Ce 4e étage, condo Beach Club de 1025 pieds carrés offre beaucoup de lumière naturelle et d'air.
Condo récemment mis à jour offre granit, nouveaux planchers et portes et décor avec de nouveaux lits, de nouveaux grands téléviseurs à écran plat, et plus encore.
La décoration est Beachy et belle et la vue est paradisiaque! Cette unité se vante d'un nouveau lit King dans le maître et nouveau jumeau et un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis.
Nous avons une belle piscine chauffée et un cadre tropical luxuriant où vous pouvez également profiter de l'espace barbecue idéal avec de nombreuses grilles et de beaux meubles d'extérieur.
Mais pour voir l'image de bord la plus étonnante de cette unité de tous, vous devez sortir sur le balcon. Asseyez-vous à la table du balcon sous le ventilateur au plafond. Voir la rangée de palmiers sous le ciel bleu et la vue sur l'eau du Golfe!

The condo was super clean. More than enough kitchen utensils, etc for our group. A great supply of beach supplies like chairs, umbrella & beach wagon. Easy access to the beach & the pool was FABULOUS! The owner is just a gem to work with. This was a vaca with 3 of my longtime besties from high school! I want to come back & bring my husband next time & rent this condo!!!!!!!

This condo has a great location, just across the road from the beach and has its own private walkway. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. The kids loved the heated pool :)

The condo was more than advertised - clean, beachy vibe, convenient stroll to the gulf. Loved the covered parking spot and spending time at the pool. John communicated right away - checked in to see if I had arrived safely. Well stocked - only thing I didn't find was oven mitts. Really appreciated having many choices for my pillow - found a perfect one. Great experience staying here. Thanks so much for sharing your condo. Went by too quickly.

Private access to the beach is the key to this property! The beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella & cart provided made the beach easy to enjoy! Will need to bring your own cooler if traveling with more than 2 people. Loved the W/D availability in the property and unit was at a perfect price point for the area!

Peaceful stay with great proximity to the Gulf. Enjoyed bike rides along the wide sidewalks. Unit was fully stocked with beach items (chairs, umbrella) and full set of cooking items. We liked having Sunset Grille just across the way. Easy checkin process and host answered the few inquires quickly. Great stay for our first time in Marco

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful visit. The condo has everything needed for the beach (just a short walk across the street), including a cart that can be used to carry everything over. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the screened in balcony is fabulous at sunset. The owner is very responsive and even checked in mid-stay to ensure everything was going well (it was!). We would definitely recommend to others.

We were in Marco for a wedding and loved our stay in this condo unit. It has 2 good sized bedrooms (w on suite bathrooms). Top floor end unit with balcony is key. We used the 2 pickleball courts and had a blast. Nice private access to the beach via a short walk across the street. Unit is super clean and owner is very responsive. We want to return!

Great location in a quiet part of the island, but not far from restaurants and shops, and some could even be walked to. The private beach access was so convenient and the pool was great, never crowded or noisy! Host John provided everything needed in the unit for a comfortable stay. We are looking forward to returning in 2024!

Such a wonderful week in Marco! The condo has the best location and is stocked with all beach and pool essentials. My kids were so pumped to be able to walk to all the places. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great week!

This condo was great for our family of 4. I'll try to highlight the big themes.
1. The condo was very clean, inside and out. Even the common areas like the pool, pickleball court (bring your own supplies), and gas grills were clean.
2. Access to the beach was great. It is very close and nicely appointed.
3. The kitchen is small but useful. Enough room for one person, and if you add a second it won't last long. The pots, pans, and skillets were a bit worn down, but useful and plentiful.
4. The outside lanai was a nice area to eat or lounge during the cooler times of the day.
5. The pool area was large and generally very quiet, especially considering we were there during spring break.
6. We were very impressed with the amount of beach supplies available to us. There were 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, and a cart to haul all of the stuff in. That was definitely a major plus to our vacation.
7. John was easy to reach and attentive to our needs.
Altogether we are very happy with our choice. A+

The condo is located at the south end of the island. There is ample parking and easy access to the beautiful beach. Pool was warm , sunsets gorgeous and condo clean. Listing was very accurate. A good condo for two couples or a family. Building quiet and safe. Owner was great at communicating, easy to reach and very responsive. I would definitely book again -easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and a good value.

Everything about our stay matched our expectations based on the listing. The condo was clean, had everything needed to cook meals and best of all, was a short walking distance to a private beach. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas were a great addition and made hauling things to the beach much easier. John responded quickly to questions and was more than accommodating. Highly recommend this property for your stay on Marco Island.

This is a very nice place very well kept up in walking distance to lots of things the beach is beautiful the water felt amazing communication with the owner was awesome I would recommend it to anybody we went to the Snook Inn down the road amazing food

Misrepresentation
Unit is not a corner condo, but instead a suite in a building offering nightly rentals. Expectation of the unit was high from the description of unit and price. We left after 4 nights and received a small refund from host. VRBO is uninterested in this misrepresentation and our dissatisfaction.

We stayed a week at our VRBO rental at Marco Island, Florida enjoying the convenience of being close to the beach across the street from our stay. We enjoyed having a nice large heated swimming pool on the property, a well supplied, clean and newly painted two bedroom kitchen unit with new furnishings to stay in. The host was also most helpful with our arrangements.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in February. The place is very comfortable and as described. We enjoyed the pool, grills and the direct access to the beach was the best!! We bought a starter Pickleball set at Walmart and taught ourselves on the courts on the property. Even met some people and played with them! The corner unit windows and screened patio are wonderful for light and watching the sunset. Thank you for a wonderful getaway on Marco Island!!

Perfect location!
This property is steps away from a large private beach. Very easy to go back and forth, especially if you have little kids. There's a beach bar (Sunset Grille) with great food and drinks that's a short walk from the beach entrance. The property had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The screened in balcony is very nice to watch the sunset. I will be back again for my next trip to Marco Island!

Cute beach vibe - super clean
I took my dad for his 90th birthday and he loved the condo as did I - very clean with a screened in porch on the corner which allowed for great ocean breezes - we ate on the porch and listened to the ocean waves which was only a football field distance away - will be going back next year. The elevator worked great, the pool downstairs was well maintained and they had a screened in common area to lounge near the pool - great property - beach access was easy - use the key fob for the condo and you have a paved walkway onto the beach - Dad had no problem walking to the beach
