Birch Lodge - Large lot with beautiful wooded views, lots of space
Cette cabine génial possède tout le confort de la maison dans un beau cadre boisé. Profitez du paysage à partir du plancher aux fenêtres de plafond dans la chambre et salle grande région, ou alors qu'il était assis sur la grande terrasse. Le grand terrain de coin offre beaucoup d'espace extérieur, la vie privée, un grand parking et un double garage pour voitures, motos, ou VTT.
Birch lodge 14 personnes avec 5 chambres spacieuses (bunkroom est à travers la chambre principale supérieure) avec 2 rois, reines 2, 4 jumeaux, et un canapé convertible queen dans la grande salle. Chaque niveau a une salle de bains avec des draps et un sèche-cheveux pour les clients à utiliser. Principale zone de lavage de niveau avec le Conseil du fer et planche.
Il ya juste quelques pas dans cette maison, et la zone d'habitation principale, cuisine / salle à manger, une chambre à coucher et salle de bains sont tous sur le niveau principal rendant handicaper amical.
Il ya de grands téléviseurs à écran dans la grande salle, dans le grenier, et dans la salle inférieure de la famille, et Internet sans fil. Nouvelle table de baby-foot dans le niveau inférieur pour tous les âges de profiter!
Profitez de curling par le feu dans la grande salle à l'étage principal ou en bas dans la salle familiale - les deux sont le gaz, de sorte que vous pouvez simplement appuyer sur un bouton; pas de halage en bois à cette cabine!

Birch lodge was great for multiple families to stay together and still have plenty of room. The house was clean and definitely as advertised. Lots of local wildlife outside.
Only drawback is that it takes about an hour to get to Keystone or Rapids City. We had activities in both directions- Devils tower, Spearfish canyon and then 1880 train and ATVs. So overall it worked well.

Great home, great location. very clean. Family had a great time. Only 1 negative. One night during a thunderstorm we had water coming into one room in basement. Nothing major but required some cleanup. Husband and daughter went outside during heavy rain and discovered downspounts were plugged. Unplugged downspounts and fixed problem. Would still rent home again. Thank you

All in all the setup of the house for a multi-age group is great. The neighborhood is near the old deer mountain ski resort, so you can go for neighborhood walks. The house has 3 different entertainment areas so people can have space. The beds are soft and cozy. Linens were nice and soft. The hot tub is best for 2 people at a time. It did keep a great temperature. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools for a large meal (crockpots, mixers, blenders, etc) The stove and oven worked great. The Satellite TV was nice because there is no streaming option with the TV's. Because we were in a rural setting we did have some mice come and visit. (we were there in the late fall) We reported to the owner and someone came to set up traps within the hour and was willing to work with us from a customer service standpoint. The "kid" room on the 2nd floor is nice because there are 4 twin beds and space for toys for the kids to play with. There are also some games on site too. Some adults games and some family games.

Family trip
Family of 10 stayed, ages 12-65. Plenty of room and 4 kids loved having the upstairs all to themselves. Some thought not having AC would be bad, but keeping the windows opened in the evening helped and the basement was cool. Biggest complaint at the house was the hot tub was way too small. The house is a great size and we didn't feel on top of each other. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

What a great time we had at your cabin! There was plenty of room for all of us with all of the amenities! Perfect location to enjoy the activities in Deadwood at night and skiing at Terry Peak during the day. Plan on doing it again soon!!

The house and location was lovely and convenient. My husband and I get together for a working /vacation with my sisters and their husbands each year. We had a wonderful time on the vacation side but the working side was difficult. We had internet the day we arrived the rest of the week it was out. The property manager answered after a day and said it was reset but it never worked again. As I said the house was lovely but very dusty and glasses were coated with grease. We had to do some housekeeping. I assume because of COVID the place had not been used for a while. A little disappointing but we had a wonderful time anyway.

It is very spacious and we had 14 with kids and adults. Loved the bunkhouse room for the kids. No air conditioning so managing the temp throughout the house was a little difficult but it did cool down at night so with windows open we weee ok

Great getaway spot for a large family
We had a great experience. This house was more than enough for our group of 15. We had an age range of 4-46 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The house was very clean, location was wonderful and instructions were so easy. We had a few questions about our stay and the manager Anne got back to us so fast and answered all our questions. She was great!!!

Perfect home for family reunion
We had 25 family Sharing 2 homes on the same street. It worked great! House was as advertised. Little kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen had a good selection of utensils. Only complaint was the hour and 20 minutes to Rushmore and other attractions, otherwise, great house.

What a treat!
Birch Lodge on Deer Mountain was the perfect spot to host my 50th birthday! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for myself and 11 guests. The renter, Anne, was so helpful, and available for questions/concerns during our entire stay. There was a little more ATV traffic than I anticipated, but hey, if that’s your jam, then this place would be for you! The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make meals there. We never had issues with not enough hot water for showers, and other than some general clean up, the cleaning crew takes care of the major cleaning so you are not scrambling to clean on the day of your departure—that was a HUGE bonus. I was elated with the whole experience and I would definitely work with Anne again!
