Newly Remodeled 2 Bedroom Beach Townhome
Grande maison de ville de 2 étages en face de l'océan Atlantique dans la charmante station balnéaire de New Smyrna Beach. La maison est très propre et confortable et à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc! La maison de deux chambres et une salle de bain est entièrement meublée et prête pour votre escapade à la plage. La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires et un bar en granit offrant des sièges supplémentaires, parfaits lorsque vous vous divertissez. Un nouveau demi-bain en bas de la cuisine dispose également d'un dessus en granit. Salle de bain à l'étage est livré avec baignoire / douche avec beaucoup de lumière de la lucarne aérienne. Une douche extérieure à l'arrière de la maison permet un nettoyage rapide côté plage. Le passage pour piétons devant notre place pour accéder à la plage est une caractéristique de sécurité supplémentaire pour les enfants et les personnes âgées. Trois nouveaux beach cruisers sont à vous d'utiliser pendant votre séjour, dont un vélo construit pour deux. Faites du vélo jusqu'à Flagler Ave, à quelques minutes, pour un excellent restaurant (repas en plein air), des magasins et des gens qui regardent! Vous avez toujours voulu essayer le surf? New Smyrna Beach est un haut lieu du surf en Floride, et nous avons une planche longue de 8 pieds Jimmy Lewis, parfaite pour les novices. Si vous surfez déjà sur les grosses vagues, l'entrée est à seulement 5 km au nord de la plage, et vous pouvez conduire votre voiture sur nos plages! We loved our stay here! It's an older building that has been renovated. I believe you can have pets here, which always makes me hesitant but this place was CLEAN. Being at the beach you'd imagine there would be sand somewhere, but everything was spotless. The other major perk is all the beach amenities. We brought everything we needed but if you were flying in you would be set. We did use the foam boards over ours since the waves were small. We loved the extra fridge in the garage! The property is quiet and just across the street from the beach, which also has public parking so it was a great location for meeting friends on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is so easy to find and super close to the beach! The condo had every thing we needed, was super super clean and comfy! We wouldn’t change a thing. The bikes were awesome!!!! Thank you so much

We came to New Smyrna Beach for a wedding and stayed at this cute little town home for the weekend. Everything is as described (except couch is different than pictures but no biggie). Super close to the beach and they even provide bikes to use! Home and property are very clean and hosts were friendly and very responsive! Anytime I reached out, I received a response within minutes. Only suggestion I have would be to add the house numbers on the back where the garage is…I wasn’t sure which unit it was from the back (where you park) and had to go around to front to go in through front door but then the key pad on front door didn’t work so I had to guess at which garage to use so numbers on the back would have saved some confusion but again, the hosts were very responsive!! I’d definitely recommend :)

The space is very nice inside and upkept. Easy walking across the street for the beach and had some awesome beach toys/chairs/wagon/surfboards! Would definitely recommend this place for short or long term stay.

Great location, super clan, bikes a plus, good value
Super clean which my wife loved, very well stocked, beach bikes were awesome, great location. Only downside was master bed very soft, dining space very tight, parking a bit tight.

Loved it!
I absolutely loved this property! It was nice and cozy, kitchen well stocked, comfy beds, and right across from the beach access! I also loved that it has beach items (chairs, toys, wagon, etc) so we didn't have to pack and bring any of that ourselves! I was weary of staying somewhere without a pool, but we hardly even noticed since we stayed at the beach most all days! Cleanliness is a five star also! We will be coming back here again! Thanks!

Great Beach Weekend
We had a great stay. We walked to the beach and used the bikes and sand toys. Easily washed off outside the garage after playing at the beach. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Highly recommend.

New Smyrna Beach Townhome
The house was easily accessible and clean. It is directly across the street from beach access as advertised. The home had extra amenities had someone left something at home, ie toothbrush. We did not need that during our stay, but the added thought was caring. The linens upstairs were bright and appealing. We did make cupcakes from scratch during our stay and did have to purchase a large mixing bowl and handheld mixer. However a local grocery store is very close by and it was not hard to do. We felt safe at this location. I would recommend this home.

Great Location, Across street from the BEACH!!
As I walked into this property my immediate reaction was it is so clean! Every detail was taken care of; plenty of dishes, pots and pans, many items that you can use on the beach such as chairs and boards. We loved the outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach before we went into the house. Bedrooms were very comfortable for me, my husband and two teenagers. Beach is right across the street and there is a crossing light right on the corner. If you are looking for good food there are many places close. All in all a great vacation, we will be back for sure. Only negative was spotty TV reception when the afternoon storms came (totally understandable).

The townhouse was nicely renovated and had everything you needed. We were in town for the Daytona 500 so we weren't beaching it but the beach was an easy walk across the street.

The best part of this condo is the location. It is right across from the boardwalk, and far enough off the road that street noise is minimal. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, and the washer and dryer added convenience. It had many assets that made it easy for my extended family to come over and meet the new grand baby. The building is old, and shows its age a bit. The air did not work for the first night and 1/2 of next day. David did respond quickly once he was aware--however the repairman came from Bunnell, about 50 min away, then needed another 45 min to repair the leak. So, that was 2 hours off the beach waiting in a hot apt. Ants were crawling inside the living room, by the front window and door. The front door code did not work. The shower relied on a pair of rusty pliers to turn it. Parking seemed plentiful, but apparently the empty spaces are reserved, even though no one ever parked there. There is a very watchful neighbor who must convey everything to the owners, and I don't think he liked our family. We did have to move cars when asked, and my son parked a camper he was towing, unaware of city laws that forbid it. We did not see posted signs or notices in the parking that using a space for the camper would be a problem. I apologize for that, and appreciate the fact that we could let it stay until Sunday. As I noted, the location is the best part of the condo, and it does have several nice amenities.

