute shops and places to eat. Highly recommend this cute clean spacious 1 bedroom property!!!

We fell in love with this condo! The location is perfect and the condo itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The pool is clean and well maintained by the lifeguard, and the beach is just a short walk away. The pictures in the listing are accurate, except that the deck is actually larger than it appears in the photo (it comfortably fits four). From the deck you can enjoy a rainshower or watch the sunrise, and from the front of the apartment there's a nice view of the sunset. Tom was quick to respond to questions about the aparmtent and gave us several great tips about things to do in the area. We hope to be back again next year!

Perfect distance to the beach and boards! My kids especially loved the pool to take a dip in after a long day at the beach! The condo was very clean and very accommodating! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Thanks to the owners we have been able to vacation here year over year ! We absolutely love the condo, location and pool ! It was always spotless. The bed is very cozy and it is within walking distance of the boardwalk, Asbury Avenue, restaurants and coffee shops. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate this awesome home away from home !

First time staying in ocnj. Beautiful, clean, & spacious condo for four people. The only down fall was no where to store beach stuff. (Chairs) We just washed everything off & put in our car trunk. Great & safe location.
