Charming Condo on the Bike Path, Minutes to Petoskey and Harbor Springs!
Parfaitement situé entre Petoskey et Harbor Springs, ce condo de deux chambres et une salle de bain est le parfait "Escapade dans le nord du Michigan!" Si vous recherchez une location pittoresque proche de nombreuses activités, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Situé à 5 minutes de Petoskey et à 7 minutes de Harbor Springs, il vous offre de nombreuses possibilités de shopping et de dîners exquis. En prime… il est situé juste à côté de Little Traverse Wheelway, une piste cyclable joliment pavée qui fait 26 miles de long et qui relie Harbour Springs à Charlevoix. Si vous n’aimez pas le vélo, partez en randonnée et / ou à pied au parc national de Petoskey pendant 2 minutes et profitez de votre temps à la plage, au bord du lac Michigan. Différent des autres condos sur la plage de baignade, cette unité offre un grand pont enveloppant qui est idéal pour griller et déguster un verre de vin. Les quatre grandes portes coulissantes en verre de ce pont offrent beaucoup de lumière naturelle à l’unité. Le salon a des plafonds cathédrale et un plan d'étage ouvert, ce qui est parfait pour cuisiner et se divertir. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the deck at night. The location was great! We really enjoyed using the bikes that were available. Thank you for that!

A cute little place just barely outside the downtown of Petoskey... Maybe a 10 minute drive in to town? Very easy to communicate with the owner of the property, and no issues. Very accommodating, clean and just overall beautiful

We loved the condo. The sunshine you get onto the south facing deck was wonderful. I loved having breakfast out there each morning. The short walk to the Petoskey state park beach was also lovely. We also loved the open floor plan in the main room. Great spot!

Loved the homeliness of this spot, I felt like I was at my Aunts house with all her kind things to use! Enjoyed the spacious living areas. Lots of communication reminders from the manager made our stay easy. Would stay again.

My Two Daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days Condo. It was a perfect location for our extended ski vacation as located close to both Petosky and Harber Springs. Place was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and provided a true "home" feel during our stay. Additionally, overall communication with the rental management office was excellent. I would definitely book this condo again in the future.

Condo was everything and more!!
We lacked nothing, great area and enjoyed both Harbor Springs and Petosky- plus dipped in Lake Michigan up street for NYE!!

We stayed here in the fall (bonus: peak fall colors!) For 2 nights with our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone and great location. We spent a good deal of time in downtown Petoskey for a family wedding but also visited Harbor Springs. We love this area and hope to return again in the summer. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

This condo is very cute, the photos and descriptions described it perfectly. The location was close by to all the wineries and other local attractions we wanted to check out on our trip. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking. Communication with the property management prior to check in was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

We love the location of the condos, close to so much, the State park, easy travel to harbor springs, Tunnel of trees, boyne city etc.
the condo is nicely laid out, we enjoyed all the windows and sliding doors to the deck.
When we entered the condo a pretty strong foul smell was coming from either the garbage disposal or under the sink, we could not figure it out. Thankful we could open the doors and have air moving through. The kitchen seemed well stocked with supplies to cook if we wanted which we decided against because of the odor in the kitchen. Nice to have cleaning supplies, vacuum and use of washer/dryer all in unit. Well stocked bathroom with towels, soap and TP.

Rather than staying in a hotel we decided to stay at the condo and it was a great decision. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and could’ve certainly accommodated more. It was clean, well stocked, bedding was comfortable and the advice on where to go and how to get there was welcomed. It’s proximity to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey was awesome as was the short walk / bike / drive to Petoskey State Park. Our kids spent hours looking for Petoskey stones and found a few. Great stay and great value.

The place was a great location, but lots of traffic noise on M-119, very clean, had trouble getting in with the lock box, the property manager eventually came out.. we waited an hour. Overall good experience.

This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property. We've had a fantastic experience both times. It is a perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was very clean. We appreciated all the little things, like beach chairs, a cooler, bikes, etc. that we didn't want to bring from home. Excellent location, too. We walked every day to the beach.

We stayed at the Happy Days Condo for a week and found it to be a very easy home base for exploring the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. We especially liked the easy access to the bike trail. The condo is very clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with just about every kind of dish, pot, pan, etc., one might need. We appreciated the attention to detail with the coffee set-up! The beds were very comfortable, and we loved being able to eat outside on the deck.

We enjoyed the beach right next door at the State Park, the bike path, area wineries, breweries, and restaurants. We appreciated the large deck and BBQ grill. I highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for my family of five it had so many extras that we were thoroughly impressed such as spices, crockpot, blankets, coffee fixings, laundry detergent with it being a nice, etc. It was comfy and cozy with it being a nice warm place. The towels were just like at home. It was close to nubs knob in the Highlands, where we skied as well as the grocery stores. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to stay there again. There was only one pitfall and it wasn’t a big deal. On our last morning there we ran out of toilet paper.

This is the 1st time we've stayed there and we had a great time. There were 3 of us that went, but this place could hold 4 no problem. It had everything we needed for a week up north.
The location was fantastic to be the jumping off point to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw, and parts of the UP.
Loved the layout and really liked the fireplace for the chilly evenings.
Would absolutely stay there again!