Great location
This my second stay at in this property and it didn't disappoint. It is across the road from a public beach access and was within walking distance to my friends who were renting a large house on the beach. A major crosswalk with a button for activating the flashing crossing signs is next to the property and is especially helpful if walking back from the beach after dark. There is convenient garage access which was nice for loading and unloading. Although I've never needed the property managers during my stay, they have always been quickly responsive to any of my questions prior to my visit. It is nicely updated with a full sized kitchen. If you just need to stay inside, there is wifi and cable. It is short drive to the grocery store and Flagler Avenue shopping and restaurants..

Great location directly across the street from the beach. We had a great time with our family. The townhouse was perfect. It was roomy, clean. Lots of beach accessories. Publix is close. Everything we needed was available. The neighbors were nice. The owner was easy to reach.

Landlord appropriately accommodating. Excellent location for beach access, a protected pedestrian crossing for major street right in front of condo. Could be furnished better for living room chat area and dining table, but good breakfast bar.

Tidy Townhouse
This condo has a great location just a block from the beach, short walk to the grocery store and longer walks to Flagler shopping and restaurants. The condo has many great features--lovely bathrooms, just the right amount of Florida beach decor, large capacity washer/dryer, comfy beds, ample closets and hangars, quiet A/C, and functional kitchen... However, you need to note that all seating for dining or any other activities requiring a table and chairs is at bar height. Other than the sofa with built in recliner, there is no ‘normal’ height seating in the condo. Great extras include outdoor shower, utility sink in garage, and beach equipment.

Such a cute and cozy place. The pics do not do it justice! The beds were VERY comfortable. My husband said it’s the best he’s slept in years. It’s pet friendly, too! I’d love to move in but darn it, back to reality.

Wonderful beach rental!
This newly renovated beach rental was a true gem! Directly across the street from the beach, close to restaurants, grocery store, everything. The townhome has everything you need for a great stay at the beach.

The property is exactly as described - wonderfully upgraded interiors, directly across the street from the beach, lots of amenities! Two adults and two teenagers had ample space. The host was great with communication. We will definitely rent this place again!

Unethical misleading and HOT
We booked 4 nights here and barely endured one. The A/C could not cool the upstairs bedrooms which made our night here too uncomfortable to sleep. The bed in the adult bedroom was like sleeping on plywood, so bad that my wife opted for a bunk bed with our daughter and I took the couch. The tv didn’t work in that room either. We also felt mislead with the picture of the dog beach on the ad. The beach pictured is miles away, and not the beach described in the text as across the street. Pets are NOT allowed on the beach across the street from here! The bathroom door would also not close all the way. This was also uncomfortable for my wife and two daughters. We contacted David about these issues the same night we checked in after a long drive. He agreed to refund all but the one night we were stuck, but somehow justified charging more then $ for that one night that was advertised for $. Very unethical. HomeAway claims they can’t do anything. Thankfully AMEX can. We managed to salvage our vacation by finding a house 3x bigger and 10x nicer most importantly with working A/C for the same price a few miles away from here. I would recommend anyone considering this place to visit in person before booking. It was not at all what we were expecting.

Very clean rental home - in a great location!
This cute/quaint townhome is clean and well maintained. We found the location to be very convenient to the beach (just a walk across the street) and to restaurants/stores. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The owner is responsive and was nice to work with. We would stay here again!

Great Beach Vibe and Location
Clean, Clean, and Clean. I appreciated the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, and the beachy décor throughout. Plus the owners provide everything you need and more. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms and bedrooms are great. It is really nice to have the outside shower and all the equipment available in the garage. It is just across the street from a walk way to the beach, and less than a mile from the Flager street shops and restaurants.
We had two small dogs and they enjoyed it as well. We were able to walk them in the neighborhood. You can also easily walk to restaurants, Publix, Walgreens, and Alvins at 3rd Ave. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect beach house for a small family!
This was one of the best beach houses we've ever stayed at and will hopefully be back one day. All the reviews I read beforehand were accurate - it was extremely clean and comfortable and the owner couldn't be nicer to work with. An easy walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants - I highly recommend eating dinner at The Garlic. You can't go wrong with staying here!

My husband and I took a getaway vacation without our children. This was the perfect place to stay! It was easy to access and the walk to the beach was short and easy. It was well equipped and we really enjoyed the tandem bicycle. Plenty of beach toys and accessories were available to use as well. We did rent a car so we were able to explore the city a little. We really enjoyed going to New Smyrna Dunes Park ($10 entrance fee/car). A local told us where to find manatees and dolphins at Bethune Park (from Turtlemound Rd, turn west on Ladyfish then south on Engram Rd. There is a park with a parking lot and a public fishing dock which we stood on to watch them). What a site! Dave was easy to reach and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
